Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a garden landscape lamp with a self-luminous function, in particular to a garden landscape lamp with a self-luminous function and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The garden landscape lamp has ornamental and lighting properties, is widely applied to gardens, parks, greenbelts, squares and roads, plays roles of beautifying the environment and decorating, plays roles of lighting and indicating at night, and adds a beautiful landscape to a city. Common landscape lamp adopts LED lamps and lanterns, but this lamps and lanterns manufacturing cost is high, installation cost is high, installs in addition and needs the power, receives the erosion of rainy day easily and leads to the life-span short, and consumes a large amount of electric energy, and use cost is high, the later stage still needs to maintain the maintenance.
With the increasing consumption of energy, the shortage of energy is widely concerned by people, and people develop lamps with self-luminous functions, wherein the lamps can store energy by absorbing visible light under the sunny condition in the daytime and can automatically emit light at night when the light is weak. The lamp saves electric power, is low-carbon and energy-saving, prevents fire hazard and has great practical value. Meanwhile, the luminous performance of the energy-storage self-luminous material is expected to be further improved in the field, so that the material can meet the outdoor use requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a garden landscape lamp with a self-luminous function and a manufacturing method thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a garden landscape lamp with a self-luminous function comprises a luminous lamp body 2 and a lamp holder 1 for supporting the luminous lamp body 2, and is characterized in that the luminous lamp body 2 is made of energy-storage self-luminous materials, and the energy-storage self-luminous materials comprise the following components in parts by weight:
50-70 parts of energy-storage self-luminous powder
15-30 parts of transparent resin
8-15 parts of curing agent
5-10 parts of a filler.
The energy-storage self-luminous powder is prepared by mixing fluorescent powder and light-storage powder according to the mass ratio of 1:1 and performing heat treatment at 800 ℃ for 2 hours under the protection of nitrogen.
The transparent resin is one or two of epoxy resin, polymethyl methacrylate, polyurethane resin and alkyd resin with good light transmittance.
The curing agent is imidazole, methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, methyl hexahydrophthalic anhydride or isocyanate.
The filler is one or at least two of quartz sand, calcium carbonate and talcum powder, and if the filler is two or more than two of the quartz sand, the calcium carbonate and the talcum powder, the filler is mixed according to the same mass ratio.
The manufacturing method of the garden landscape lamp with the self-luminous function comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing and stirring the energy-storage self-luminous powder and the transparent resin uniformly according to the weight part ratio;
(2) adding a curing agent and a filler into the mixture obtained in the step 1) step by step according to the weight part ratio, mixing and stirring uniformly, and then grinding until the grinding fineness reaches below 20 mu m to obtain self-luminous slurry;
(3) pouring the self-luminous slurry into a mould, and curing and forming;
(4) and grinding and polishing after curing to obtain the landscape lamp with the self-luminous function.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the manufactured product is a garden landscape lamp body with a self-luminous function. The energy-storage self-luminous powder mixes the luminous powder and the fluorescent powder according to a certain proportion, can absorb multi-band light and store energy, and greatly improves the luminous intensity and the luminous time of a finished product. Meanwhile, the energy-storage self-luminous powder is subjected to heat treatment at 800 ℃ for 2h under the protection of inert gas nitrogen, intrinsic defects of the energy-storage self-luminous powder treated by the process are eliminated, the internal structure is more stable, adsorbed impurities are reduced, and the luminous intensity and the luminous time are both obviously improved.
The landscape lamp adopts the energy-storage self-luminous powder with high proportion, so that the density of the energy-storage self-luminous powder particles in the landscape lamp is high, and the luminous brightness and the luminous efficiency of the landscape lamp under the outdoor application working condition are ensured. Meanwhile, the resin with good light transmittance is adopted, so that the light energy stored by the energy storage self-luminous powder can be completely released in dark and night environments, and is not influenced by other components. The filling material uses quartz sand, calcium carbonate and talcum powder which are wide in source and low in price, so that the cost is reduced, and the mechanical properties such as hardness and impact resistance of the finished landscape lamp are improved.
The manufacturing method comprises the steps of compounding the resin with good light transmittance with the energy-storage self-luminous powder, the curing agent and the filler, and then grinding the mixture to be less than 20 mu m, wherein the fineness of the mixture ensures that the energy-storage self-luminous powder can be fully wetted by the resin, so that the internal stress is uniformly distributed, and the landscape lamp has excellent mechanical properties. The manufacturing method has simple process, can be produced at normal temperature and normal pressure, and has low production cost. The manufactured lamp does not need an external power supply when in use, can be recycled to continuously work, is low-carbon and energy-saving, prevents fire hazard, is simple to install, low in maintenance cost, remarkable in economic benefit and has wide practical value.
