Abstract
本发明的重金属吸附剂由二氧化硅与氧化镁一体复合化而得到的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒形成,用压汞法测定的、孔径3.5~10.0nm下的孔容处于0.26~0.50mL/g的范围、3.5~5000.0nm下的孔容处于1.30~2.50mL/g的范围,且抗压强度为1.5MPa以上。本发明的重金属吸附剂廉价,不含铝,且对流水中的重金属、特别是对铅的去除性能高。

技术领域
本发明涉及重金属吸附剂,更详细而言,涉及对铅的吸附性优异、且进而适合作为水净化材料使用的重金属吸附剂。
背景技术
以往,作为用于吸附铅等的重金属吸附剂,已知有非晶态钛硅化合物、X型沸石、A型沸石等(参见专利文献1)。
这样的重金属吸附剂中,非晶态钛硅化合物存在相当昂贵的问题。另一方面,沸石系的重金属吸附剂包含铝,因此,存在铝溶出的问题。因此,例如作为净水器的过滤器的应用受到限制。
另外,报道了二氧化硅氧化镁制剂、镁表面处理硅胶颗粒对铁等重金属的吸附能力优异(参见专利文献2、3)。这些二氧化硅氧化镁制剂等的价格非常廉价,且不含铝,另外重金属的饱和吸附量也优异。然而,上述吸附剂存在流水中的重金属去除性能极低的缺点。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供廉价、不含铝、且对流水中的重金属、特别铅的去除性能高的重金属吸附剂。
本发明的另一目的在于,提供去除性能特别高、因此也能适合作为净水器的过滤器使用的重金属吸附剂。
需要说明的是,本说明书中,只要没有特别说明,去除性能就是穿透寿命。穿透是指:吸附剂饱和而失去吸附能力,吸附对象不被吸附而直接通过吸附剂的状态。另外,穿透寿命是指宏观上观察至发生一定比率以上的穿透为止的期间。本申请中,采用过滤水的重金属浓度超过试样水的20%的时刻。吸附剂如果超过穿透寿命,则其性能降低,变得无法充分去除重金属。即,穿透寿命长意味着吸附剂的去除性能高。
用于解决问题的方案
本发明人等对廉价的二氧化硅氧化镁系制剂的重金属吸附能进行了研究。其结果发现,通过在300~830℃的温度下对该制剂进行焙烧,不仅对铅的饱和吸附量改善,而且其去除性能也显著提高,至此完成了本发明。
根据本发明,提供一种重金属吸附剂,其特征在于,由二氧化硅与氧化镁一体复合化而得到的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒形成,所述二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒用压汞法测定的、孔径3.5~10.0nm下的孔容处于0.26~0.50mL/g的范围、3.5~5000.0nm下的孔容处于1.30~2.50mL/g的范围,且抗压强度为1.5MPa以上。
在本发明的重金属吸附剂中,优选如下方案:
(1)以下述式所示的质量比R成为1.3~3.0的范围含有二氧化硅成分和氧化镁成分,

Sm为以SiO2换算的二氧化硅成分的含量,
Mm为以MgO换算的氧化镁成分的含量;
(2)对于前述重金属吸附剂3g与活性炭50g的混合物,用铅浓度为0.05mg/L的试样水在过滤流量3L/分钟下依据JIS S-3201家庭用净水器试验方法进行溶解性铅过滤能力试验时,过滤水的铅浓度超过试样水的20%为止的过滤水量相对于每1g前述重金属吸附剂为250L以上;
(3)其用于水净化材料。
根据本发明,另外提供一种水净化材料,其特征在于,相对于每100质量份活性炭,以1~30质量份的量含有前述重金属吸附剂。
另外,根据本发明,提供一种净水器,其特征在于,装入有使用前述重金属吸附剂的水净化材料。
进而,根据本发明,提供一种净水器,其特征在于,装入有前述水净化材料。
发明的效果
本发明的重金属吸附剂不仅廉价,而且尤其是对铅的吸附能力高。例如,铅的饱和吸附量与以往公知的二氧化硅氧化镁制剂相比为等同以上,特别是在穿透寿命上,高约2倍以上。
而且,该重金属吸附剂由二氧化硅与氧化镁一体复合化而得到的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒形成,不含有铝,因此,也没有铝溶出的问题。
进而,该重金属吸附剂的颗粒强度高,因此,不易发生颗粒崩解。因此,不易发生源自颗粒崩解的性能降低(例如崩解的颗粒导致的过滤器部分阻塞所伴有的短通(shortpass)的发生等),在例如流水中也可以长时间地发挥吸附性能。
因此,本发明的重金属吸附剂特别适合作为自来水厂等中使用的水净化材料。进而,将本发明的重金属吸附剂与其他吸附剂混合而成的水净化材料极适合作为净水器的过滤器。
具体实施方式
<重金属吸附剂>
本发明的重金属吸附剂由二氧化硅与氧化镁(magnesia)一体复合化而得到的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒形成。二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒中,二氧化硅与氧化镁不借助伴有原子的重组、交换的化学键合地使各个微细的颗粒紧密接触。即,二氧化硅与氧化镁不发生物理分离,本发明的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒与单纯的二氧化硅与氧化镁的混合物完全不同。
另外,该二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒不是二氧化硅与氧化镁的单纯的混合物这一点可以从如下方面看出:如后述的实施例所示,本发明的吸附剂的铅吸附性能与二氧化硅(比较例1)和氧化镁(比较例2)中的任一者相比均远远优异。
对于构成本发明的重金属吸附剂的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒,用压汞法测定的、孔径3.5~10.0nm下的孔容处于0.26~0.50mL/g的范围、3.5~5000.0nm下的孔容处于1.30~2.50mL/g的范围。具有这样的孔容的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒可以通过利用焙烧这一热处理使二氧化硅与氧化镁一体复合化而得到。在这一方面,例如专利文献2、3中公开的未焙烧的二氧化硅氧化镁与本发明的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒有着明显的不同。以下,有时将该二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒称为二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒。
例如,本发明中的二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒的孔径3.5~5000.0nm下的孔容与未焙烧品为同等水平。而孔径3.5~10.0nm下的孔容则远大于未焙烧品。
前述二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒与未焙烧品相比,对流水中的重金属、特别是铅的去除性能高。这是由于,直径为3.5~10.0nm的大小的细孔极有利于铅的吸附。换言之,由于该孔径下的孔容大,因此,对铅的饱和吸附量变大。另外,这样的大小的细孔与含有铅的液体的接触时间也变长,作为结果,穿透寿命也显著改善。
穿透寿命例如可以如以下方式评价。即,对于将前述重金属吸附剂3g与活性炭50g混合而得到的混合物,用铅浓度为0.05mg/L的试样水在过滤流量3L/分钟下依据JIS S-3201家庭用净水器试验方法进行溶解性铅过滤能力试验。测定混合物通过后的过滤水的铅浓度超过试样水的20%为止的过滤水量。该过滤水量越多,对重金属的去除性能越优异。每1g本发明的重金属吸附剂的过滤水量为250L以上。另一方面,每1g未焙烧品的过滤水量为约170L。即,本发明的重金属吸附剂的穿透寿命与未焙烧品相比大幅延长。
另外,关于本发明的重金属吸附剂对铅的饱和吸附量,性能最高时为1.7mmol/g以上,而未焙烧品则止于1.5mmol/g左右。
进而,本发明中的二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒在焙烧品方面,抗压强度为1.5MPa以上、优选为2.0MPa以上、更优选为2.5MPa以上。即,通过焙烧而产生颗粒的收缩,作为结果,抗压强度改善。
抗压强度为1.5MPa以下时,有颗粒崩解的担心。另外,使用含有这样的二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒的水净化材料而得到的过滤器会由于崩解的颗粒导致局部阻塞,从而产生差压,有在吸附性能方面产生不均的担心、压力损失提高无法得到期望的过滤流量的担心。
值得一提的是,根据专利文献2等可知,以往公知的二氧化硅氧化镁复合未焙烧颗粒的抗压强度为1.3MPa左右,远低于本发明。
另一方面,抗压强度过度高是指进行所需以上的焙烧。该情况下,所得二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒不会显示出前述孔分布,对重金属、特别是对铅的饱和吸附量、穿透寿命等吸附性能会降低。因此,本发明中,适宜的是将该抗压强度抑制为10.0MPa以下,优选抑制为5.0MPa以下,更优选抑制为4.7MPa以下。
本发明中,前述二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒的抗压强度改善是指:颗粒不易崩解,可以有效地避免颗粒的崩解所导致的重金属吸附剂的性能降低。
如后述的实施例所示那样,将二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒投入至恒定量的水并进行超声波分散时,对于超声波分散后的体积平均粒径(通过激光衍射散射法测定的中值粒径),在抗压强度为2.5MPa的情况下,为超声波分散前的约68%,在抗压强度为4.7MPa的情况下,为超声波分散前的约80%。于此相对,对于未焙烧颗粒进行同样的试验时,体积平均粒径降低至超声波分散前的约30%。因此,本发明的二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒可以抑制平均粒径的降低,即,可以有效地抑制颗粒崩解。
如此,本发明中,作为重金属吸附剂使用的二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒非常难以崩解。因此,在将上述二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒与其他吸附剂混合使用的情况下,可以有效地防止混合操作中的颗粒崩解造成的性能降低。另外,即使在流水中使用的情况下,也可以有效地避免颗粒崩解导致的性能降低,可以长时间稳定地发挥对重金属的吸附性能。
进而,作为重金属吸附剂使用的前述二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒通常以下述式所示的质量比R成为0.1~50的范围含有二氧化硅成分和氧化镁成分:

Sm为以SiO2换算的二氧化硅成分的含量,
Mm为以MgO换算的氧化镁成分的含量,
从二氧化硅与氧化镁的一体复合化的程度高,抑制颗粒崩解的方面出发,适合的是以R成为1.3~3.0、进而成为1.5~2.5的范围含有。即,二氧化硅与氧化镁的质量比处于上述范围时,两成分均衡性良好地分布并一体复合化,可以对重金属稳定地发挥均质的吸附性能。
上述二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒不同于沸石,不含铝。因此,将其作为水净化材料使用时,不会产生铝溶出的问题。
另外,现在涉及焙烧物方面,其灼烧失重(1000℃×30分钟、150℃干燥基准)为10质量%以下。
灼烧失重对应于SiOH基量,该灼烧失重越大,则SiOH基会越多地残留于二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒。如后所述,推测随着焙烧所产生的SiOH基的脱水缩合,颗粒的孔分布、抗压强度发生变化,因此,灼烧失重成为表示焙烧的程度的指标。因此,从使二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒的孔分布为前述范围、且体现出以抗压强度变高那样的条件(例如焙烧温度、焙烧时间)被焙烧的方面出发,虽然也依赖于上述质量比R等条件,但灼烧失重优选为4.0~8.2质量%、更优选为4.5~7.6质量%。
<重金属吸附剂(二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒)的制造>
上述二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒如下制造:将(A)二氧化硅(二氧化硅)与(B)氧化镁(Magnesia)或氧化镁水合物在水分的存在下均质地混合,制备水性浆料,接着进行熟化,进而,去除水分,接着进行焙烧,从而制造。
即,通过在水分的存在下、例如水中的均质混合,作为原料之一的(A)二氧化硅被微细颗粒化至胶体颗粒乃至微细聚集颗粒(1次乃至2次颗粒)的程度。对作为原料另一者的(B)氧化镁而言,投入至水中并被搅拌或粉碎时基本不溶解,但通过氧化镁颗粒表面的部分水合,其晶体(或新生成的水合物的晶体)的至少一部分崩解或剥离,成为由氧化镁和/或氧化镁水合物形成的微细的颗粒分散于水中(微细颗粒化)。
熟化工序中,从均质地分散有这些微细颗粒的水性浆料中去除水分,固体成分浓度逐渐上升时,(A)二氧化硅的颗粒与(B)氧化镁的颗粒缓慢或急剧地靠近,不伴随伴有原子的交换、重组的化学键合地达到一体复合化的形态(一体复合化结束)。即,本发明的二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒是以通过物理手段不会分离的方式一体化的结构。
为了制造上述本发明的重金属吸附剂,作为原料,使用(A)二氧化硅和(B)氧化镁或氧化镁水合物。它们均作为制造食品用的过滤助剂或吸附剂在日本得到认可。因此,并会因为它们的使用导致作为食品精制的用途受到限制。
作为原料,使用例如氢氧化镁、氯化镁、硫酸镁、硝酸镁等颗粒代替(B)氧化镁的颗粒的情况下,无法进行充分的微细颗粒化。进而,(A)二氧化硅的颗粒和镁成分在水中接触时、和/或进行焙烧时,有其与(A)二氧化硅的颗粒之间产生伴有原子的交换、重组那样的化学键合的担心。在作为本发明的原料的(B)氧化镁的颗粒中,在发生这样的化学键合的情况下,有时会无法形成本发明的重金属吸附剂所特有的孔结构,因此,特别优选使用氧化镁。
另外,作为二氧化硅(A)和氧化镁或氧化镁水合物(B),可以选择前述微细颗粒化变得容易的物质。
例如,作为二氧化硅,适合的是非晶态的含水二氧化硅,也可以为通过凝胶法和沉降法中的任一者制造的二氧化硅。另外,上述二氧化硅的颗粒优选一次颗粒小,比表面积优选为40m2/g以上、特别优选为140m2/g以上。
另外,作为氧化镁或氧化镁水合物,优选微晶小且不会发生经时所导致的碳酸化。例如,使用比表面积为2m2/g以上、优选为20m2/g以上、特别优选为50m2/g以上的氧化镁粉末。
制备上述水性浆料时,(A)二氧化硅和(B)氧化镁或氧化镁水合物的用量分别以前述质量比R成为规定的范围的方式设定。
一体复合化的程度根据吸附剂中的二氧化硅成分与氧化镁成分的质量比R而不同。例如,质量比为2附近、优选1.3~3.0时,适合于二氧化硅成分与氧化镁成分一体复合化。因此,如后述的实施例所示那样,可以得到一体复合化的程度非常高、对流水中的重金属、特别是铅的去除性能高的二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒。
在水性浆料的制备中,对各原料(A)、(B)、水的投入顺序等没有限制,但发生聚集、凝胶化现象(增稠)时,有妨碍前述微细颗粒化、一体复合化的进行的担心。因此,优选水性浆料的固体成分浓度低。另一方面,从生产率、经济性的观点出发,固体成分浓度高者为佳。因此,固体成分浓度优选为3~15质量%、特别优选为8~13质量%。
另外,基于上述均质混合的水性浆料的制备以及接下来进行的熟化通常在具备搅拌叶片的搅拌槽中于搅拌下进行,但也可以在利用湿式球磨机、胶体磨的粉碎或分散下进行。
另外,为了使颗粒彼此的一体复合化在短时间内结束,上述均质混合和熟化优选在加热下进行,但加热温度高时,会产生凝胶化,复合颗粒容易变得不均质。因此,该加热温度通常在100℃以下进行,优选在50~97℃下进行,特别优选在50~79℃下进行。另外,例如,用0.5小时以上、特别是1~24小时、更优选3~10小时左右进行均质混合和熟化,从而可以得到包含二氧化硅颗粒与氧化镁颗粒一体复合化而成的粒状物的水性浆料。
熟化后的水分去除可以通过使用喷雾干燥机、浆料干燥机等的蒸发干燥来进行。另外,也可以在通过过滤、离心分离等手段进行一定程度的脱水后,用箱形干燥机、带式干燥机、流化床干燥机等进行干燥。干燥优选在110~200℃的范围的温度下进行。此时,会发生(B)氧化镁水合物的脱水,水合水的一部分乃至全部被去除。
如上述那样操作,例如通过脱水,可以以颗粒状、粉状、滤饼状或团块状得到至少一部分的二氧化硅颗粒和氧化镁颗粒紧密地一体复合化而得到的、水分含有率为10质量%以下的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒。它们根据需要进行粉碎和分级、或成型后,在焙烧炉中进行焙烧,从而可以得到二氧化硅颗粒与氧化镁颗粒一体复合化而成的复合焙烧颗粒。
上述粉碎可以通过其本身公知的干式粉碎法来进行。例如可以使用如喷雾器那样的冲击式粉碎机、干式球磨机、辊磨机、喷射磨机等来进行。
另外,上述分级可以利用通常的干式分级机,通过重力分级、离心分级、惯性分级等来进行。
通过这样的粉碎和分级,例如可以以低于5μm的微细颗粒的含有率为20体积%以下的粉末的形式,得到未进行基于焙烧的加热处理的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒。
另外,上述成型可以利用滚动造粒、流化床造粒、搅拌造粒、破碎造粒、压缩造粒、挤出造粒等任意方法进行。通常,优选以颗粒不过度变硬、且具有不容易粉化的程度的强度的方式进行成型。
通过这样的成型,例如可以得到直径为5μm~5mm的球状、长径为5μm~5mm的椭圆球状、或直径为0.5mm以上、且轴长为50mm以下的圆柱形状的未焙烧二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒。
作为未进行基于焙烧的加热处理的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒,例如由水泽化学工业株式会社以“Mizukalife”的商品名被市售。本发明中,例如如后述的实施例所示那样,通过将水泽化学工业株式会社制“Mizukalife”焙烧,可以得到二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒。
本发明中,为了将二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒作为重金属吸附剂使用,重要的是,在300~830℃、优选400~800℃、进一步优选400~750℃、特别优选550~750℃的温度下进行上述焙烧。通过这样的温度下的焙烧,可以得到具有前述孔分布和抗压强度的二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒。即,通过上述焙烧,推测会产生存在于未焙烧颗粒的内侧的SiOH基的部分脱水缩合,产生孔径的变动,认为作为其结果,有利于重金属(特别是铅)的吸附的孔径3.5~10.0nm的孔容增大至前述范围。另外,通过焙烧会产生颗粒的收缩,结果抗压强度提高至前述范围。
对于焙烧温度低于上述范围的焙烧颗粒,孔径3.5~10.0nm下的孔容低于前述的范围。其结果,所得焙烧颗粒不会表现出本发明那样的对铅的吸附性能,抗压强度低,容易崩解。需要说明的是,对于只不过单纯地通过干燥去除水分的未焙烧颗粒也是同样的。
焙烧温度高于上述范围的情况下,颗粒的收缩的程度大,因此,抗压强度更高,颗粒崩解被抑制。另一方面,由于细孔的压坏而导致孔容、特别是孔径3.5~10.0nm下的孔容减少,结果产生饱和吸附量降低、或穿透寿命变短等吸附性能的降低。
本发明中,上述的焙烧以孔径3.5~10.0nm下的孔容成为前述范围内的方式进行。例如可以进行0.5~5小时、适宜的情况为2~4小时的上述温度下的焙烧。
如此得到的复合焙烧颗粒(即,本发明的重金属吸附剂)可以以颗粒状、粉状、滤饼状或团块状得到,造粒成适宜大小的颗粒,作为重金属吸附剂使用。
作为造粒手段,可以通过喷雾造粒、滚动造粒等公知的手段进行。对颗粒施加大的载荷时,孔分布有时会变为前述范围外,因此,特别适合的是尽量不施加载荷的手段、例如喷雾造粒。
本发明中,对于二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒,二氧化硅成分与氧化镁成分彼此不游离地紧密地一体复合化,因此,通常其悬浮液的pH处于6.0~10.0的范围。
本发明中,对于二氧化硅氧化镁复合焙烧颗粒,在能使重金属稳定地吸附的方面,以氮气吸附法测定的BET比表面积为100m2/g以上、进而400m2/g以上、特别是500m2/g以上是适宜的。
本发明的重金属吸附剂对铅、锰、铬、镍、钒、铜、铁等重金属、特别是对铅的吸附性能优异。进而,不含有铝,因此,没有铝溶出的问题。因此,特别适合作为水净化材料使用。
另外,颗粒强度高,不易产生颗粒的崩解,因此,即使在与活性炭和/或其他吸附剂混合使用的情况下,也不会产生颗粒崩解所导致的性能降低,可以稳定地发挥吸附性能。因此,适合于作为水净化材料配置于流水中来使用的用途。最适宜的是与尤其是对各种有机物、卤化物的吸附性优异的活性炭、和/或其他吸附剂混合来使用。
如此,在与活性炭混合而作为水净化材料使用的情况下,通常相对于每100质量份活性炭,以1~30质量份的量使用本发明的重金属吸附剂。特别是,本发明的重金属吸附剂是廉价的,因此,可以作为水净化材料有效地使用,使用本发明的重金属吸附剂或上述重金属吸附剂与活性炭的组合的水净化材料适合作为净水器、特别是家庭用的净水器的筒形式的过滤器。
作为其他吸附剂,没有特别限制,例如可以举出:钛硅化合物、硅酸镁等各种硅酸盐;A型沸石、X型沸石等各种沸石;海泡石、凹凸棒石、铝石、蒙脱石、水滑石等各种粘土;各种离子交换树脂等。
本发明的重金属吸附剂如上所述由作为食品添加物被认可的二氧化硅和氧化镁一体复合化而得到的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒形成,可以有效地用于食品精制的用途。例如,可以出于从由于重复使用而劣化、且铜、铁等重金属的含量增加的油炸油中去除前述重金属的目的使用。另外,可以出于如下目的等而有效地使用:通过从同样地包含大量重金属的鱼类和贝类提取物、畜肉提取物等浓缩调味液的原料、汤汁中去除重金属,从而抑制加热浓缩时的褐变反应(美拉德反应)、防止风味、营养价值的降低。另外,出于从食品以外的广泛有用的液态物等中吸附去除作为杂质的重金属从而精制的目的,也可以有效地使用。
另外,本发明的重金属吸附剂的饱和吸附量高,重金属吸附后的溶出抑制优异。因此,对于焚烧灰、下水污泥、土壤等被重金属汚染的被处理物,将本发明的重金属吸附剂作为重金属不溶解材料使用也是有效的。
实施例
通过如下的实验例说明本发明的优异的效果。
(1)孔容
用Micromeritics公司制AutoPore IV 9500,利用压汞法进行测定。根据20000~60000psia的压入量求出孔径为3.5~10.0nm的孔容,根据30~60000psia的压入量求出孔径为3.5~5000.0nm的孔容。
(2)抗压强度
使用株式会社岛津制作所制微小压缩试验机MCT-510,测定各重金属吸附剂的20个颗粒抗压强度,将中央值作为重金属吸附剂的抗压强度。
(3)饱和吸附量
制备铅浓度为2000ppm的试样水(硝酸铅(II)水溶液)。在该试样水1L中加入重金属吸附剂2.5g,用硝酸溶液将pH调整为4~5。将所得混合液搅拌一晩,通过过滤将重金属吸附剂去除。用Hitachi High-Tech Science Corporation制ZA3000,通过火焰原子吸收光谱法测定滤液的铅浓度。由试验前后的铅浓度算出重金属的吸附量,作为饱和吸附量。
(4)穿透寿命
将重金属吸附剂3g与活性炭50g混合制成水净化材料,装入净水器。基于JIS S-3201(家庭用净水器试验方法-溶解性铅过滤能力试验),制备铅浓度为0.05mg/L的试样水(硝酸铅(II)水溶液),在上述净水器中通水。试样水的流量设为3L/分钟(线速度LV=2.5cm/s)。求出直至过滤水的铅浓度超过试样水的20%为止所需的过滤水量(L/g),对穿透寿命进行评价。
(5)平均粒径的保持率
用Malvern公司制的带超声波分散功能的激光衍射散射式粒度分布测定机Mastersizer 3000,对基于超声波分散的水中崩解性进行评价。在测定前的分散(分散时间180秒)中,由以超声波强度0%(无超声波分散)测定的中值粒径Dn、和以超声波强度100%测定的中值粒径Dus,根据下述式算出平均粒径的保持率(%):

(6)灼烧失重
灼烧失重(质量%)如下求出:将以150℃干燥了2小时的重金属吸附剂以1000℃焙烧30分钟后,自然冷却,基于焙烧前的质量和通过焙烧而减少的质量求出。
对于下述的实施例和比较例所示的重金属吸附剂,将物性和重金属吸附试验结果示于表1。
(比较例1)
使用水泽化学工业株式会社制二氧化硅Mizukasorb C-1作为重金属吸附剂。
(比较例2)
使用神岛化学工业株式会社制氧化镁STARMAG U作为重金属吸附剂。
(比较例3)
使用水泽化学工业株式会社制二氧化硅氧化镁制剂Mizukalife F-1G(R=2.1)作为重金属吸附剂。
(实施例1)
将比较例3中使用的二氧化硅氧化镁制剂以550℃焙烧4小时,作为重金属吸附剂使用。
(实施例2)
将比较例3中使用的二氧化硅氧化镁制剂以750℃焙烧2小时,作为重金属吸附剂使用。
(比较例4)
将比较例3中使用的二氧化硅氧化镁制剂以900℃焙烧2小时,作为重金属吸附剂使用。

Claims (7)
1.一种重金属吸附剂,其特征在于,由二氧化硅与氧化镁一体复合化而得到的二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒形成,所述二氧化硅氧化镁复合颗粒的通过压汞法测定的、孔径3.5~10.0nm下的孔容为0.26~0.50mL/g的范围、3.5~5000.0nm下的孔容为1.30~2.50mL/g的范围,并且,抗压强度为1.5MPa以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重金属吸附剂,其中,以下述式表示的质量比R成为1.3~3.0的范围含有二氧化硅成分和氧化镁成分:

Sm为以SiO2换算的二氧化硅成分的含量,
Mm为以MgO换算的氧化镁成分的含量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重金属吸附剂,其中,对于所述重金属吸附剂3g与活性炭50g的混合物,使用铅浓度为0.05mg/L的试样水在过滤流量3L/分钟下依据JIS S-3201家庭用净水器试验方法进行溶解性铅过滤能力试验时,过滤水的铅浓度超过试样水的20%为止的过滤水量相对于每1g所述重金属吸附剂为250L以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重金属吸附剂,其用于水净化材料。
5.一种水净化材料,其特征在于,相对于每100质量份活性炭,以1~30质量份的量含有权利要求4所述的重金属吸附剂。
6.一种净水器,其特征在于,装入有使用权利要求4所述的重金属吸附剂而得到的水净化材料。
7.一种净水器,其特征在于,装入有权利要求5所述的水净化材料。
