When the positioning device is used specifically, a sheet material is placed on the feeding and discharging platform, the positioning clamping strip of the lifting type rear positioning device is lifted to position the rear end of the sheet material, the position of the positioning block on the guide rail type side positioning device is adjusted, the positioning block extends out of the positioning groove through the positioning lifting mechanism, the position of the positioning block is adjusted through the positioning driving device, the side end position of the sheet material is positioned, and therefore the whole sheet material is positioned on the feeding and discharging platform.
Then, the lifting platform is lifted to a position where the locking mechanism is contacted with the plate by the lifting mechanism on the feeding and discharging driving device, and the locking mechanism and the rotating platform can be positioned at the position which is level with the feeding and discharging platform or positioned below the two through grooves; and controlling the locking mechanism to suck the lower end surface of the plate so as to position and fix the plate.
The feeding and discharging driving device is started to move forwards to send one end face of the plate material to the position between the upper pressing knife and the lower pressing knife, the sucking disc and the rotating platform move from the two-way groove in the process, other parts of the plate material move through the upper ball structure and the lower ball structure, and feeding and discharging movement is smooth.
Then, the upper pressing knife is adjusted to be pressed down on the plate by a pressing driving lifting device, so that the fed plate is fixed between the upper pressing knife and the lower pressing knife; the height position of the lower pressing knife corresponds to the position of the loading and unloading platform, and the height of the plate can be adjusted by the lifting mechanism even if the plate is deviated, so that the plate can be placed on the lower pressing knife in a matching manner; the upper pressing cutter is detachably mounted in a lever type structure through the rotating spherical shaft, the pressing block and the jacking assembly, when one upper pressing cutter needs to be replaced, the upper part of the pressing block is pressed to compress the jacking assembly, the pressing force of the lower end of the pressing block is eliminated, and the upper pressing cutter can be taken out and replaced or maintained and detached conveniently.
After the upper and lower pressing knives compress the end part of the plate, the bending of the bending piece with any shape, any angle and flexible radian can be completed by the coordination and adjustment of the two bending drives, the downward pressing and fixing and loosening of the upper pressing knife and the feeding and feeding actions of the upper and lower feeding drives under the control of the downward pressing and lifting drives.
