具体实施方式
本发明的清洁制剂包括水、柔润剂(emollient)、阴离子表面活性剂、螯合剂和防腐剂。
水包含在本发明的制剂中,作为本发明制剂的其他成分的载体和溶剂。它在制剂中的含量为约70-99重量%,优选约80-99重量%,最优选约90-99重量%。
柔润成分包括在本发明的制剂中,以便沿球拍头部表面产生干燥的纹理,从而消除滑动。它在制剂中的含量为约0.1-10重量%,优选约0.5-8重量%,最优选约1-5重量%。优选的柔润剂是由BASF以名称Cetiol Ultimate销售的十一烷和十三烷的混合物。适用于本发明制剂的其它柔润剂包括辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、水解的荷荷巴酯、碳酸二辛酯、椰油醇辛酸酯和环戊硅氧烷。
阴离子表面活性剂作为温和清洁剂包含在本发明的制剂中。它的含量为约0.05至8重量%,优选约0.1至5重量%,最优选约0.2至3重量%。优选的阴离子表面活性剂是月桂基葡糖苷羧酸钠(sodium lauryl glucose carboxylate)和月桂基葡糖苷的混合物,由BASF以名称Plantapon LGC SORB NA销售。其他表面活性剂包括月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、癸基葡糖苷、油酸甘油酯和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
螯合剂包含在制剂中用以螯合(sequester)金属离子。它的含量为约0.01-5重量%,优选约0.05-3重量%,最优选约0.1-2重量%。优选的螯合剂是由AkzoNobel以名称Dissolvine GL-47-S销售的N,N-双(羧甲基)-L-谷氨酸四钠。其他螯合剂包括乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐、乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠、EDTA二钠和EDTA四钠。
防腐剂成分包括在本发明的制剂中,以使产品污染的风险最小化。它的含量为约0.01至8重量%,优选约0.03至5重量%,最优选约0.05至2重量%。优选的防腐剂是5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯(2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one and 3-Iodo-2-propynyl Butyl Carbamate)的混合物,由Troy Corporation以名称TroyGuard CM 1.5CF和TroyGuard IP06销售。
其他合适的防腐剂包括2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、二癸基二甲基氯化铵和苯甲酸钠。
为了掩盖任何气味,香料(fragrance)可任选地以约0.05至3重量%,优选约0.1至2重量%,最优选约0.2至1.5重量%的量加入到本发明的制剂中。合适的香料包括花香、木香、辛香和草本香料。
pH调节剂可任选地以约0.001至5重量%,优选约0.01至3重量%,最优选约0.03至2重量%的量加入到本发明的制剂中。优选的pH调节剂是由Norman&Fox以名称Citric AcidAnhy USP/FCC GPD销售的柠檬酸。其他合适的pH调节剂包括乳酸、柠檬酸钠和氢氧化钠。
本发明的产品具有增强的清洁性能。使用本发明的擦拭物可延长乒乓球拍的使用寿命。本发明的擦拭物轻便且方便在旅行时携带和使用。
本发明产品易于使用;不需要额外的水、海绵或化学品的混合。
本发明的擦拭物以约100-300%,优选约125-250%,最优选约150-225%的饱和水平(saturation level)浸泡。(干擦拭物的重量×饱和度=制剂的重量)。饱和水平由一块擦拭物能够保持用于清洁的制剂而没有过量制剂滴落的量确定。
此外,本发明的擦拭物优选由100%天然纸纤维(纤维素)组成的纸制成;没有使用合成纤维。可以在制造过程中添加一种或多种化学品,以增强纸张的强度。
作为纸纤维的代替,其他基质材料可适用于本发明的擦拭物。例如,本发明的擦拭物可以由100%人造丝纤维制成;这种纤维由粘稠溶液制成,该粘稠溶液是用氢氧化钠和二硫化碳处理纤维素,或与30%-70%PET混合得到的。
当展开时,本发明擦拭物的最佳尺寸为6英寸长和5英寸宽。或者,可以使用五英寸正方形、六英寸正方形或八英寸乘以六英寸的矩形。
在一个实施例中,如图1-4所示,根据本发明制造的单个擦拭物15被包装在存储包11中。包11在13处刻痕(score),可以容易地撕开包11以便从中移出擦拭物15,如图2所示。一旦移出,擦拭物15被施加到乒乓球拍29的头部31(如图4所示)来清洁头部31。
在第二实施例中,如图5-7所示,根据本发明制造的多个擦拭物15A被包装在柔性袋17中。袋17包括可移除的密封件19,使得一个或多个擦拭物15A能够从袋17中移出,如图6所示。一旦移出,擦拭物15A被施加到乒乓球拍29A的头部31A(如图7所示)来清洁头部31A。
在第三实施例中,如图8-10所示,根据本发明制造的多个擦拭物15B被包装在圆柱形容器21中。容器21包括顶部23,顶部23可以铰接地旋转以暴露狭孔25,一个或多个擦拭物15B可以通过狭孔25从容器21移出,如图9所示。一旦移出,擦拭物15B被施加到乒乓球拍29B的头部31B(如图7所示)来清洁头部31B。
现在将在以下权利要求中阐述本发明的范围。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于清洁乒乓球拍的方法,乒乓球拍包括手柄以及具有比赛表面的头部,该方法包括将有效量的组合物涂覆到所述头部,所述组合物包含柔润剂、阴离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、防腐剂和作为载体的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述组合物包括:
柔润剂,其量为约0.1-10重量%;
阴离子表面活性剂,其量为约0.05-8重量%;
螯合剂,其量为约0.01-5重量%;
防腐剂,其量为约0.01-8重量%;和
水,其含量为约70-99重量%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述组合物包括:
柔润剂,其量为约0.5-8重量%;
阴离子表面活性剂,其量为约0.1-5重量%;
螯合剂,其量为约0.05-3重量%;
防腐剂,其量为约0.03-5重量%;和
水,其含量为约80-99重量%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述组合物包括:
柔润剂,其量为约1-5重量%;
阴离子表面活性剂,其量为约0.2-3重量%;
螯合剂,其量为约0.1-2重量%;
防腐剂,其量为约0.05-2重量%;和
水,其含量为约90-99重量%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,通过沿着所述球拍头部的所述比赛表面摩擦含有所述组合物的擦拭物,将所述组合物涂覆到所述乒乓球拍头部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述擦拭物以约100-300的饱和水平包含所述组合物。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述擦拭物由天然纸纤维制成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述柔润剂选自由十一烷、十三烷、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、水解的荷荷巴酯、碳酸二辛酯、椰油醇辛酸酯和环戊硅氧烷组成的组。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述阴离子表面活性剂选自由月桂基葡糖苷羧酸钠、月桂基葡糖苷、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、癸基葡糖苷、油酸甘油酯和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱组成的组。
10.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述螯合剂选自由N,N-双(羧甲基)-L-谷氨酸四钠、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐、乙二胺二琥珀酸三钠、EDTA二钠和EDTA四钠组成的组。
11.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述防腐剂选自由5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮和3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸酯、2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮、二癸基二甲基氯化铵和苯甲酸钠组成的组。
12.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述柔润剂是十一烷和十三烷的混合物,所述阴离子表面活性剂是月桂基葡糖苷羧酸钠和月桂基葡糖苷的混合物,且螯合剂是N,N-双(羧甲基)-L-谷氨酸四钠。
13.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述组合物还包含pH调节剂。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述组合物包括:
柔润剂,其量为约0.1-10重量%;
阴离子表面活性剂,其量为约0.05-8重量%;
螯合剂,其量为约0.01-5重量%;
防腐剂,其量为约0.01-8重量%;
水,其量为约70-99重量%;和
pH调节剂,其量为约0.001-5重量%。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中所述pH调节剂选自由柠檬酸、乳酸、柠檬酸钠和氢氧化钠组成的组。
16.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述组合物还包含含有柠檬酸的pH调节剂。
17.一种用于清洁乒乓球拍的产品,球拍具有手柄以及带有比赛表面的头部,该产品包括设计成沿着所述头部的所述比赛表面摩擦的擦拭物,所述擦拭物经过清洁组合物预处理,该组合物包括柔润剂、阴离子表面活性剂、螯合剂、防腐剂和作为载体的水。
18.根据权利要求17所述的产品,其中所述擦拭物以约100-300的饱和水平包含所述组合物。
19.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中所述组合物包括:
柔润剂,其量为约0.1-10重量%;
阴离子表面活性剂,其量为约0.05-8重量%;
螯合剂,其量为约0.01-5重量%;
防腐剂,其量为约0.01-8重量%;和
水,其含量为约70-99重量%。
20.根据权利要求17所述的产品,其中所述柔润剂是十一烷和十三烷的混合物,所述阴离子表面活性剂是月桂基葡糖苷羧酸钠和月桂基葡糖苷的混合物,且螯合剂是N,N-双(羧甲基)-L-谷氨酸四钠。
