本发明属于汽车油管插管设备,具体地说是一种汽车油管对接插管设备,工作台上设置插管工位,仿形座放置在插管工位,左右两侧对称设有由夹紧气缸驱动的仿形块,仿形座上放置有待插管的橡胶套;顶升气缸通过气缸固定板安装在工作台上,活塞端连接有顶升板,不锈钢管A的下端及不锈钢管B的上端均与顶升板相连,不锈钢管A的上端插设有顶头,工作台上安装有夹紧顶头气缸模组;气缸固定板上安装有电机,电机的输出端通过传动机构连接有转动安装在气缸固定板上的螺母,插入深度调节螺杆与螺母螺纹连接、形成螺旋副,插入深度调节螺杆由不锈钢管B的下端插入。本发明保证了对接插管的深度尺寸及精度,提高了产品生产质量。

本发明属于汽车油管插管设备,具体地说是一种汽车油管对接插管设备。
背景技术
当前汽车行业中,油管对接插管的工艺多数都是由人工操作来实现的。由于人工操作的误差性,对接插管的深度及精度问题无法保证;并且,对接时插接的力度很大,造成工人作业劳动强度也比较大,生产效率低。
发明内容
为了解决人工操作油管对接插管存在的上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车油管对接插管设备。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明包括框架及分别位于框架内的夹取顶头气缸模组、夹紧气缸、仿形块、仿形座、工作台、顶头、顶升气缸、气缸固定板、顶升板、不锈钢管A、不锈钢管B、插入深度调节螺杆、电机和传动机构,其中工作台的台面上设置插管工位,所述仿形座放置在插管工位,左右两侧对称设有由夹紧气缸驱动的仿形块,该仿形座上放置有待插管的橡胶套;所述顶升气缸通过气缸固定板安装在工作台上,该顶升气缸的活塞端连接有顶升板,所述不锈钢管A的下端及不锈钢管B的上端均与顶升板相连,该不锈钢管A的上端插设有顶头,顶头及不锈钢管A通过所述顶升气缸驱动上升、由所述橡胶套穿过,所述工作台的台面上安装有夹紧顶头气缸模组,所述顶头穿过橡胶套后通过夹取顶头气缸模组由不锈钢管A上夹取掉;所述气缸固定板上安装有电机,该电机的输出端通过传动机构连接有转动安装在气缸固定板上的螺母,所述插入深度调节螺杆与该螺母螺纹连接、形成螺旋副,插入深度调节螺杆由所述不锈钢管B的下端插入,该插入深度调节螺杆的上端为橡胶管由所述不锈钢管A插入后的限位端,所述插入深度调节螺杆的上端高度通过螺旋副由电机驱动调节;

所述工作台的台面通过多根导柱连接有固定板,该固定板上转动安装有调节螺母,所述气缸固定板上安装有顶升气缸位置高度调节螺杆,该顶升气缸位置高度调节螺杆由所述固定板穿过,并与所述调节螺母形成螺旋副;
所述顶升板及气缸固定板分别通过直线轴承与各根导柱滑动连接;
所述不锈钢管B上沿轴向开设有条形孔,该不锈钢管B外部设有U型槽光电开关,所述U型槽光电开关由条形孔穿入、与插入深度调节螺杆的上端相连;
所述仿形座每侧的夹紧气缸均安装在工作台的台面上,活塞端连接有所述仿形块,每侧仿形块夹紧橡胶套的内侧均设有凹槽,所述橡胶套被夹紧于左右两侧仿形块上凹槽围成的空间内;
所述仿形座的前后两侧对称设有安装在工作台的台面上的直线导轨,每侧所述仿形块的前后两侧下表面均设有与直线导轨滑动连接的滑块;
所述不锈钢管A的下端可拆卸地与顶升板相连,该不锈钢管A与所述不锈钢管B上下同轴设置;

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1~6所示,本发明包括框架1及分别位于框架1内的夹取顶头气缸模组4、夹紧气缸5、仿形块6、仿形座7、工作台8、顶头11、顶升气缸13、气缸固定板14、顶升板17、不锈钢管A20、不锈钢管B21、插入深度调节螺杆24、电机25和传动机构,其中框架1的底部四角设有四个万向轮2,便于设备移动;框架1具有工作台8,该工作台8的左右两侧均设有橡胶管料箱存放架3。
工作台8的台面上设置插管工位,仿形座7放置在插管工位,左右两侧对称设有由夹紧气缸5驱动的仿形块6,该仿形座7上放置有待插管的橡胶套12;在仿形座7的后侧设有安装在工作台8的台面上的夹取顶头气缸模组4。本发明可通过更换仿形座7实现插管通用。工作台8的台面上的插管工位为一个或多个,本实施例为双插管工位,每个插管工位上各放置了一个长方体形状的仿形座7,每个仿形座7的左右两侧对称设置了夹紧气缸5,仿形座7每侧的夹紧气缸5均固定在工作台8的台面上,活塞端连接有仿形块6,每侧仿形块6夹紧橡胶套12的内侧均设有凹槽,橡胶套12被夹紧于左右两侧仿形块6上凹槽围成的空间内。仿形座7的前后两侧对称设有安装在工作台8的台面上的直线导轨9,两侧的直线导轨9平行设置,每侧仿形块6的前后两侧下表面均设有与直线导轨9滑动连接的滑块10。夹紧橡胶套12时,两侧的夹紧气缸5同步工作,分别驱动两侧的仿形块6沿直线导轨9相向移动,直至夹紧橡胶套12。
本实施例的夹取顶头气缸模组4包括气缸A401、气缸B402、气缸C403、夹爪404及支架405,该气缸A401通过支架安装在工作台8的台面上,气缸A401的活塞端连接有气缸B402,气缸A401活塞的伸缩方向为水平方向;气缸B402的活塞端连接有气缸C403,气缸B402活塞的伸缩方向为竖直方向;气缸C403驱动夹爪404张开或闭合、夹取顶头11。
工作台8的台面通过多根(本实施例为四根)导柱18连接有固定板28,顶升板17及气缸固定板14分别通过直线轴承与导柱18滑动连接。顶升气缸13的缸体固接在气缸固定板14的中间位置,活塞端与顶升板17的中间位置相连。不锈钢管A20的下端安装在顶升板17上,为了便于更换不同长度的不锈钢管A20,本实施例的不锈钢管A20的下端可拆卸地与顶升板17相连;不锈钢管A20的上端插设有顶头11,顶头11及不锈钢管A20通过顶升气缸13驱动上升、由橡胶套12穿过,顶头11穿过橡胶套12后通过夹取顶头气缸模组4由不锈钢管A20上夹取掉。本实施例的顶头11为锥台状,采用特氟龙材料制成,表面光滑,便于穿过橡胶套12。不锈钢管B21的上端与顶升板17固接,不锈钢管A20与不锈钢管B21上下同轴设置;本实施例的不锈钢管A20的外径(12mm)小于不锈钢管B21的外径(15mm),不锈钢管A20的内径与不锈钢管B21的内径(内径均为11mm)相等。气缸固定板14上安装有电机25,该电机25的输出端通过传动机构连接有转动安装在气缸固定板14上的螺母,插入深度调节螺杆24与该螺母螺纹连接、形成螺旋副,插入深度调节螺杆24由不锈钢管B21的下端插入,该插入深度调节螺杆24的上端为橡胶管由不锈钢管A20插入后的限位端,可限制橡胶管的插入深度,插入深度调节螺杆24的上端高度通过螺旋副由电机25驱动调节。不锈钢管A20用于配合顶头11实现顶出、方便插入橡胶管,不锈钢管B21上沿轴向开设有条形孔23,该不锈钢管B21外部设有用于检测橡胶管是否插入到位的U型槽光电开关22,避免因人工未将橡胶管插入到位而造成不合格,U型槽光电开关22由条形孔23穿入、与插入深度调节螺杆24的上端相连。条形孔23的开设用于配合U型槽光电开关22进行检测,通过插入深度调节螺杆24及U型槽光电开关22,可对插入不锈钢管A20内的橡胶管进行导向约束,防止橡胶管弯曲变形而引起定位误差。传动机构包括带轮A26、带轮B27及传动带,该带轮A26连接于电机25的输出端,带轮B27与螺母连接,带轮A26通过传动带与带轮B27相连。
本实施例的固定板28上转动安装有调节螺母16,气缸固定板14上安装有顶升气缸位置高度调节螺杆15,该顶升气缸位置高度调节螺杆15由固定板28穿过,并与调节螺母16形成螺旋副。旋拧调节螺母16可使顶升气缸位置高度调节螺杆15带动气缸固定板14沿导柱18升降,进而调节顶升气缸13的高度,同时也可调节插入深度调节螺杆24插入不锈钢管B21内的深度。
本发明的工作原理为:
本发明可在多个插管工位同时操作,由一个顶升气缸13驱动顶升板17升降,实现多个插管工位进行插管。以一个插管工位为例,具体为:
首先,根据需要选择设定长度的不锈钢管A20安装在顶升板17上。电机25工作,通过传动机构调节插入深度调节螺杆24插入不锈钢管B21内的深度。人工将橡胶套12放置在仿形座7上,仿形座7左右两侧的夹紧气缸5同步工作,分别驱动左右两侧的仿形块6沿直线导轨9相向移动、直至夹紧橡胶套12。顶升气缸13工作,驱动顶升板17带动不锈钢管A20及不锈钢管B21上升,不锈钢管A20及其上端的顶头11由橡胶套12穿出。夹取顶头气缸模组4中的气缸A401、气缸B402及气缸C403共同工作,利用夹爪404将不锈钢管A20上的顶头11夹取走,然后人工在不锈钢管A20内插入橡胶管;橡胶管在不锈钢管A20内向下插入,直至与插入深度调节螺杆24的上端抵接,U型槽光电开关22也检测到橡胶管插入到位。顶升气缸13工作,驱动顶升板17带动不锈钢管A20及不锈钢管B21下降,不锈钢管A20由橡胶套12退出,橡胶管即完成与橡胶套12的插管。取走完成插管的橡胶套12与橡胶管,设备复位,依次循环进行插管。

7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车油管对接插管设备,其特征在于:所述仿形座(7)的前后两侧对称设有安装在工作台(8)的台面上的直线导轨(9),每侧所述仿形块(6)的前后两侧下表面均设有与直线导轨(9)滑动连接的滑块(10)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油管对接插管设备,其特征在于:所述不锈钢管A(20)的下端可拆卸地与顶升板(17)相连,该不锈钢管A(20)与所述不锈钢管B(21)上下同轴设置。
9.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油管对接插管设备,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括带轮A(26)、带轮B(27)及传动带,该带轮A(26)连接于所述电机(25)的输出端,所述带轮B(27)与所述螺母连接,带轮A(26)通过传动带与带轮B(27)相连。
10.根据权利要求1所述的汽车油管对接插管设备,其特征在于:所述工作台(8)的台面上的插管工位为一个或多个。
