现今随着生活水平的上升,人们对健康养生也越来越重视,在服用一些功能性药物的时候,不仅看中配方成分,也在意其保健功能;经研究发现,枸杞糖肽作为枸杞果肉中最有效的活性成分,可谓是枸杞的精华之所在。现代药理学试验已充分证实枸杞糖肽能显著提高机体免疫功能,生物活性多糖能参与生物体的免疫调节,参与生命细胞的各种活动。具有一定的降血糖、降血脂、抗炎症、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等功效。而枸杞糖肽的高生物活性,使它要比目前临床上常用的口服多糖的免疫活性强几百倍。实验也进一步证明,枸杞糖肽具有抗氧化、抗衰老、调节免疫、抑制肿瘤细胞复制等多种药理活性。作为一种枸杞糖蛋白,枸杞糖肽是构成血管壁细胞的重要营养,也是心脑血管疾病的血液清洗机,对心肌细胞具有营养构建作用,对心脑血管病引发的三高症、冠心病、血管粥样硬化等疾病也有显著预防效果。枸杞糖肽可通过调节血压中枢抑制血管收缩,扩张血管,促进血液循环,清除血液中的垃圾,防止粥样斑块和血栓的形成。同时还可以缩小斑块和溶解血栓,活化和保护血管内皮细胞,改善和增加血管弹性等,从而全面有效的调控血压、血脂,使血液清净,血流畅通,血管收缩自由,血压平稳,从而有效防止一系列心脑血管疾病的发生。这对于经常饮酒或者醉酒的人来说无疑是一种降血压,降血脂,疏通血液,保护心脏的良性添加剂,且枸杞糖肽是纯天然成分,无任何不良副作用。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
鉴于以上所述,本发明的目的在于提供一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺来生产一种天然成分无副作用另附带保健效果的解酒药。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料制成:葛根提取物10~40份,玉米低聚肽粉11~44份,枸杞糖肽粉7.5~26份,异麦芽酮糖醇5~20份,山梨糖醇10~40份,可可粉2.5~10份,阿斯巴甜0.1~0.3份,桃味香精0.3~1.2份,余量为水。
本发明提供的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺可进一步设置为所述该植物配方解酒片经以下工艺制造:
(1)备料,将原料按照组份进行配比备料;
(2)粉碎,将山梨糖醇送至粉碎机进行粉碎;
(3)一次混料,将葛根提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、异麦芽酮糖醇,可可粉,阿斯巴甜,桃味香精与步骤(2)后粉碎的山梨糖醇混合,得到制粒原料;
(4)制粒,将步骤(3)后得到的制粒原料倒入制粒机中进行制粒,待颗粒成型时出料;
(5)干燥,将步骤(4)后得到的成型颗粒送入烘箱烘干水分;
(6)二次混料,将步骤(5)后得到的颗粒送入混合机,并在混合机内向颗粒中加入枸杞糖肽粉,使其均匀混合,待混合完成之后出料,得到压片原料,将其倒入运料袋中,装袋封口;
(7)压片,调整压片室内温度与湿度直至适合压片,然后将步骤(6)后得到的压片原料送入压片机进行压片,压片完成后需将成品冷却晾凉至室温,得到解酒片片剂;
(8)包装,将步骤(7)后得到的解酒片片剂送入包装车间进行内包装、外包装。
本发明提供的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺可进一步设置为所述步骤(2)中山梨糖醇粉碎后的细度为80目。
本发明提供的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺可进一步设置为所述步骤(5)后成型颗粒的含水量应≤5%。
本发明提供的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺可进一步设置为所述步骤(5)中烘箱的进风温度为60-80℃。
本发明提供的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺可进一步设置为所述步骤(6)中混合机的混合时间为20-30min,混合机的转速为20-40HZ。
本发明提供的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺可进一步设置为所述步骤(7)中压片机的压片速度为18-25万片/小时。
本发明提供的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺可进一步设置为所述步骤(7)中压片室的室温在18-26℃,相对湿度控制在45-65%。
本发明提供的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺可进一步设置为所述步骤(7)中在压片过程中需对片剂进行中间体检测。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供的一种一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺采用植物原料制成,配以药食同源的枸杞糖肽所制得的一种解酒片,其中包含具有解酒护肝功能的葛根提取物、玉米低聚肽粉及富含能够补充体力,提升免疫力的枸杞糖肽粉、异麦芽酮糖醇,山梨糖醇,可可粉等原料配制而成,配比科学,原材料品质优良,疗效确切,能有效地分解酒精毒素,保护肝脏,调理胃肠,可以在喝酒前、后服用,也可喝酒时同时服用,其功效使人喝而不醉,保持健康的体魄。
本产品中所用的各组分的功效如下:
葛根提取物:味甘、辛,性凉;扩张血管,改善血液循环;降低心肌耗氧量,抑制癌细胞;增加冠脉流量,调整血液微循环;治疗各年龄阶段的突发性耳聋;降低心脑血管疾病危险,心血管的预防与治疗、血糖血脂的调节、循环系统健康、更年期症状调节。
玉米低聚肽:具有降血压、醒酒护肝、增强免疫及增强运动能力的作用。
枸杞糖肽:能够增强机体内单核细胞、巨噬细胞的吞噬能力,提高NK细胞活性,增强脾脏的功能,提高细胞免疫力,增强机体免疫调节。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。以下实施例中涉及的零部件、结构、机构等,如无特殊说明,则均为常规市售产品。
以下为本发明的优选实施例:
实施例1:
(1)取葛根提取物21份,玉米低聚肽粉21份,枸杞糖肽粉15份,异麦芽酮糖醇11份,山梨糖醇21份,可可粉7份,阿斯巴甜0.2份,桃味香精0.8份,水3份;
(2)将山梨糖醇送至粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后用80目筛网过筛;
(3)将葛根提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、异麦芽酮糖醇,可可粉,阿斯巴甜,桃味香精与粉碎的山梨糖醇混合,得到制粒原料;
(4)制粒,将混合后的制粒原料倒入制粒机中进行制粒,待颗粒成型时出料;
(5)将成型颗粒送入送入烘箱烘干水分,含水率5%,其中烘箱的进风温度为75℃;
(6)烘干后得到的颗粒送入混合机,并在混合机内向颗粒中加入枸杞糖肽粉,搅拌使其均匀混合,混合时间为30min,混合机搅拌转速40HZ,待混合完成之后出料,得到压片原料,将其倒入运料袋中,装袋封口;
(7)预先调节压片室温度25℃,相对湿度控制在45%,预调压片机,低速状态下调节压片速度≤20万片/小时,压力10-30KN;正式压片速度为25万片/小时,期间进行中间体检测,即检测片重(片重差异:平均片重±3%,、硬度(≥4kgf)、脆碎度(≤1%,并不得检出断裂、龟裂及粉碎的片);压片完成后需将成品冷却晾凉至室温,得到解酒片片剂;
(8)将得到的解酒片片剂进行内外包装。
实施例2:
(1)取葛根提取物22份,玉米低聚肽粉19份,枸杞糖肽粉15份,异麦芽酮糖醇13份,山梨糖醇25份,可可粉5份,阿斯巴甜0.1份,桃味香精0.2份,水0.7份;
(2)将山梨糖醇送至粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后用80目筛网过筛;
(3)将葛根提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、异麦芽酮糖醇,可可粉,阿斯巴甜,桃味香精与粉碎的山梨糖醇混合,得到制粒原料;
(4)制粒,将混合后的制粒原料倒入制粒机中进行制粒,待颗粒成型时出料;
(5)将成型颗粒送入送入烘箱烘干水分,含水率4%,其中烘箱的进风温度为80℃;
(6)烘干后得到的颗粒送入混合机,并在混合机内向颗粒中加入枸杞糖肽粉,搅拌使其均匀混合,混合时间为25min,混合机搅拌转速30HZ,待混合完成之后出料,得到压片原料,将其倒入运料袋中,装袋封口;
(7)预先调节压片室温度22℃,相对湿度控制在50%,预调压片机,低速状态下调节压片速度≤20万片/小时,压力10-30KN;正式压片速度为22万片/小时,期间进行中间体检测,即检测片重(片重差异:平均片重±3%,、硬度(≥4kgf)、脆碎度(≤1%,并不得检出断裂、龟裂及粉碎的片);压片完成后需将成品冷却晾凉至室温,得到解酒片片剂;
(8)将得到的解酒片片剂进行内外包装。
实施例3:
(1)取葛根提取物25份,玉米低聚肽粉21.25份,枸杞糖肽粉13份,异麦芽酮糖醇10份,山梨糖醇25份,可可粉5份,阿斯巴甜0.15份,桃味香精0.6份;
(2)将山梨糖醇送至粉碎机进行粉碎,粉碎后用80目筛网过筛;
(3)将葛根提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、异麦芽酮糖醇,可可粉,阿斯巴甜,桃味香精与粉碎的山梨糖醇混合,得到制粒原料;
(4)制粒,将混合后的制粒原料倒入制粒机中进行制粒,待颗粒成型时出料;
(5)将成型颗粒送入送入烘箱烘干水分,含水率3%,其中烘箱的进风温度为70℃;
(6)烘干后得到的颗粒送入混合机,并在混合机内向颗粒中加入枸杞糖肽粉,搅拌使其均匀混合,混合时间为20min,混合机搅拌转速20HZ,待混合完成之后出料,得到压片原料,将其倒入运料袋中,装袋封口;
(7)预先调节压片室温度20℃,相对湿度控制在55%,预调压片机,低速状态下调节压片速度≤20万片/小时,压力10-30KN;正式压片速度为20万片/小时,期间进行中间体检测,即检测片重(片重差异:平均片重±3%,、硬度(≥4kgf)、脆碎度(≤1%,并不得检出断裂、龟裂及粉碎的片);压片完成后需将成品冷却晾凉至室温,得到解酒片片剂;
(8)将得到的解酒片片剂进行内外包装。
药性实验:
1.酒前实验,
(1)取20只健康成年ICR(Institute for cancer research)种小白鼠(动物号:陕动字第08-004号),体重20~30g,饲喂鼠饲料,自由饮水于饲养笼(44cm×26cm×15cm)内,自由摄食条件下实验室喂养一周,其间实验室温度在24~28℃;
(2)将20只小鼠禁食12h,将其分为空白组,实验组,每组10只,对实验组小鼠喂食实施例2中得成品解酒片片剂,喂食量为0.5mg/10g白鼠体重,对空白组小鼠喂食同等重量的纯粮鼠饲料;
(3)后选用无水乙醇,使用蒸馏水配置为50%浓度的乙醇溶液,对空白组与实验组的小鼠进行酒精灌胃,灌胃后放置30min;
(4)将对照组与实验组小鼠分别放入托尔曼T型迷宫(该迷宫为方形纸箱60*60*20,其中小鼠放置于T型迷宫底部的竖向入口,其中横向左端为死路,右端为出口)内,使用电击刺激小鼠前进(0.5毫米击穿电压1800伏,压电感应产生的电流时间为0.01s,不会对鼠体造成伤害,最多感到触电部位发麻);
(5)结果显示,空白组小鼠的平均迷宫时间为102.86s,实验组小鼠的平均迷宫时间为76.42s,得出实验组小鼠走出迷宫的平均时间比空白组小鼠走出迷宫的平均时间缩短了25.7%。
2.酒后实验,
(1)取20只健康成年ICR(Institute for cancer research)种小白鼠(动物号:陕动字第08-004号),体重20~30g,饲喂鼠饲料,自由饮水于饲养笼(44cm×26cm×15cm)内,自由摄食条件下实验室喂养一周,其间实验室温度在24~28℃;
(2)将20只小鼠禁食12h,将其分为空白组,实验组,每组10只,在实验前对空白组与实验组小鼠喂食纯粮鼠饲料0.2g/10g白鼠体重,放置30mim;
(3)后选用无水乙醇,使用蒸馏水配置为50%浓度的乙醇溶液,对空白组与实验组的小鼠进行酒精灌胃,灌胃后放置30min,;
(5)对实验组小鼠喂食实施例2中得成品解酒片片剂,喂食量为0.5mg/10g白鼠体重;
(4)将对照组与实验组小鼠分别放入随机托尔曼T型迷宫(该迷宫为方形纸箱60*60*20,其中小鼠放置于T型迷宫底部的竖向入口,其中横向左端为死路,右端为出口)内,使用电击刺激小鼠前进;
(5)结果显示,空白组小鼠的平均迷宫时间为97.26,实验组小鼠的平均迷宫时间为60.49s,得出实验组小鼠走出迷宫的平均时间比空白组小鼠走出迷宫的平均时间缩短了37.8%。
根据白鼠的药性实验可以得出本发明提供的解酒片无论是在饭前服用还是在饭后服用都具有良好的解酒效果。
综上所述,上述实施方式并非是本发明的限制性实施方式,凡本领域的技术人员在本发明的实质内容的基础上所进行的修饰或者等效变形,均在本发明的技术范畴。
Claims (9)
1.一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料制成:葛根提取物10~40份,玉米低聚肽粉11~44份,枸杞糖肽粉7.5~26份,异麦芽酮糖醇5~20份,山梨糖醇10~40份,可可粉2.5~10份,阿斯巴甜0.1~0.3份,桃味香精0.3~1.2份,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,所述该植物配方解酒片经以下工艺制造:
(1)备料,将原料按照组份进行配比备料;
(2)粉碎,将山梨糖醇送至粉碎机进行粉碎;
(3)一次混料,将葛根提取物、玉米低聚肽粉、异麦芽酮糖醇,可可粉,阿斯巴甜,桃味香精与步骤(2)后粉碎的山梨糖醇混合,得到制粒原料;
(4)制粒,将步骤(3)后得到的制粒原料倒入制粒机中进行制粒,待颗粒成型时出料;
(5)干燥,将步骤(4)后得到的成型颗粒送入烘箱烘干水分;
(6)二次混料,将步骤(5)后得到的颗粒送入混合机,并在混合机内向颗粒中加入枸杞糖肽粉,使其均匀混合,待混合完成之后出料,得到压片原料,将其倒入运料袋中,装袋封口;
(7)压片,调整压片室内温度与湿度直至适合压片,然后将步骤(6)后得到的压片原料送入压片机进行压片,压片完成后需将成品冷却晾凉至室温,得到解酒片片剂;
(8)包装,将步骤(7)后得到的解酒片片剂送入包装车间进行内包装、外包装。
3.据权利要求2所述的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中山梨糖醇粉碎后的细度为80目。
4.据权利要求2所述的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)后成型颗粒的含水量应≤5%。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中烘箱的进风温度为60-80℃。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中混合机的混合时间为20-30min,混合机的转速为20-40HZ。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中压片机的压片速度为18-25万片/小时。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种含枸杞糖肽的植物配方解酒片及其制作工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(7)中压片室的室温在18-26℃,相对湿度控制在45-65%。
