It should also be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the drum washing machine of the present invention mainly includes a cabinet 1, an outer tub 2, an inner tub 3, a door 4, a sealing window gasket 5, a drain pump 6, and a drain pipe 7. Wherein the outer cylinder 2 is fixedly disposed inside the cabinet 1, the inner cylinder 3 is rotatably disposed in the outer cylinder 2, and the sealing window gasket 5 is disposed between the cabinet 1 and the outer cylinder 2. The drain pump 6 and the drain pipe 7 are both arranged in the box body 1, a water inlet of the drain pump 6 leads to the inner bottom of the outer cylinder 2, a water outlet of the drain pump 6 is connected with one end of the drain pipe 7, and the other end of the drain pipe 7 leads to the outside. The drain pump 6 can drain the washing water in the outer tub 2 through the drain pipe 7.
Further, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, when each portion of the drain pipe 7 is lower than the inner bottom end of the outer tub 2, those skilled in the art can omit the drain pump 6 and replace the drain pump 6 with a shut-off valve as needed. When the drum washing machine needs to drain, the cut-off valve is opened, so that the washing water in the outer tub 2 is automatically drained from the drain pipe 7 under the action of self gravity.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the front end of the box body 1 (the right side of the box body 1 in fig. 2) is provided with a box body opening (not shown), the front end of the outer cylinder 2 (the right side of the outer cylinder 2 in fig. 2) is provided with an outer cylinder opening (not shown), and the front end of the inner cylinder 3 (the right side of the inner cylinder 3 in fig. 2) is provided with an inner cylinder opening (not shown). One end of the sealing window gasket 5 is connected with the edge of the box body opening in a sealing mode, and the other end of the sealing window gasket 5 is connected with the edge of the outer cylinder opening in a sealing mode. The door 4 is pivotally provided on the cabinet 1, and the door 4 can close the cabinet opening when closed, preventing the washing water in the tub 2 from overflowing from the cabinet opening.
With continuing reference to fig. 1 and 2, the drum washing machine of the present invention further includes a spraying system, which mainly includes a circulation pump 8, a water outlet pipe 9, a control valve 10, eight branch pipes 11 and eight nozzles 12. Wherein the circulation pump 8 is preferably arranged within the tank 1 and fixedly connected to the tank 1. Alternatively, the circulation pump 8 may be fixedly connected to the outer tub 1 as required by those skilled in the art. The water inlet of the circulation pump 8 opens into the interior of the outer tub 2, and preferably the water inlet of the circulation pump 8 is connected with the bottom end of the outer tub 2 through a water inlet pipe (not shown). The water outlet of the circulating pump 8 is communicated with the water inlet valve port 1011 of the control valve 10 through the water outlet pipe 9. Alternatively, the person skilled in the art may omit the water outlet pipe 9 as needed, so that the water outlet of the circulation pump 8 is directly communicated with the water inlet valve port 1011 of the control valve 10.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, eight nozzles 12 are provided on the sealing window gasket 5 at equal intervals around the circumferential direction of the outer cylinder 2. Alternatively, the plurality of nozzles 12 may be disposed on the sealing gasket 5 at unequal intervals as required by those skilled in the art. Wherein all the nozzles 12 pass through the sealing window gasket 5 and are sealingly coupled with the sealing window gasket 5 to prevent the washing water in the tub 2 from leaking.
Further, the person skilled in the art may set the eight nozzles 12 at any position near the front end of the outer tube 2 as needed, for example, set the eight nozzles 12 at the inner side of the door 4 and the eight nozzles 12 at the edge of the outer tube opening. Further, the eight nozzles 12 may be provided in any other feasible number, such as five, six, nine, etc., as desired by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the water outlet of each nozzle 12 is directed to the opening of the inner drum 3, so that the water sprayed from the nozzle 12 can fall into the inner drum 3 to spray the clothes. Alternatively, one skilled in the art can also direct the nozzles 12 toward the door 4 on the premise that the plurality of nozzles 12 can spray the washing water into the inner tub 3, and then spray the washing water into the inner tub 3 by means of the reflection action of the door 4, as needed.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the control valve 10 is preferably disposed within the tank 1 and is fixedly connected to the tank 1 (e.g., the inner side walls of the tank 1). The person skilled in the art can also attach the control valve 10 to the housing 1 in any feasible manner, as required. For example, a snap-in structure or a fastening structure is provided on the control valve 10, by means of which the control valve 10 is fastened to the tank 1. Alternatively, the control valve 10 may be fixedly connected to the outer cylinder 1 as required by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 4, 5a to 5c, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the control valve 10 is a four-way valve including a valve body 101 and a valve spool 102 pivotally provided in the valve body 101. The valve body 101 is provided with a water inlet valve port 1011, a first water outlet valve port 1012, a second water outlet valve port 1013, and a third water outlet valve port 1014. The water inlet valve port 1011 is communicated with the water outlet pipe 9, and the first water outlet valve port 1012, the second water outlet valve port 1013 and the third water outlet valve port 1014 are respectively connected with a group of nozzles 12. In addition, the control valve 10 may be configured as other multi-way valves, such as a three-way valve, a five-way valve, a six-way valve, etc., as desired by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 4, the eight nozzles 12 are divided into three groups of lower, middle and upper. Wherein the lower group comprises three nozzles 12, denoted as the first group of nozzles; the middle group includes two nozzles 12, denoted as the second group of nozzles; the upper set includes three nozzles 12, denoted as the third set. Each nozzle 12 of the first set of nozzles is in communication with a respective first outlet port 1012 via a branch pipe 11. Each nozzle 12 of the second set of nozzles is in communication with the second outlet port 1013 via a branch pipe 11, and each nozzle 12 of the third set of nozzles is in communication with the third outlet port 1014 via a branch pipe 11. In addition, those skilled in the art can also appropriately adjust the correspondence between the three sets of nozzles and the three outlet ports as needed, for example, the first set of nozzles corresponds to the third outlet port 1014, the second set of nozzles corresponds to the first outlet port 1012, and the third set of nozzles corresponds to the second outlet port 1013.
As shown in fig. 5a to 5c, the spool 102 has a fan-shaped cross section aligned with the first outlet port 1012, the second outlet port 1013, and the third outlet port 1014. In other words, the first outlet port 1012, the second outlet port 1013, and the third outlet port 1014 can simultaneously intersect on the same plane, and the valve body 102 is shaped like a sector after being cut by the plane. The pivot axis of the sector is superposed with the center of a circle to which the sector belongs.
As shown in fig. 5a and 6a, when the valve body 102 is rotated to the first switching position shown in fig. 5a, the water inlet port 1011 is communicated with the first water outlet port 1012, and the first set of nozzles spray the washing water pumped by the circulation pump 8 into the inner tub 3.
As shown in fig. 5b and 6b, when the valve body 102 is rotated to the second switching position shown in fig. 5b, the water inlet port 1011 is communicated with the first water outlet port 1012 and the second water outlet port 1013, and the first group of nozzles and the second group of nozzles simultaneously spray the washing water pumped by the circulation pump 8 into the inner tub 3.
As shown in fig. 5c and 6c, when the valve body 102 is rotated to the third switching position shown in fig. 5c, the water inlet port 1011 is communicated with the first water outlet port 1012, the second water outlet port 1013 and the third water outlet port 1014, and the first group of nozzles, the second group of nozzles and the third group of nozzles simultaneously spray the washing water pumped by the circulation pump 8 into the inner tub 3.
In addition, when the valve core 102 rotates to block the water inlet valve port 1011, the fourth switching position is recorded, and the water inlet valve port 1011 is not communicated with the first water outlet valve port 1012, the second water outlet valve port 1013 and the third water outlet valve port 1014.
As shown in fig. 7a to 8d, in the second embodiment of the present invention, unlike the first embodiment, the valve body 102 has a Y-shaped cross section aligned with the first outlet port 1012, the second outlet port 1013, and the third outlet port 1014, and a through hole 1021 is further provided in one branch of the Y-shape. Further, those skilled in the art may also set the Y-shaped cross section of the valve body 102 to a T-shape or a delta-shape as necessary.
As shown in fig. 7a and 8a, when the valve core 102 rotates to the first switching position shown in fig. 7a, the water inlet port 1011 communicates with the first water outlet port 1012 through the through hole 1021, and the first set of nozzles spray the washing water pumped by the circulation pump 8 into the inner tub 3.
As shown in fig. 7b and 8b, when the valve body 102 is rotated to the second switching position shown in fig. 7b, the water inlet port 1011 communicates with the second water outlet port 1013 through the through hole 1021, and the second set of nozzles spray the washing water pumped by the circulation pump 8 into the inner tub 3.

As shown in fig. 7d and 8d, when the valve core 102 rotates to the fourth switching position shown in fig. 7d, the water inlet valve port 1011 communicates with the first water outlet valve port 1012 through a notch (not shown) of the Y-shaped structure on the valve core 102, and communicates with the second water outlet valve port 1013 and the third water outlet valve port 1014 through a through hole 1021, and the first group of nozzles, the second group of nozzles, and the third group of nozzles simultaneously spray the washing water pumped by the circulating pump 8 into the inner barrel 3.
In addition, when the valve core 102 rotates to block the water inlet valve port 1011, the fifth switching position is recorded, and the water inlet valve port 1011 is not communicated with the first water outlet valve port 1012, the second water outlet valve port 1013 and the third water outlet valve port 1014.
It should be noted that, in either the first embodiment or the second embodiment of the present invention, the control valve 10 is a solenoid-operated valve so that the solenoid-operated valve can be operated by an operation button provided on the tank 1 and thus change its switching position.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the solenoid valve 10 of the first and second embodiments can be manually operated by a user to change the switching position; or can be operated by a controller on the drum washing machine according to a certain instruction, and the switching position can be changed according to a certain rule.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the electromagnetic valve 10 may also be replaced with a plurality of electromagnetic shutoff valves. Illustratively, three stop valves are substituted, and are respectively connected with and control the on-off of the first group of nozzles, the second group of nozzles and the third group of nozzles. So that the three sets of nozzles can spray the washing water into the inner tub 3 either independently of each other or in combination with each other. Further, the person skilled in the art can adjust the number of the electromagnetic shutoff valves as appropriate and the number of the nozzles 12 controlled by each electromagnetic shutoff valve as necessary. For example, eight electromagnetic shut-off valves are provided, so that each electromagnetic shut-off valve controls one nozzle 12.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, in the above three embodiments of the present invention, the first set of nozzles, the second set of nozzles and the third set of nozzles can be selectively controlled by the control valve 10 or the stop valve to spray the washing water pumped by the circulation pump 8 into the drum 3, so that the spraying effect of the drum washing machine is optimized, and the drum washing machine can selectively spray the laundry in the drum 3 from above, from the side or from below.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
