发明涉及日用小家电领域，特别是一种上投辐射式烤盘。改进整个烧烤投射结构，增强了结构散热以及吸油烟结构。包括投射加热器、支撑连接梁、底座、以及设置在底座上的烤盘；所述底座包括基座外壳，基座外壳的上端面设置有集油上壳，基座外壳内部设置烤盘旋转电机；所述烤盘的上表面中心低、四周高，烤盘的底部中心固定设置旋转插座管，烤盘旋转电机的电机轴至下而上穿过集油上壳后插入至上述旋转插座管后与烤盘连接并能实现同步转动，烤盘上饶旋转插座管间隔设有多个落油孔，所述集油上壳的上端面下凹形成集油导油腔道，集油导油腔道的底部开有泄油孔，上述落油孔位于集油导油腔道的正上方，基座外壳的内部还设前油盒，前油盒与上述泄油孔连通。
