Although the dirt absorbing range of the dirt absorbing device of the washing and sweeping vehicle is greatly increased compared with that of the dirt absorbing device of the conventional washing and sweeping vehicle in the embodiment, the dirt absorbing device still cannot extend to the side of a road, and does not have an anti-collision function, so that the dirt absorbing device in the embodiment and the dirt absorbing device of the conventional washing and sweeping vehicle cannot absorb sewage at the side of the road.
In order to solve the problem of sucking roadside sewage of a road, the side anti-collision and dirt sucking mechanism is arranged in the improved embodiment, the sucker of the side anti-collision and dirt sucking mechanism is made of rubber or elastic plastic, can directly collide with the side without damage, meanwhile, the sucker can avoid collision damage through automatic deflection during collision, and can return automatically under the tension of the return spring B after the collision is finished, so that the sucker also has a good anti-collision function and can be better adapted to the corner of the road, and therefore, the side anti-collision and dirt sucking mechanism solves the problem that the existing washing and sweeping vehicle cannot suck the side sewage of the road.
In addition, the improved embodiment combines the dirt absorbing device with the side anti-collision dirt absorbing mechanism to absorb dirt, so that the road surface washing and sweeping sewage can be absorbed more comprehensively and thoroughly.
As a further improvement of the above embodiments, a second spray pipe 32 is also fixedly connected to the second lifting adjusting mechanism, and the second spray pipe is located in the transverse width of the washing and sweeping vehicle. The second spray pipe is arranged to sweep the middle part of the road.
In the above embodiments, the first elevation adjustment mechanism includes the fifth driving cylinder 33 provided at the underbody and arranged in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, the steel wire 34 having one end connected to the main suction groove and the other end connected to the end of the piston rod of the fifth driving cylinder, and the pulley 35 provided at the underbody for guiding the steel wire, and the first elevation adjustment mechanism further includes the hinge link 36 connecting the underbody and the main suction groove, the hinge shaft of the hinge link being parallel to the lateral direction of the vehicle body. Of course, in different embodiments, the fifth driving cylinder 33 may be replaced by a motor-driven shaft, the steel rope is connected to the shaft, and the motor drives the shaft to rotate the square steel rope, so as to adjust the distance between the suction slot and the ground. In each of the above embodiments, the lateral adjustment mechanism is composed of a motor 37 fixed on the main suction groove, a screw sleeve 38 provided on the auxiliary suction groove, and a screw rod 39 connected to the motor shaft and engaged with the screw sleeve. Of course, in different embodiments, the lateral adjustment mechanism may also be of other forms, such as a sixth driving cylinder fixed to the main suction slot, the piston rod of which is connected to the auxiliary suction slot.
As a further improvement of the above embodiments, the vehicle body is further provided with a heater 40, and the cleaning water output from the booster pump passes through the heater and then enters the high-pressure water spraying and sweeping mechanism. In the washing and sweeping process of the washing and sweeping vehicle, cold water is generally adopted to spray and sweep the pavement without greasy dirt pollution; when the pavement is polluted by oil stains, the pavement needs to be sprayed with hot water because the cold water has poor degreasing effect. More importantly, in the present modified embodiment, the heater 40 is disposed after the booster pump so that the cold water always enters the booster pump; if the booster pump is arranged behind the heater, cold water and hot water can alternately enter the booster pump, so that the problem of thermal expansion and cold contraction of a sealing piece in the booster pump can be caused by cold and thermal change, and the sealing performance is reduced; since the booster pump is operated in a high pressure environment, the reduced tightness of the booster pump is likely to cause failure thereof. While the present modified embodiment successfully avoids this problem by disposing the heater 40 after the booster pump.
As a further improvement of the above embodiments, the front side surface of the main suction groove is provided with a filtering baffle 41, and the filtering baffle can block the garbage with large size, so as to avoid blockage or equipment damage caused by suction.
In the above embodiment and its modification, the first driving cylinder, the second driving cylinder, the third driving cylinder, the fourth driving cylinder, the fifth driving cylinder, and the sixth driving cylinder may be a cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder; the power supply equipment for supplying power to the fan, the booster pump, the heater and the like adopts a mute generator, and of course, the power supply equipment can also adopt other forms of generators or storage batteries and the like.
As a further improvement to the above embodiment, the vehicle body is further provided with a sewage pump 41, the water inlet of which is provided in the sewage tank, and a filter 42, the outlet of which is connected to the filter.
