技术领域
本发明涉及化工产品领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种丁基密封防水胶带。
背景技术
丁基密封防水胶带是以丁基橡胶为主要原料,配以其他助剂,通过先进工艺加工制成的一种终生不固化型自粘防水密封胶带,对各种材质表面都有极强的粘结力,同时具有优良的耐候性、耐老化性及防水性,对被粘物表面起到密封、减震、保护等作用。该产品完全不含溶剂,所以不收缩、不会散发有毒气体。因其终生不固化,故对被粘物表面热胀冷缩和机械形变有极佳的追随性,是一种极为先进的防水密封材料。现有的丁基密封防水胶带制造工艺比较传统,具有低温柔韧性差,初粘性不够持久,耐温性较低,气味大等缺陷。
