Detailed Description
First, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are merely for explaining the technical principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications. For example, although the spraying apparatus of the present invention is described in conjunction with a pulsator washing machine and a drum washing machine, this is not limitative, and other apparatuses having a need for laundry drying may be configured with the spraying apparatus of the present invention, such as a twin-tub semi-automatic washing machine.
Next, it should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "inside", "outside", and the like are based on the direction or positional relationship shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or member must have a specific orientation, be constructed in a specific orientation, and operate, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "connected" and "connected" should be interpreted broadly, e.g., as being fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; the two components can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, and the two components can be communicated with each other. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
The existing fully automatic washing machines, such as pulsator washing machine and drum washing machine, include an inner tub and an outer tub, wherein the inner tub is a washing tub. When washing clothes, firstly, a detergent is dissolved in water to dissolve and decompose stains on the clothes; then, the laundry is rinsed and dehydrated a plurality of times. The existing full-automatic washing machine generally adopts constant-volume rotary rinsing, namely clean water is used for replacing sewage with residual detergent and stains in clothes for many times, so that the content of the residual detergent and the stains in the clothes is gradually reduced, and the washing and cleaning of the clothes are further completed.
In the whole washing process, the washing time is not large, most of the time of the whole washing process is consumed in the dewatering rinsing stage, so that a large amount of time, water, electric energy and the like are wasted, taking a fusion type washing machine as an example: the two-time rinsing and dewatering time in the default cotton and linen washing program occupies about 55% of the total washing time, so that the total washing time can be shortened, and the washing efficiency can be improved.
In view of this, the spraying device is installed at the clothes feeding port of the washing cylinder, the spraying device comprises a first water inlet branch pipe and a spraying head which are communicated, and the spraying head is provided with a long-strip-shaped spraying port which extends along the axial direction of the washing cylinder, so that a water curtain sprayed out of the spraying port can cover one bus of the washing cylinder. The invention adopts flowing clean water to replace fixed volume water to spray the dehydrated clothes in the rinsing process, continuously updates water in the clothes under the action of centrifugal force in the dehydrating process, and discharges the sewage with detergent and stains dissolved in the clothes, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning the clothes.
The preferred embodiments of the spraying device and the washing machine of the present invention are described below.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a spraying device of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a spraying device of a washing machine according to another embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a spraying device of a washing machine according to yet another embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a structure of a spraying device according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the washing machine of the present invention comprises a washing drum and at least one spray device, wherein the spray device comprises a spray header 1 and a first water inlet branch pipe 2, the spray header 1 is installed at a laundry loading port of the washing drum, and the spray header 1 is communicated with the first water inlet branch pipe 2.
Because the washing barrel is in a rotating state in the washing process, a fixing part cannot be arranged on the washing barrel, and the spraying device can be arranged at the clothes putting port, the specifications of the spraying angle of the spraying head 1, the gap at the spraying port 11 and the like are related to the installation position of the spraying head 1, the barrel depth of the washing barrel, the diameter of the bottom surface of the washing barrel, the water pressure in the water inlet pipe and the like, namely the specification of the spraying head 1 is determined as the result of multi-factor interaction, and technicians in the field can determine the installation position of the spraying head 1, the inclination angle of the spraying port 11 and the like according to actual conditions.
During dehydration, the clothes are attached to the inner wall of the washing drum under the action of centrifugal force, and the thickness range of the dehydrated clothes attached to the inner wall of the washing drum in the radial direction of the washing drum is between the drum wall of the washing drum and a position which is half of the distance from the center of the washing drum; in the axial direction of the washing drum, the maximum range of the depth of the dehydrated clothes is about 4/5h (wherein h is the depth of the washing drum) of the drum of the pulsator washing machine and about the whole drum depth h of the drum washing machine, so the spraying range of the spraying device is designed to be the maximum clothes dehydration space.
The specific application of the spray device is described below for a pulsator washing machine and a drum washing machine, respectively.
Referring to fig. 1, for convenience of description, a washing tub of a pulsator washing machine is defined as a first washing tub 4, and a laundry input port thereof is a first laundry input port 41. The first laundry input port 41 is located at the top end of the washing drum 4, and laundry is input in an up input manner. The spray head 1 of the spray device is arranged at the first clothes input port 41 of the first washing cylinder 4, and the spray port 11 of the spray head 1 extends along the axial direction of the first washing cylinder 4. The spraying opening 11 can be parallel to the axial direction of the first washing cylinder 4, and the spraying opening 11 can also be inclined at a certain angle relative to the axial direction of the first washing cylinder 4. The thickness range of the dehydrated clothes 6 attached on the inner wall of the first washing drum 4 is between the drum wall of the first washing drum 4 and a position which is half of the distance from the center of the first washing drum 4; the maximum depth range of the dehydrated clothes 6 is about 4/5h (wherein h is the depth of the washing barrel) of the barrel of the pulsator washing machine, and the spraying range of the spraying water curtain 7 is taken as the maximum depth range. The installation position of the spray header 1 on the horizontal plane of the first clothes input port 41 is not limited in the invention, and the spray header can be set by a person skilled in the art according to the actual situation.
Referring to fig. 2, a washing tub of the drum washing machine is defined as a second washing tub 5, and a laundry input port thereof is a second laundry input port 51. Considering the self weight of the water flow, the gravitational potential energy of the water is utilized, unnecessary energy waste is reduced, the spray head 1 of the spray device can be arranged at the top end of the second throwing port 51, and the spray angle of the spray device is adjusted to carry out water curtain covering on the bus of the second washing cylinder 5. When the drum washing machine dehydrates, most of the dehydrated clothes 6 are concentrated in the range from the bottom edge of the second washing drum 5 to the bottom center 1/2r (r is the radius of the bottom of the second washing drum 5) and the whole drum depth h (h is the depth of the second washing drum 5) in the dehydration process, and the spraying range can be limited by the range.
The spray header 1 can be arranged at the clothes putting-in opening in various ways, for example, the clothes putting-in opening is provided with a buckle which is clamped and fixed with the spray header 1; for another example, a support frame is provided at the laundry loading opening to support the shower head 1. The installation mode of the spray header 1 is not limited in the embodiment of the invention, and the skilled person can set the spray header according to the specific conditions of different types of washing machines.
In one of the implementation manners, the washing machine is provided with a plurality of spraying devices, and the spraying heads 1 of the plurality of spraying devices are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing drum so as to improve the spraying frequency, further shorten the washing time and improve the cleanliness of the clothes. At this moment, each spray header 1 is provided with a control valve 3 for controlling the on-off state of the spray header, so that the main control circuit board of the washing machine can control each spray header 1 independently.
Alternatively, one spraying device is arranged, and the spraying device comprises a plurality of spraying heads 1, the plurality of spraying heads 1 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the washing barrel, so that the spraying frequency is improved, the washing time is further shortened, and the cleanliness of clothes washing is improved. At this time, all the spray headers 1 share one control valve 3, so that the complexity of the connection of the main control circuit board can be reduced, and the complexity of the control program of the washing machine can be reduced.
When the pulsator washing machine is provided with a plurality of spray headers 1, for example, two, three, four spray headers 1, etc., at the first input port 41, the plurality of spray headers 1 may be uniformly spaced along the circumference of the first washing tub 4.
When the plurality of spray heads 1 are arranged at the second input port 51 of the drum washing machine, the installation positions of the plurality of spray heads 1 need to consider the water flow potential energy change and the balance problem of the spray point position to the centripetal force of the second washing cylinder 5 when the second washing cylinder 5 is dehydrated. Referring to fig. 3, when two shower heads 1 are installed at the second input port 51, the two shower heads 1 are symmetrical with respect to the vertical diameter of the second washing tub 5, and the two shower heads 1 are located at the upper side of the horizontal diameter of the second washing tub 5.
In one possible implementation mode, the washing machine further comprises a water inlet main pipe, a second water inlet branch pipe and a three-way joint, wherein the three-way joint is respectively communicated with the water inlet main pipe, the second water inlet branch pipe and the second end of the first water inlet branch pipe 2 of the spraying device, so that the washing machine is only provided with one water inlet for being connected with a water tap, the installation flexibility of the washing machine is improved, and a user does not need to add one water inlet. The three-head joint can be an existing pipeline joint, and the water inlet main pipe and the second water inlet branch pipe can be existing water pipes, which are not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
In summary, the washing machine of the present invention comprises a washing barrel and a spraying device, wherein a spraying head of the spraying device is installed at a clothes feeding opening of the washing barrel, when the clothes are dehydrated, the spraying device is turned on, a uniform and continuous curtain-shaped water flow is sprayed out from the spraying opening of the spraying head under a certain water pressure, the curtain-shaped water flow continuously sprays the clothes, clean flowing water continuously replaces sewage containing detergent and stains in the clothes, so that the content of the detergent and the stains remaining in the clothes is gradually reduced, the rinsing times and time in the washing process are shortened, the total washing duration is shortened, and the washing efficiency is improved; saves electricity and water, reduces sewage discharge and is beneficial to energy conservation and emission reduction.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, wherein fig. 5 is a front view of a showerhead of the spray apparatus of the present invention, fig. 6 is a left side view of the showerhead of the spray apparatus of the present invention, and fig. 7 is a top view of the showerhead of the spray apparatus of the present invention.
The spraying device comprises a spraying head 1 and a first water inlet branch pipe 2; the first end of the spray head 1 is provided with a strip-shaped spray opening 11, and the spray opening 11 extends along the axial direction of the washing drum of the washing machine; the second end of the spray header 1 is communicated with the first end of the first water inlet branch pipe 2.
The first end of the shower head 1 is provided with a shower opening 11, and the shower opening 11 is in a strip shape, for example, the shower opening 11 is in a rectangular shape, a rounded rectangle, or the like. The spray opening 11 extends along the axial direction of the washing cylinder, namely, the length direction of the spray opening 11 is the same as the axial direction of the washing cylinder. Of course, in this embodiment, the washing drum is a cylindrical structure with one end open. This embodiment is through setting up the mouth 11 that sprays into the rectangular shape of following the washing section of thick bamboo axial extension for the mouth 11 spun water curtain that sprays can cover a generating line of washing section of thick bamboo annular lateral wall, and under the rotation effect of washing section of thick bamboo, the whole annular lateral wall of washing section of thick bamboo is covered to the mouth 11 spun water curtain that sprays, thereby sprays all clothings in the washing section of thick bamboo. In order to enable the spraying water curtain to spray all the clothes on the side wall of the washing cylinder, the spraying device can also comprise a driving motor to drive the spraying head 1 to rotate along the circumferential direction of the washing cylinder; alternatively, the shower head 1 is stationary relative to the washing machine housing and the washing drum is rotated during the dewatering process so that the shower curtain covers the entire annular side wall of the washing drum.
