Abstract

本发明提供了一种手机摄像头支架点胶工艺,本发明还提供了一种手机摄像头支架点胶治具,所述点胶治具包括上盖板、下盖板,所述上盖板沿长边方向设有至少两个上点胶口,所述上点胶口由上至下逐渐缩小,所述下盖板上设有与上点胶口对称的下点胶口,所述下点胶口由上至下逐渐增大,下点胶口的上端的内侧设有多个整齐排列的定位凸起,下点胶口的上端的外侧设有呈条形的定位槽,所述定位凸起、所述定位槽用于固定手机摄像头支架,且手机摄像头支架的待点胶处位于上点胶口、下点胶口之间。通过点胶治具,使得点胶位置精准,点胶量均匀,再结合全自动点胶自动化生产线,使得点胶生产效率大大提高,良品率达到98%。

一种手机摄像头支架点胶工艺及点胶治具
技术领域
本发明涉及液态硅胶注塑包胶成型领域,特别是涉及一种手机摄像头支架点胶工艺及点胶治具。
背景技术
现有的液态硅胶成型包胶技术是在包胶之前,通过人工或者半自动点胶设备,将需要包胶的面点上硅胶粘接剂,传统方案存在着点胶不均,点胶位置不精准,效率低,使得后期产品良率低下等不足,一般只适用于点胶面形状规则,结构简单的包胶产品。
在日益追求生产效率,节约人力成本,保证产品良品率的大环境下,迫切需要开发新的点胶工艺和点胶治具,工艺提高生产效率,通过点胶治具保证产品良率及良率稳定性。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种手机摄像头支架点胶工艺及点胶治具,使得点胶生产效率大大提高,并提高良品率。
本发明提供了一种手机摄像头支架点胶工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:首先对手机摄像头支架进行IQC检验,质量不合格的返工或者报废,质量合格的待用;
步骤二:将质量合格的手机摄像头支架进行表面清洗,再风干,待用;
步骤三:通过专用点胶治具,对风干的手机摄像头支架进行点胶工作;所述点胶治具包括上盖板、下盖板,所述上盖板沿长边方向设有至少两个上点胶口,所述上点胶口由上至下逐渐缩小,所述下盖板上设有与上点胶口对称的下点胶口,所述下点胶口由上至下逐渐增大,下点胶口的上端的内侧设有多个整齐排列的定位凸起,下点胶口的上端的外侧设有呈条形的定位槽,所述定位凸起、所述定位槽用于固定手机摄像头支架,且手机摄像头支架的待点胶处位于上点胶口、下点胶口之间;所述上盖板两端的中部设有圆形的定位孔,所述下盖板两端的中部设有与定位孔匹配的定位柱;
步骤四:对点胶后的手机摄像头支架进行烘烤,以便后序包胶。
一种手机摄像头支架点胶治具,包括上盖板、下盖板,所述上盖板沿长边方向设有至少两个上点胶口,所述上点胶口由上至下逐渐缩小,所述下盖板上设有与上点胶口对称的下点胶口,所述下点胶口由上至下逐渐增大,下点胶口的上端的内侧设有多个整齐排列的定位凸起,下点胶口的上端的外侧设有呈条形的定位槽,所述定位凸起、所述定位槽用于固定手机摄像头支架,且手机摄像头支架的待点胶处位于上点胶口、下点胶口之间;
所述上盖板两端的中部设有圆形的定位孔,所述下盖板两端的中部设有与定位孔匹配的定位柱。
本发明的有益效果是:通过专用点胶治具,使得点胶位置精准,点胶量均匀,再结合全自动点胶自动化生产线,使得点胶生产效率大大提高,良品率达到98%。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1、图3,本发明提供了一种手机摄像头支架点胶治具,包括上盖板1、下盖板2,上盖板1沿长边方向设有至少两个上点胶口3,上点胶口3由上至下逐渐缩小,下盖板2上设有与上点胶口3对称的下点胶口4,下点胶口4由上至下逐渐增大,下点胶口4的上端的内侧设有多个整齐排列的定位凸起5,下点胶口4的上端的外侧设有呈条形的定位槽6,定位凸起5、定位槽6用于固定手机摄像头支架7,且手机摄像头支架7的待点胶处位于上点胶口3、下点胶口4之间;上盖板1两端的中部设有圆形的定位孔8,下盖板2两端的中部设有与定位孔8匹配的定位柱9。
本发明还提供了一种手机摄像头支架点胶工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:首先对手机摄像头支架7进行IQC检验,质量不合格的返工或者报废,质量合格的待用;
步骤二:将质量合格的手机摄像头支架7进行表面清洗,再风干,待用;
步骤三:通过专用点胶治具,对风干的手机摄像头支架进行点胶工作,具体步骤为:将手机摄像头支架7的摄像头放置槽71套在定位凸块5上,并使卡块72嵌入定位槽6内,从而实现手机摄像头支架7的固定,通过此方法可在一个治具上放置多个手机摄像头支架7,然后合上上盖板1,此时手机摄像头支架7的待点胶部位恰好位于上点胶口3、下点胶口4之间,再通过点胶工具,从上点胶口3、下点胶口4进行点胶,由于只上盖板1、下盖板2遮挡住了非点胶部位,因此使得点胶位置精准,点胶量均匀。
步骤四:对点胶后的手机摄像头支架进行烘烤,以便后序包胶。
需要说明的是,可通过机器人将手机摄像头支架7批量放置在下盖板2上,并通过全自动点胶机进行点胶,可实现全自动批量生产,大大提高生产效率。

Claims (2)

1.一种手机摄像头支架点胶工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:首先对手机摄像头支架进行IQC检验,质量不合格的返工或者报废,质量合格的待用;
步骤二:将质量合格的手机摄像头支架进行表面清洗,再风干,待用;
步骤三:通过专用点胶治具,对风干的手机摄像头支架进行点胶工作;所述点胶治具包括上盖板、下盖板,所述上盖板沿长边方向设有至少两个上点胶口,所述上点胶口由上至下逐渐缩小,所述下盖板上设有与上点胶口对称的下点胶口,所述下点胶口由上至下逐渐增大,下点胶口的上端的内侧设有多个整齐排列的定位凸起,下点胶口的上端的外侧设有呈条形的定位槽,所述定位凸起、所述定位槽用于固定手机摄像头支架,且手机摄像头支架的待点胶处位于上点胶口、下点胶口之间;所述上盖板两端的中部设有圆形的定位孔,所述下盖板两端的中部设有与定位孔匹配的定位柱;
步骤四:对点胶后的手机摄像头支架进行烘烤,以便后序包胶。
2.一种手机摄像头支架点胶治具,其特征在于,包括上盖板、下盖板,所述上盖板沿长边方向设有至少两个上点胶口,所述上点胶口由上至下逐渐缩小,所述下盖板上设有与上点胶口对称的下点胶口,所述下点胶口由上至下逐渐增大,下点胶口的上端的内侧设有多个整齐排列的定位凸起,下点胶口的上端的外侧设有呈条形的定位槽,所述定位凸起、所述定位槽用于固定手机摄像头支架,且手机摄像头支架的待点胶处位于上点胶口、下点胶口之间;
