Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有高隔热性的PE布,包括聚乙烯发泡布和石棉布,聚乙烯发泡布的表面均匀设有若干发泡膜,石棉布包括第一石棉布和第二石棉布,且第一石棉布和第二石棉布分别设置在聚乙烯发泡布的上下表面,本发明采用PE材质为主体,该材质手感柔软,有一定弹性,拉力强度好,同时能抗紫外线,具有防老化和耐低温的特点,属于环保材料;同时采用双层石棉布的结构设计,从而提高布面整体的隔热性;本发明通过在两个石棉布之间设置聚乙烯发泡布,其表面凸块状的发泡膜设计结构在整个布面受热时能够发生膨胀现象,使得聚乙烯发泡布与两个石棉布之间形成夹层,使部分温度储存在该夹层中,从而对被覆盖物起到保温和保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及PE材料领域,特别涉及一种具有高隔热性的PE布。
背景技术
聚乙烯,简称PE,是乙烯经聚合制得的一种热塑性树脂。
在工业上,也包括乙烯与少量α-烯烃的共聚物,聚乙烯无臭,无毒,手感似蜡,具有优良的耐低温性能,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀(不耐具有氧化性质的酸)。常温下不溶于一般溶剂,吸水性小,电绝缘性优良。
但是现有的PE布隔热性能较差,同时无法对被覆盖物提供进一步的保护。
因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种具有高隔热性的PE布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种具有高隔热性的PE布,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种具有高隔热性的PE布,包括聚乙烯发泡布和石棉布,所述聚乙烯发泡布的表面均匀设有若干发泡膜,所述石棉布包括第一石棉布和第二石棉布,且第一石棉布和第二石棉布分别设置在聚乙烯发泡布的上下表面,所述第一石棉布和第二石棉布的外表面设有PE编织布,所述PE编织布的外表面罩设有高压聚乙烯静电膜。
优选的,所述第二石棉布的表面贯穿式开设有若干通孔,且通孔和发泡膜的位置一一对应。
优选的,所述聚乙烯发泡布与两个石棉布之间形成夹层的厚度相等,若干所述发泡膜分布于该夹层内。
优选的,所述高压聚乙烯静电膜的厚度为0.04cm。
优选的,一种具有高隔热性的PE布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、原料处理:将一定100份数的聚乙烯原料倒入到搅拌机内;
B、熔化加工:将搅拌好的聚乙烯原料通过上料机抽入到挤出机的料斗内,通过挤出机的料筒加温熔化,同时在挤出机的螺杆推动下将熔化的原料挤出成膜片,然后在风机的作用下冷却成型;
C、拉丝处理:通过破丝刀将冷却成型的膜片破成若干胚丝,经过热床的高温后,在滚筒的牵引下将若干胚丝拉伸至织造工艺要求的扁丝,然后将扁丝收装成丝锭,用于圆织机排线;
D、编织处理:经过拉丝处理后,使用织布机将扁丝织造成PE编织布;
E、缝接处理:在聚乙烯发泡布的上下两面缝接石棉布,然后在两个石棉布的外侧缝接PE编织布,使得PE编织布对聚乙烯发泡布和石棉布进行包裹处理;
F、淋膜处理:在收卷辊的作用下,将PE编织布的外表面通入到淋膜机内,在PE编织布外表面罩设一层厚度为0.04cm的高压聚乙烯静电膜层。
优选的,所述步骤A中,搅拌机转动的速率为300转/分钟,并在搅拌的过程中添加10份数的抗老化剂。
优选的,所述步骤B中,聚乙烯原料在料筒内加温熔化时的温度为250-300℃,且熔化处理的时间为5-10min。
优选的,所述步骤C中,在胚丝经过热床的高温处理时,处理过程的温度控制在50-150℃之间,且处理过程的时间为5-8s。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种具有高隔热性的PE布,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明采用PE材质为主体,该材质手感柔软,有一定弹性,拉力强度好,同时能抗紫外线,具有防老化和耐低温的特点,属于环保材料;同时采用双层石棉布的结构设计,从而提高布面整体的隔热性;
2、本发明通过在两个石棉布之间设置聚乙烯发泡布,其表面凸块状的发泡膜设计结构在整个布面受热时能够发生膨胀现象,使得聚乙烯发泡布与两个石棉布之间形成夹层,使部分温度储存在该夹层中,从而对被覆盖物起到保温和保护作用;
3、本发明通过在PE编织布表面进行淋膜处理,为PE编织布的内外表面提供高压聚乙烯静电膜进行防护,使得整个布面抗撕裂性强的同时不易破损。
该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

本发明采用PE材质为主体,该材质手感柔软,有一定弹性,拉力强度好,同时能抗紫外线,具有防老化和耐低温的特点,属于环保材料;同时采用双层石棉布的结构设计,从而提高布面整体的隔热性
参照图2所示,第二石棉布3的表面贯穿式开设有若干通孔6,且通孔6和发泡膜5的位置一一对应。
上述提及的通孔6,方便热量传递到聚乙烯发泡布1与两个石棉布之间形成夹层位置,使得发泡膜5受热膨胀。
参照图2所示,聚乙烯发泡布1与两个石棉布之间形成夹层的厚度相等,若干发泡膜5分布于该夹层内。
通过在两个石棉布之间设置聚乙烯发泡布1,其表面凸块状的发泡膜5设计结构在整个布面受热时能够发生膨胀现象,使得聚乙烯发泡布1与两个石棉布之间形成夹层,使部分温度储存在该夹层中,从而对被覆盖物起到保温和保护作用。
还可以在上述提及的聚乙烯发泡布1和发泡膜5的内外两侧涂设隔温涂层,该隔温涂层包括隔绝传导型、反射型和辐射型隔温涂料。
参照图1-2所示,高压聚乙烯静电膜的厚度为0.04cm。
通过在PE编织布4表面进行淋膜处理,为PE编织布4的内外表面提供高压聚乙烯静电膜进行防护,使得整个布面抗撕裂性强的同时不易破损
参照图3所示,一种具有高隔热性的PE布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、原料处理:将一定100份数的聚乙烯原料倒入到搅拌机内;
B、熔化加工:将搅拌好的聚乙烯原料通过上料机抽入到挤出机的料斗内,通过挤出机的料筒加温熔化,同时在挤出机的螺杆推动下将熔化的原料挤出成膜片,然后在风机的作用下冷却成型;
C、拉丝处理:通过破丝刀将冷却成型的膜片破成若干胚丝,经过热床的高温后,在滚筒的牵引下将若干胚丝拉伸至织造工艺要求的扁丝,然后将扁丝收装成丝锭,用于圆织机排线;
D、编织处理:经过拉丝处理后,使用织布机将扁丝织造成PE编织布4;
E、缝接处理:在聚乙烯发泡布1的上下两面缝接石棉布,然后在两个石棉布的外侧缝接PE编织布4,使得PE编织布4对聚乙烯发泡布1和石棉布进行包裹处理;
F、淋膜处理:在收卷辊的作用下,将PE编织布4的外表面通入到淋膜机内,在PE编织布4外表面罩设一层厚度为0.04cm的高压聚乙烯静电膜层。
参照图3所示,步骤A中,搅拌机转动的速率为300转/分钟,并在搅拌的过程中添加10份数的抗老化剂。
参照图3所示,步骤B中,聚乙烯原料在料筒内加温熔化时的温度为250-300℃,且熔化处理的时间为5-10min。
参照图3所示,步骤C中,在胚丝经过热床的高温处理时,处理过程的温度控制在50-150℃之间,且处理过程的时间为5-8s。

Claims (8)
1.一种具有高隔热性的PE布,其特征在于:包括聚乙烯发泡布(1)和石棉布,所述聚乙烯发泡布(1)的表面均匀设有若干发泡膜(5),所述石棉布包括第一石棉布(2)和第二石棉布(3),且第一石棉布(2)和第二石棉布(3)分别设置在聚乙烯发泡布(1)的上下表面,所述第一石棉布(2)和第二石棉布(3)的外表面设有PE编织布(4),所述PE编织布(4)的外表面罩设有高压聚乙烯静电膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热性的PE布,其特征在于:所述第二石棉布(3)的表面贯穿式开设有若干通孔(6),且通孔(6)和发泡膜(5)的位置一一对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热性的PE布,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯发泡布(1)与两个石棉布之间形成夹层的厚度相等,若干所述发泡膜(5)分布于该夹层内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热性的PE布,其特征在于:所述高压聚乙烯静电膜的厚度为0.04cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有高隔热性的PE布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、原料处理:将一定100份数的聚乙烯原料倒入到搅拌机内;
