Referring to fig. 1-7, the movement driving mechanism 1-2 includes a movement motor and a second screw transmission mechanism, which are disposed on the machine platform 1-1, wherein a main shaft of the movement motor is connected to a screw in the second screw transmission mechanism, and a screw nut of the second screw transmission mechanism is mounted on the movement base 1-3; the moving driving mechanism 1-2 further comprises two moving guide mechanisms, wherein the two moving guide mechanisms are positioned on two sides of the machine table 1-1, and each moving guide mechanism is composed of a guide rod and a guide sleeve or a slide rail and a slide block. The second screw rod in the second screw rod transmission mechanism is driven to rotate by the moving motor, so that the moving seat 1-3 and the clamping manipulator on the moving seat 1-3 are driven to enter or leave a bending station.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a positioning mechanism for positioning the stainless steel plate is further disposed on the frame 2-5, wherein the positioning mechanism includes a positioning plate and an adjusting mechanism (not shown in the drawings) for adjusting a distance between the positioning plate and the tool apron 2-2, the positioning plate includes a vertical positioning portion 2-3 and a horizontal supporting portion 2-4, when the mobile driving mechanism 1-2 drives the clamping manipulator to transport the stainless steel plate to the bending station, a portion to be bent of the stainless steel plate is in contact with the vertical positioning portion 2-3 in the positioning plate, and a portion to be bent is supported on the horizontal supporting portion 2-4; the adjusting mechanism can adopt a mode of combining a hand wheel and a screw rod transmission mechanism, and the hand wheel is rotated to drive the screw rod to rotate so as to adjust the distance between the positioning plate and the bending knife 2-1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the working principle of the water tank bending device for stainless steel cabinet production of the present invention is;
during operation, during handling device carried the corrosion resistant plate spare to clamping device 1, the clamping manipulator in the clamping device 1 carries out the clamping to this corrosion resistant plate spare, and specific clamping mode is: before a stainless steel plate piece is conveyed to a clamping mechanism, the double-finger cylinder 1-12 drives the first clamping plate 1-10 and the second clamping plate 1-10 to move oppositely, so that the semicircular bosses 1-11 on the first clamping plate 1-10 and the second clamping plate 1-10 are spliced into a complete circular boss, the conveying device conveys the stainless steel plate piece to the first clamping plate 1-10 and the second clamping plate 1-10, the through hole of the stainless steel plate piece is matched with the circular boss, and then the double-finger cylinder 1-12 drives the first clamping plate 1-10 and the second clamping plate 1-10 to move reversely, so that the two semicircular bosses 1-11 tightly support the stainless steel plate piece from the inside of the through hole outwards, and the stainless steel plate piece is clamped;
after clamping is completed, the moving driving mechanism 1-2 drives the clamping manipulator to move towards the bending station, so that a stainless steel plate piece on the clamping manipulator enters the bending station, then the vertical cylinder drives the bending knife 2-1 to bend the stainless steel plate piece on the bending station, and in the process, two sides (namely a bending part and a non-bending part) of the stainless steel plate piece move oppositely, so that the first rotating part 1-7, the second rotating part 1-8 and the third rotating part 1-13 are driven to rotate, so that the acting force on the clamping manipulator when the non-bending part in the stainless steel plate piece rotates is eliminated, and the stainless steel plate piece is prevented from being released from the clamping mechanism; after the bending is finished, the locking mechanism works, wherein a telescopic rod in a locking cylinder 9 on the rotating seat 1-6 extends out and is tightly propped against the first rotating piece 1-7, the telescopic rods in the locking cylinders 9 at the two ends of the second rotating piece 1-8 extend out and are tightly propped against the first rotating piece 1-7 and the third rotating piece 1-13, so that the first rotating member 1-7, the second rotating member 1-8 and the third rotating member 1-13 are maintained in this state, and then, the vertical cylinder drives the bending knife 2-1 to rise, the lifting mechanism 1-4 drives the clamping manipulator to move upwards, so that the bending part of the stainless steel plate piece is separated from the knife groove, then, the moving driving mechanism 1-2 drives the clamping manipulator to move, so that the stainless steel plate piece leaves a bending station; then, the three sets of locking cylinders 9 retract the telescopic rods, so that the first rotating members 1 to 7, the second rotating members 1 to 8 and the third rotating members 1 to 13 are reset under the action of the elastic force of the reset springs 8 of the corresponding reset mechanisms until the first rotating members 1 to 7, the second rotating members 1 to 8 and the third rotating members 1 to 13 are respectively contacted with the first limiting members 10, the second limiting members 10 and the third limiting members 10 of the corresponding reset mechanisms. Then, the rotating driving mechanism 1-9 drives the clamping mechanism to rotate, so that the other side (the part which is not bent) of the stainless steel plate piece faces a bending station, meanwhile, the moving driving mechanism 1-2 drives the clamping manipulator to enter the bending station, and the bending device repeats bending action to bend the stainless steel plate piece on the side. And repeating the steps until all parts to be bent of the stainless steel plate pieces are bent.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents and are included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A water tank bending device for stainless steel cupboard production comprises a clamping device and a bending device, and is characterized in that,
the clamping device comprises a machine table, a clamping manipulator and a moving driving mechanism, wherein the clamping manipulator is arranged on the machine table and used for clamping a stainless steel plate, the moving driving mechanism is used for driving the clamping manipulator to enter a bending station of the bending device, and the clamping manipulator comprises a workbench, a clamping mechanism arranged on the workbench, a rotating driving mechanism used for driving the clamping mechanism to rotate, a lifting mechanism used for driving the clamping mechanism to vertically move and a supporting mechanism used for supporting the clamping mechanism to adaptively swing in the bending process; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the supporting mechanism comprises a rotating seat, a first rotating piece, a second rotating piece and a third rotating piece, wherein the rotating seat is fixed on the workbench, one end of the first rotating piece is rotatably connected to the rotating seat, the other end of the first rotating piece is hinged to one end of the second rotating piece, and the other end of the second rotating piece is hinged to the third rotating piece; the clamping mechanism and the rotary driving mechanism are arranged on the third rotating part; the supporting mechanism further comprises three reset mechanisms for enabling the first rotating piece, the second rotating piece and the third rotating piece to reset, wherein the three reset mechanisms are arranged among the workbench, the first rotating piece, the second rotating piece and the second rotating piece respectively, and the second rotating piece and the third rotating piece respectively, each reset mechanism comprises a limiting piece and a reset spring, and the limiting pieces are arranged on the workbench, the first rotating piece and the second rotating piece and are respectively a first limiting piece, a second limiting piece and a third limiting piece; the reset springs are respectively arranged between the first limiting piece and the first rotating piece, between the second limiting piece and the second rotating piece, and between the third limiting piece and the third rotating piece;
the supporting mechanism further comprises locking mechanisms for locking the rotating postures of the first rotating piece, the second rotating piece and the third rotating piece, wherein the locking mechanisms are divided into three groups, one group of locking mechanisms is arranged on the rotating seat, and the other two groups of locking mechanisms are respectively arranged at two ends of the second rotating piece; each group of locking mechanisms comprises a locking cylinder, wherein the telescopic rods of the locking cylinders on the rotating seat are opposite to the first rotating piece, and the telescopic rods of the locking cylinders at the two ends of the second rotating piece are respectively opposite to the first rotating piece and the third rotating piece;
the clamping mechanism comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate and a clamping driving mechanism for driving the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate to move oppositely or reversely, wherein semicircular bosses are arranged at corresponding positions of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, and the two semicircular bosses are spliced to form a complete circular boss; a through hole matched with the circular boss is formed in the stainless steel plate; when the through hole in the stainless steel plate piece is matched with the circular boss, the clamping driving mechanism drives the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate to move in opposite directions, so that the stainless steel plate piece is clamped;
the bending device comprises a rack, a bending knife arranged on the rack and a bending driving mechanism used for driving the bending knife to move vertically, wherein a knife holder is arranged below the bending knife on the rack, and a knife groove matched with the cutting edge of the bending knife is arranged on the knife holder;
when the bending driving mechanism drives the bending knife to bend the stainless steel plate, the locking mechanism unlocks the first rotating piece, the second rotating piece and the third rotating piece respectively; when the bending driving mechanism drives the bending knife to bend the stainless steel plate, the locking mechanism locks the first rotating piece, the second rotating piece and the third rotating piece respectively; after the clamping device drives the stainless steel plate to exit the bending device, the locking mechanism respectively unlocks the first rotating piece, the second rotating piece and the third rotating piece.

The sink bending device for stainless steel cabinet production according to claim 1, wherein the clamping driving mechanism comprises a cylinder fixing seat and a two-finger cylinder disposed on the cylinder fixing seat, wherein two movable rods of the two-finger cylinder are respectively connected with the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate.
3. The sink bending apparatus for stainless steel cabinet production according to claim 2, wherein the rotation driving mechanism comprises a rotation cylinder, and a movable rod of the rotation cylinder is connected to the cylinder fixing seat.

The trough bending device for stainless steel cabinet production according to claim 1, wherein the clamping device further comprises a lifting mechanism for driving the worktable to perform lifting movement, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a moving seat, a lifting motor arranged on the moving seat, and a first screw transmission mechanism, wherein a spindle of the lifting motor is connected with a screw in the first screw transmission mechanism, and a screw nut of the first screw transmission mechanism is mounted on the worktable; the lifting mechanism further comprises a plurality of groups of vertical guide mechanisms, the plurality of groups of vertical guide mechanisms are positioned around the workbench, and each group of vertical guide mechanisms is composed of a guide rod and a guide sleeve.

The trough bending device for stainless steel cabinet production according to claim 4, wherein the moving driving mechanism comprises a moving motor and a second screw transmission mechanism, the moving motor is disposed on a machine table, a spindle of the moving motor is connected with a screw in the second screw transmission mechanism, and a screw nut of the second screw transmission mechanism is mounted on the moving base; the mobile driving mechanism further comprises two groups of mobile guide mechanisms, wherein the two groups of mobile guide mechanisms are positioned on two sides of the machine table, and each group of mobile guide mechanisms is composed of a sliding rail and a sliding block.

The sink bending apparatus for stainless steel cabinet production according to claim 1, wherein a positioning mechanism for positioning the stainless steel plate is further disposed on the frame, wherein the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning plate and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting a distance between the positioning plate and the tool post, wherein the positioning plate comprises a vertical positioning portion and a horizontal support portion, when the stainless steel plate is located at the bending station, a bottom of a portion to be bent of the stainless steel plate is supported on the horizontal support portion, and a side surface of the portion is in contact with the vertical positioning portion.
7. A method of bending a sink for use in a sink bending apparatus for stainless steel cabinet production according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) the conveying device conveys the stainless steel plate piece to a clamping mechanism of a clamping manipulator, and the clamping mechanism clamps the stainless steel plate piece;
(2) the moving driving mechanism drives the clamping manipulator and the stainless steel plate piece to enter a bending station, and the bending driving mechanism drives the bending knife to move, so that a cutting edge of the bending knife is matched with a knife groove on the knife holder, and the stainless steel plate piece is bent;
(3) the bending driving mechanism drives the bending knife to rise, the lifting mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to move upwards, so that the bending part of the stainless steel plate piece leaves the knife groove, and then the moving driving mechanism drives the clamping manipulator to withdraw from the bending station;
(4) the rotating driving mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to rotate, so that the other side of the stainless steel plate piece faces a bending station, then the moving driving mechanism drives the clamping manipulator to enter the bending station, and the bending device repeats bending action;
(5) and (5) repeating the steps (2) to (4) until all parts to be bent of the stainless steel plate are bent.
