A cross-shaped vehicle-entering lifting device with a lifting turntable comprises a lifting machine and a lifting platform (5), wherein the lifting machine and the lifting platform are positioned on a pit and connected with a rolling mechanism during vehicle entering, and the cross-shaped vehicle-entering lifting device is characterized in that the lifting machine comprises a lifting steel frame (1), a rotating assembly (2), a lifting assembly (3) and a turntable (4); the lifting steel frame is characterized in that the rotary table (4) is connected with the lifting steel frame (1) through a lifting assembly (3), a rotating assembly (2) is arranged between the lifting assembly (3) and the rotary table (4), the lifting assembly (3) comprises an installation frame (30), a lifting speed reducing motor (31), a lifting transmission mechanism (32) and a lifting frame (33), the installation frame (30) is fixed on the lifting steel frame (1), and the lifting speed reducing motor (31) is arranged on the installation frame (30) and is in transmission connection with the lifting frame (33) through the lifting transmission mechanism (32); the lifting transmission mechanism (32) comprises a chain transmission mechanism (320), a lifting transmission shaft (321) and gear and rack mechanisms which are arranged in pairs, the chain transmission mechanism, the lifting transmission shaft (321) and the gear and rack mechanisms are sequentially in transmission connection, the gear and rack mechanisms which are arranged in pairs comprise lifting gears (322) which are fixed at two ends of the lifting transmission shaft (321) in pairs and lifting racks (323) which are respectively matched with the two lifting gears (322), and the lifting racks (323) are fixed on the lifting frame (33); the rotary component (2) is arranged between the lifting frame (33) and the turntable (4), the rotary component (2) comprises a rotating gear (20), a rotary speed reducing motor (21) fixed on the lifting frame (33) and a toothed slewing bearing (22) respectively connected with the lifting frame (33) and the turntable (4), and the rotary speed reducing motor (21) is in transmission connection with the toothed slewing bearing (22) through the rotating gear (20); the lifting platform (5) comprises a base (50), a lifting platform (51), a lifting speed reducing motor (52), a lifting transmission shaft (53) and a lifting transmission mechanism (54), the lifting transmission shaft (53) and the lifting transmission mechanism (54) are fixed on the base (50), the lifting speed reducing motor (52) is in transmission connection with the lifting transmission shaft (53), the lifting transmission mechanism (54) comprises a lifting rack (540) and a lifting gear (541) which are meshed with each other, the lifting gear (541) is in transmission connection with the lifting transmission shaft (53), and the lifting rack (540) is connected with the lifting platform (51); the base (50) of the lifting platform (5) is installed on the lifting steel frame (1) or the pit, when the direction of the rotary table (4) is consistent with that of the lifting steel frame (1), the lifting platform (5) is located below the rotary table (4) and matched with the lifting steel frame (1).
