As shown in fig. 7, the rear end of the dual-purpose slot 32 on the loading and unloading table 31 is provided with a lifting type rear positioning device 33, the lifting type rear positioning device 33 comprises a horizontal positioning guide rail 331 installed on the loading and unloading table 31, an electric sliding block 332 installed on the horizontal positioning guide rail 331, and a positioning lifting mechanism 333 installed on the electric sliding block 332, and a positioning clamping strip 334 is installed on a lifting rod of the positioning lifting mechanism 333; the upper and lower working tables 31 are provided with positioning grooves 37 corresponding to the positioning clamping strips 334, and the positioning clamping strips 334 can move up and down and left and right in the positioning grooves 37; the combination of the electric sliding block 332 and the positioning lifting mechanism 333 and the positioning clamping strip 334 is at least provided with two sets on the horizontal positioning guide rail 331; the rear end position of the plate can be effectively positioned through the lifting type rear positioning device, the positioning lifting mechanism 333 can be effectively adjusted to a position with proper width under the drive of the electric sliding block 332 according to the width of the plate, and the positioning clamping strip 334 can be hidden in the positioning groove 37 by the positioning lifting mechanism 333, so that the lifting type rear positioning device is convenient to use.

When the lifting type plate feeding and discharging device is particularly used, a plate is placed on an feeding and discharging workbench, at the moment, the rear end position of the plate is lifted and positioned by the positioning clamping strip of the lifting type rear positioning device, the position of the positioning block on the guide rail type side positioning device is adjusted, the positioning block extends out of the positioning groove through the positioning lifting mechanism, the position of the positioning block is adjusted through the positioning driving device, the side end position of the plate is positioned, and therefore the whole plate is positioned on the feeding and discharging workbench.
Then the lifting platform is lifted to a position where the locking mechanism contacts with the plate material by a lifting mechanism on the feeding and discharging driving device, and the locking mechanism and the rotating platform are possibly positioned at a position which is level with the feeding and discharging workbench and also possibly positioned below the two-way groove; the locking mechanism is controlled to suck the lower end face of the plate so as to fix the plate.
Starting the feeding and discharging driving device to move forward to send one end face of the plate material to the position between the upper pressing knife and the lower pressing knife, wherein in the process, the sucking disc and the rotating platform move from the two-way groove, other parts of the plate material move through the upper and lower ball structures, and the feeding and discharging movement is smooth.
Then the upper pressing knife is adjusted to be pressed down on the plate material by the pressing-down driving lifting device, so that the fed plate material is fixed between the upper pressing knife and the lower pressing knife; the height position of the lower pressing knife corresponds to the position of the upper and lower material working tables, and even if deviation exists, the height of the plate can be adjusted through the lifting mechanism, so that the plate can be placed on the lower pressing knife in a matched mode; the upper pressing knife is detachably arranged in a lever type structure through the rotary ball shaft, the pressing block and the jacking component, and when one upper pressing knife needs to be replaced, the upper pressing knife is taken out to be replaced or maintained and removed very conveniently by only pressing the upper part of the pressing block to compress the jacking component and eliminating the pressing force at the lower end of the pressing block.
After the upper and lower pressing cutters compress the end parts of the plate, the upper pressing cutters can be controlled to be fixed and loosened by the coordination and the adjustment of the two bending drives, and the feeding and feeding actions of the upper pressing cutters and the feeding and discharging drives can be controlled by the lower pressing lifting drives, so that the bending of the bending piece with any shape, any angle and flexible radian can be completed.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the bending structures at two ends of the plate are finished by bending through the bending machine of the invention, and fig. 15 and 16 are bending processes of the plate; firstly, an upper and lower feeding driving device sends the end part of a plate material to a set length, a lower bending knife moves upwards, the plate material with the length is bent upwards to form a right angle, then the lower bending knife is adjusted downwards to a proper position, an upper pressing knife is loosened upwards, a locking mechanism at the moment always adsorbs and fixes the plate material, then the plate material is fed forwards to a set length, the upper pressing knife moves upwards after pressing down the fixed plate material, the plate material fed by the section is pressed upwards to form a right angle, whether the plate material is pressed to form a right angle or not is set according to the position of the upper and lower bending knife moving upwards and downwards, and the bending angles of the plate material by the upper and lower bending knives can be controlled by a program, and can be set directly or at other angles; therefore, the plate can be bent into a required shape and angle by repeating the steps; when the flexible arc shape is bent, the driving devices in the up-down direction and the horizontal direction are required to be linked to enable the bending head to move in an arc outline, so that the flexible bending can be completed.
The feeding and discharging driving device not only can perfectly adapt to three stages of bending, but also has a height up-down adjusting function and a rotation adjusting function, and can complete bending of the polygonal plate, and only needs to rotate to a designated angle through the rotation mechanism after each side is bent, and then the polygonal plate is fed into the bending mechanism for bending; in addition, in the rotating process of the rotating mechanism, the device is additionally provided with an anti-backlash spring which is fixed with the shaft of the rotating platform capable of rotating and is fixed with the lifting platform which does not rotate, so that the back joint in the rotating mechanism is permanently kept at the same side through the rotating force of the spring, the angle back clearance of a rotating motor which is commonly used as the rotating mechanism is eliminated, and the rotating angle is adjusted more accurately.

the bending system further comprises a pressing driving lifting device (13), the pressing driving lifting device (13) is vertically arranged, a pressing shaft (14) of the pressing driving lifting device (13) extends downwards, and a pressing plate (15) is arranged at the shaft end of the pressing shaft; the pressing plate (15) is provided with a detachable upper pressing knife (16), and a lower pressing knife (17) is arranged below the upper pressing knife (16); the upper bending knife and the lower bending knife correspond to the upper pressing knife and the lower pressing knife in position, and the locking mechanism (12) corresponds to the upper pressing knife and the lower pressing knife in position;
a driving platform (92) is arranged on a driving rod (91) of the feeding and discharging driving device (9); lifting mechanisms (10) are respectively arranged at two sides of the driving platform (92); the lifting rod of the lifting mechanism (10) is provided with a lifting platform (28); the lower end of the lifting platform (28) is hung with a rotating mechanism (11); the rotating shaft of the rotating mechanism (11) extends out of the lifting platform (28), and the shaft end of the rotating shaft is provided with a rotating platform (29); the locking mechanism (12) is arranged on the rotating platform (29), the rotating angle of the locking mechanism (12) on the rotating platform (29) can be adjusted by rotating the rotating mechanism (11), the height of the rotating platform can be adjusted up and down by the lifting mechanism (10), and the front and back positions of the rotating platform can be adjusted by the feeding and discharging driving device (9).

A multi-axis drive bending machine according to claim 1, wherein: the upper pressing knife (16) and the lower pressing knife (17) are respectively provided with a pressing head (18) extending to one side; the upper bending knife (7) and the lower bending knife (8) are arranged at one side of the upper and lower pressing knives, which is extended out by the pressing head (18), and the upper and lower pressing knives are arranged between the upper and lower bending knives; the cutter bodies of the upper and lower bending cutters are also provided with inclined planes (19) matched with the pressing heads (18); the end part of the inclined surface (19) is provided with a calibration surface (20), the calibration surface (20) is of an upper-lower surface structure all the time, and the extending end part of the calibration surface (20) is also provided with a corresponding bending surface (21).

A multi-axis drive bending machine according to claim 1, wherein: an anti-backlash spring (30) is also arranged on the lifting platform (28); one end of the anti-backlash spring (30) is fixed on the rotating shaft of the rotating mechanism (11), and the other end is fixed on the lifting platform (28).
