Abstract
本发明涉及一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵及其制备方法,属于泡沫材料技术领域。本发明通过凹凸棒土自有层链状结构,耐高温耐盐碱以及对有机物良好的吸附性,通过其可塑性将提纯凹凸棒土粉体溶解后分散在天然胶乳中再复合发泡,制成凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵,本发明制备的凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵中凹凸棒土层链状结构可以吸附蛋白质,减少天然胶乳中蛋白含量,改善由于蛋白质的存在使得海绵制品在潮湿高热的环境下易受霉菌污染,并且凹凸棒土本身带有防微生物功效,可以有效的防止天然乳胶制品内部发生霉变,进而影响海绵制品的使用性能的问题,并得益于凹凸棒土的多孔纤维结构进一步提升了乳胶海绵制品的透气性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种凹凸棒土/天然乳胶复合海绵及其制备方法,属于生活日用领域。
背景技术
随着胶乳海绵越来越广泛的应用,人们对海绵质量提出新要求。而且对纯天然胶乳海绵而言,无法皆备各种性能,故对海绵的研究产生新的方向—作为承载基体制备复合材料。为了提升改善天然乳胶制品在各种环境中的可使用性和持续性,并延长使用寿命,本发明制备的凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵中凹凸棒土层链状结构可以吸附蛋白质,减少天然胶乳中蛋白含量,改善由于蛋白质的存在使得海绵制品在潮湿高热的环境下易受霉菌污染,并且凹凸棒土本身带有防微生物功效,可以有效的防止天然乳胶制品内部发生霉变,进而影响海绵制品的使用性能的问题,并得益于凹凸棒土的多孔纤维结构进一步提升了乳胶海绵制品的透气性。
发明内容
土/天然乳胶复合海绵及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明凹凸棒土/天然乳胶复合海绵所使用涉及的方案包括:
1.一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵,其特征在于,包括下述重量份原料组成:
10~30份凹凸棒土,90~130份天然胶乳,20~30份分散液,2~5份阳离子交换剂,3~5份硫磺,2~4份硫化促进剂,2~4份发泡剂,1~2份乳化剂,2~4份活化助剂,1~2份氟硅酸钠。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵,其特征在于,所述天然胶乳固含量为65.2~76.3%,凹凸棒土固含量为3.8~10.9%,可交换阳离子含量为3.1~4.3%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵,其特征在于,所述分散液为六偏磷酸钠,聚丙烯酸,硅酸钠以及钠焦磷酸钠中的一种或多种,与去离子水配制而成2~8%的分散液,用于提升凹凸棒土在天然乳胶中的分散能力。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的阳离子交换剂,可以是氧化钙,氧化镁等金属阳离子中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的硫化促进剂,可以二硫代氨基甲酸盐、秋兰姆类如二硫代氨基甲酸铵,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和二硫代秋兰姆中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的发泡剂,可以是偶氮二异丁腈,碳酸钙/镁,十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的乳化剂,可以是油酸聚氧乙烯酯,油酸钾,烷基胺氧化物中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的活化助剂,可以是氧化锌等。
9.如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)取凹凸棒土先放进粉碎机,球磨机中进行粉碎研磨后过筛得粉末,再加入分散剂和水混合搅拌,然后超声清洗静置去上清液,再进行沉降法除不溶性杂质,烘干得凹凸棒土粉末待用;
(2)取凹凸棒土粉末,加入分散剂配置成质量分数为8~10%的混合液,并且再次超声分散得分散液待用;
(3)取硫磺、硫化促进剂,装入研磨机中研磨1~2h,再加入天然胶乳,继续研磨2~3h后静置熟化2天;
(4)向反应液中加入乳化剂、发泡剂、凹土分散液,以中速搅拌发泡1~3h,再以低速搅拌匀泡1~2h,得发泡液;
(5)向发泡液中边搅拌边加入氧化锌,搅拌1~2min后加入氟硅酸钠,搅拌至胶凝点时注模,在100~120℃下定型15~20min,再在沸水浴中硫化1~2h,取出水洗干燥,得改性凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵。

实例1
取凹凸棒土先放进粉碎机,400转/分行星球磨机进行粉碎8h研磨后过筛得粉末,取10g粉末,再加入5g六偏硫酸钠和85g水混合搅拌30min,然后300w超声清洗10min,静置30min去上清液,再进行沉降2h除不溶性杂质,95℃烘干2h得凹凸棒土粉末,加入6g六偏硫酸钠配置成质量分数为10%的混合液,并且再次300w超声分散10min后作凹土分散液待用,取3g硫磺、2g二硫代氨基甲酸铵,装入研磨机中研磨1h,再加入90g天然胶乳,继续研磨2h后静置熟化2天,加入1g油酸聚氧乙烯酯、2g偶氮二异丁腈、待用凹土分散液,以中速搅拌发泡1h,再以低速搅拌匀泡1h,得发泡液,再向发泡液中边搅拌边加入2g氧化锌,搅拌1min后加入1g氟硅酸钠,搅拌至胶凝点时注模,在100℃下定型15min,再在沸水浴中硫化1h,取出水洗干燥,得改性凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵。
实例2
取凹凸棒土先放进粉碎机,400转/分行星球磨机进行粉碎8h研磨后过筛得粉末,取10g粉末,再加入6g聚丙烯酸和90g水混合搅拌30min,然后300w超声清洗10min,静置30min去上清液,再进行沉降2h除不溶性杂质,95℃烘干2h得凹凸棒土粉末,加入6g六偏硫酸钠配置成质量分数为8%的混合液,并且再次300w超声分散15min后作凹土分散液待用,取3g硫磺、3g二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌,装入研磨机中研磨1h,再加入90g天然胶乳,继续研磨2h后静置熟化1天,加入1g油酸聚氧乙烯酯、2g碳酸镁、待用凹土分散液,以中速搅拌发泡1h,再以低速搅拌匀泡1h,得发泡液,再向发泡液中边搅拌边加入2g氧化钙,搅拌1min后加入1g氟硅酸钠,搅拌至胶凝点时注模,在100℃下定型15min,再在沸水浴中硫化1h,取出水洗干燥,得改性凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵。
实例3
取凹凸棒土先放进粉碎机,400转/分行星球磨机进行粉碎8h研磨后过筛得粉末,取15g粉末,再加入5g硅酸钠和110g水混合搅拌40min,然后300w超声清洗10min,静置35min去上清液,再进行沉降2h除不溶性杂质,95℃烘干2.5h得凹凸棒土粉末,加入6g六偏硫酸钠配置成质量分数为9%的混合液,并且再次300w超声分散10min后作凹土分散液待用,取4g硫磺、2g二硫代秋兰姆,装入研磨机中研磨1h,再加入90g天然胶乳,继续研磨2h后静置熟化2天,加入2g油酸钾、2g十二烷基硫酸钠、待用凹土分散液,以中速搅拌发泡1h,再以低速搅拌匀泡1h,得发泡液,再向发泡液中边搅拌边加入2g氧化锌,搅拌1min后加入1g氟硅酸钠,搅拌至胶凝点时注模,在100℃下定型15min,再在沸水浴中硫化1h,取出水洗干燥,得改性凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵。
采取本发明配方及方法后,所得改性凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵有所提高,可大量应用的实际生产中。
Claims (9)
1.一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵,其特征在于,包括下述重量份原料组成:
10~30份凹凸棒土,90~130份天然胶乳,20~30份分散液,2~5份阳离子交换剂,3~5份硫磺,2~4份硫化促进剂,2~4份发泡剂,1~2份乳化剂,2~4份活化助剂,1~2份氟硅酸钠。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵,其特征在于,所述天然胶乳固含量为65.2~76.3%,凹凸棒土固含量为3.8~10.9%,可交换阳离子含量为3.1~4.3%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵,其特征在于,所述分散液为六偏磷酸钠,聚丙烯酸,硅酸钠以及钠焦磷酸钠中的一种或多种,与去离子水配制而成2~8%的分散液,用于提升凹凸棒土在天然乳胶中的分散能力。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的阳离子交换剂,可以是氧化钙,氧化镁等金属阳离子中的一种或多种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的硫化促进剂,可以二硫代氨基甲酸盐、秋兰姆类如二硫代氨基甲酸铵,二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸锌和二硫代秋兰姆中的一种或多种。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的发泡剂,可以是偶氮二异丁腈,碳酸钙/镁,十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的乳化剂,可以是油酸聚氧乙烯酯,油酸钾,烷基胺氧化物中的一种或多种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵配料中的活化助剂,可以是氧化锌等。
9.如权利要求1~8任意一项所述的一种凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵的制备方法,其
特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)取凹凸棒土先放进粉碎机,球磨机中进行粉碎研磨后过筛得粉末,再加入分散剂和水混合搅拌,然后超声清洗静置去上清液,再进行沉降法除不溶性杂质,烘干得凹凸棒土粉末待用;
(2)取凹凸棒土粉末,加入分散剂配置成质量分数为8~10%的混合液,并且再次超声分散得分散液待用;
(3)取硫磺、硫化促进剂,装入研磨机中研磨1~2h,再加入天然胶乳,继续研磨2~3h后静置熟化2天;
(4)向反应液中加入乳化剂、发泡剂、凹土分散液,以中速搅拌发泡1~3h,再以低速搅拌匀泡1~2h,得发泡液;
(5)向发泡液中边搅拌边加入氧化锌,搅拌1~2min后加入氟硅酸钠,搅拌至胶凝点时注模,在100~120℃下定型15~20min,再在沸水浴中硫化1~2h,取出水洗干燥,得改性凹凸棒土/天然胶乳复合海绵。
