Abstract
本发明公开了一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,包括以下步骤:将水、铝源、硅源、碱金属和有机结构导向剂混合而成的溶液先进行搅拌,然后再加入到沸石中一起混合,搅拌,然后在300℃~350℃进行干燥5~240小时,形成初始凝胶混合物,再将初始凝胶混合物进行1~100小时高温800℃~1350℃焙烧处理,冷却得到极化型功能沸石初料,再用氯化镧等氯化稀土水溶液浸泡烧结合成最终极化型功能沸石。本发明提出的一种制造具有极化特性使空气产生负氧离子和水产生负电位的功能性沸石的方法,该方法简单易行,易于操作,得到的极化功能沸石具有高空气负氧离子和超低负电位水的特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及无机物生产制造技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法。
背景技术
现有的沸石作为一般的建筑材料和民用材料,一般不具有极化功能,从而对水、对空气产生作用形成负氧离子空气和负电位水,局限性较大,存在很大提升空间。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的在于提供一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其通过晶格的应变和表面能量赋予,形成具有极化功能的沸石细微结构极化水和空气形成负氧离子空气和负电位水。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
包括以下步骤:(1)将铝源、硅源、碱金属和有机结构导向剂加水进行搅拌,然后加入沸石,持续搅拌,并进行干燥,得到初始凝胶混合物;(2)将初始凝胶混合物进行进行高温焙烧处理,得到功能型极化沸石初料;(3)再用氯化稀土水溶液浸泡沸石初料,然后烧结成最终极化型功能沸石。
在本实施方式的极化型沸石中,认为在沸石的Si-O或Al-O键合中缺损少,键合距离与角度的均一性高,不容易发生晶格内能量贮存;在Si-O或Al-O键合中8元环结构等高阶细微结构规则地排列,可以看出只要恰当地形成微孔就可以实现能量贮存;通过恰当地无缺损地形成微孔结构,发挥出极化沸石能量赋予,针对不同的气体分子和水分子产生极化效果,从而产生负氧离子空气和负电位水的效果。
优选的,对沸石产生微孔可利用将混合凝胶的组成比、水热合成时的条件(加热温度、加热时间)等调整为后述的优选范围的方法等来调整为上述范围。
优选的,本实施方式的极化型沸石的制造方法包括混合凝胶的制备工序,该混合凝胶含有:含硅的硅源、含铝的铝源、含有选自碱金属(M1)和碱土金属(M2)中的至少一种的碱金属源以及水。
优选的,混合凝胶的制备工序:对混合凝胶的制备工序没有特别限定,例如可以包括将氧化硅源、铝源、碱金属源、水以及必要的有机结构导向剂一次性混合或以多阶段进行混合的混合工序、以及该混合工序所得到的混合物的熟化工序。
优选的,混合工序可以将包括氧化硅源、铝源、碱金属源、水以及必要时的有机结构导向剂的这些成分一次性或以多阶段进行混合。
优选的,对混合工序的时间没有特别限定,可以根据混合工序的温度适宜地选择,例如可以举出大于10分钟且为1000小时以下。从抑制Al与Si过度的缩合反应、兼顾前提的形成和均匀混合的方面考虑,优选添加速度慢。
优选的,使用包含碱金属源、铝源、氧化硅源的混合液且具有搅拌工序和熟化工序。在将铝源与硅源混合并进行熟化时,从抑制Al与Si过度的缩合反应、兼顾前体的形成和均匀混合的方面考虑将混合、搅拌、熟化工序的温度优选为25℃以下;从防止过度的缩合反应、能够充分地均匀地混合的方面考虑,混合、搅拌、熟化工序的时间优选为10分钟以上、24小时以下。
优选的,在进行搅拌时,只要为通常使用的搅拌方法就没有特别限定,作为具体例,可以举出利用桨搅拌、振动搅拌、摇动搅拌、离心式搅拌等的方法。
优选的,硅源只要为通常使用的硅源就没有特别限定,作为具体例,可以举出无定形氧化硅、胶态氧化硅、湿式法氧化硅、干式法氧化硅、硅胶、硅酸钠、无定形硅酸错凝胶、四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)、三甲基乙氧基硅烷等。这些化合物可以单独使用,也可以将两种以上组合使用。此处,无定形硅酸铝凝胶是氧化硅源、同时也是铝源。它们之中,由于存在可得到结晶度高的沸石的倾向,因而优选无定形氧化硅、胶态氧化硅、湿式法氧化硅、干式法氧化硅、硅胶。从同样的方面出发,更优选胶态氧化硅、湿式法氧化硅、干式法氧化硅。
优选的,铝源只要是通常使用的铝源就没有特别限定,作为具体例,可以举出铝酸钠、硫酸铝、硝酸铝、乙酸铝、氢氧化铝、氧化铝、氯化铝、铝醇盐、金属铝、无定形硅酸铝凝胶等。这些化合物可以单独使用,也可以将两种以上组合使用。它们之中,由于存在可得到结晶度高的沸石的倾向,因而优选铝酸钠、硫酸铝、硝酸铝、乙酸铝、氢氧化铝、氯化铝、铝醇盐。从同样的方面出发,更优选铝酸钠、氢氧化铝,进一步优选铝酸钠。
优选的,氯化稀土镧(La)系元素(lanthanideelement)包括镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥,利用氯化稀土作为极化沸石功能沸石的催化剂,进一步优化采用氯化镧、氯化铈。
优选的,碱金属源中的碱的种类没有特别限定,可以使用任意的碱金属和/或任意的碱土金属化合物。碱金属源可以使用但不限于例如碱金属或碱土金属的氢氧化物、碳酸氢盐、碳酸盐、醋酸盐、硫酸盐、硝酸盐等。这些化合物可以单独使用,也可以将两种以上组合使用。作为碱金属源使用的碱金属和碱土金属通常可以使用Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Ca、Mg、Sr、Ba等。从极化型沸石骨架的结晶形成孔洞能量变得更容易的方面考虑,优选Na、K,更优选Na。另外,作为碱金属源使用的碱金属和碱土金属可以单独使用,也可以将两种以上组合使用。具体地说,作为碱金属源,可以举出但不限于例如氢氧化钠、乙酸钠、硫酸钠、硝酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钾、乙酸钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、氢氧化锂、乙酸锂、硫酸锂、硝酸锂、碳酸锂、碳酸氢锂、氢氧化铷、乙酸铷、硫酸铷、硝酸铷、碳酸铷、碳酸氢铷、氢氧化铯、乙酸铯、硫酸铯、硝酸铯、碳酸铯、碳酸氢铯、氢氧化钙、乙酸钙、硫酸钙、硝酸钙、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、氢氧化镁、乙酸镁、硫酸镁、硝酸镁、碳酸镁、碳酸氢镁、氢氧化锶、乙酸锶、硫酸锶、硝酸锶、碳酸锶、碳酸氢锶、氢氧化钡、乙酸钡、硫酸钡、硝酸钡、碳酸钡、碳酸氢钡等。它们之中,优选氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化锂、氢氧化铷、氢氧化铯、氢氧化I丐、氢氧化镁、氢氧化锁、氢氧化钡,更优选氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、氢氧化锂、氢氧化铷、氢氧化铯,进一步优选氢氧化钠。
优选的,有机结构导向剂将混合凝胶通过水热合成来制造极化型沸石的情况下,有机结构导向剂为对于结晶化孔洞形成极化沸石结构起到促进作用的化合物。在沸石的结晶化孔洞形成极化沸石中,可以根据需要使用有机结构导向剂。从极化型沸石骨架的结晶形成变得更容易和合成时间变短、制造极化型沸石时的经济性优异的方面考虑,优选使用包含有机结构导向剂的混合凝胶进行合成。有机结构导向剂只要可形成所期望的极化型沸石,无论任何种类均可。另外,有机结构导向剂可以单独使用,也可以将两种以上组合使用。作为有机结构导向剂,可以使用但不限于例如胺类、季铵盐类、醇类、醚类、酰胺类、烷基脲类、烷基硫脲类、氰基烷烃类、含有氮作为杂原子的脂环式杂环化合物类,优选使用季铵盐,更优选使用四烷基铵盐,进一步优选使用四乙基铵盐。
优选的,对上述混合物进行干燥,干燥的温度只要为通常进行干燥的温度就没有特别限定,通常为室温至150℃以下。干燥时的气体只要为通常使用的气体就没有特别限定,通常使用空气、加入有氮、氩等惰性气体或氧的混合气体。
优选的,烧制工序可以根据需要对极化型沸石进行烧制来使用。烧制的温度只是通常使用的温度没有特别限定,在希望除去有机结构导向剂的情况下,由于能够减少其残留比例,该温度优选为150℃~350℃。进行烧制的时间只要为可充分除去有机结构导向剂的时间就没有特别限定,可以根据烧制的温度适宜地选择,由于存在能够减少有机结构导向剂的残留比例的倾向,因而烧制的时间1小时~3小时。在保持沸石的极化结晶性的倾向,因而烧制温度设置为800℃~1350℃,烧结的时间优选为1小时~20小时。烧制的气氛只要为通常使用的气体就没有特别限定,通常使用空气、加入有氮、氩等惰性气体或氧的混合气体。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:将10%的铝酸钠(NaA102),1%的四丁基溴化铵,0.8%的氧化硅和0.5%的氢氧化钠(NaOH)混合加水搅拌,然后在310℃下进行干燥200小时,形成初始凝胶混合物,再将初始凝胶与沸石混合物进行10小时高温1000℃焙烧处理,得到功能型极化沸石初料,再用10%的氯化镧水溶液浸泡,然后在500℃下进行干燥烧结100小时,烧结合成最终极化型功能沸石;其中,干燥的温度为:100℃;混合、搅拌的温度为20℃、时间为1小时。
实施例2:将5%的铝酸钠(NaA102),5%的四丁基溴化铵,2%的氧化硅和3%的氢氧化钠(KOH)混合加水搅拌,然后在340℃下进行干燥150小时,形成初始凝胶混合物,再将初始凝胶与沸石混合物进行50小时高温900℃焙烧处理,得到功能型极化沸石初料,再用5%的氯化镧水溶液浸泡,然后在800℃下进行干燥烧结50小时,烧结合成最终极化型功能沸石;其中,干燥的温度为:140℃;混合、搅拌的温度为10℃、时间为15小时。
实施例3:将2%的铝酸钠(NaA102),15%的四丁基溴化铵,4%的氧化硅和1%的氢氧化钠(KOH)混合加水搅拌,然后在330℃下进行干燥70小时,形成初始凝胶混合物,再将初始凝胶与沸石混合物进行500小时高温1200℃焙烧处理,得到功能型极化沸石初料,再用16%的氯化镧水溶液浸泡,然后在700℃下进行干燥烧结80小时,烧结合成最终极化型功能沸石;其中,干燥的温度为:80℃;混合、搅拌的温度为5℃、时间为20小时。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。对于实施例公开的装置而言,由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。

Claims (10)
1.一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将铝源、硅源、碱金属和有机结构导向剂加水进行搅拌,然后加入沸石,持续搅拌,并进行干燥,得到初始凝胶混合物;(2)将初始凝胶混合物进行进行高温焙烧处理,得到功能型极化沸石初料;(3)再用氯化稀土水溶液浸泡沸石初料,然后烧结成最终极化型功能沸石。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述沸石包含斜发沸石、丝光沸石、菱沸石、钙十字沸石、毛沸石、方沸石或浊沸石其中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述铝源的百分含量为1%-15%,包括:铝酸钠、硫酸铝、硝酸铝、乙酸铝、氢氧化铝、氧化铝、氯化铝、铝醇盐、金属铝或无定形硅酸铝凝胶其中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述硅源的百分含量为0.1%-6%,包括:无定形氧化硅、胶态氧化硅、湿式法氧化硅、干式法氧化硅、硅胶、硅酸钠、无定形硅酸错凝胶、四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)、三甲基乙氧基硅烷其中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述碱金属的百分含量为0.1%-6%,包括:氢氧化钠、乙酸钠、硫酸钠、硝酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钾、乙酸钾、硫酸钾、硝酸钾、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、氢氧化锂、乙酸锂、硫酸锂、硝酸锂、碳酸锂、碳酸氢锂、氢氧化铷、乙酸铷、硫酸铷、硝酸铷、碳酸铷、碳酸氢铷、氢氧化铯、乙酸铯、硫酸铯、硝酸铯、碳酸铯、碳酸氢铯、氢氧化钙、乙酸钙、硫酸钙、硝酸钙、碳酸钙、碳酸氢钙、氢氧化镁、乙酸镁、硫酸镁、硝酸镁、碳酸镁、碳酸氢镁、氢氧化锶、乙酸锶、硫酸锶、硝酸锶、碳酸锶、碳酸氢锶、氢氧化钡、乙酸钡、硫酸钡、硝酸钡、碳酸钡或碳酸氢钡其中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述有机结构导向剂的百分含量为0.1%-5%,包括:胺类、季铵盐类、醇类、醚类、酰胺类、烷基脲类、烷基硫脲类、氰基烷烃类或含有氮作为杂原子的脂环式杂环化合物类。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述初始凝胶生产温度在300℃~350℃之间,时间为5~240小时。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述高温焙烧处理的温度为800℃~1350℃,时间为1~100小时。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述氯化稀土水溶液的百分含量为0.1%-20%,烧结在温度300℃~950℃之间进行,时间为1~140小时。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种极化型产生负氧离子空气和负电位水沸石的制造方法,其特征在于,所述氯化稀土优选为氯化镧、氯化铈。
