本发明公开了一种抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸及其制备方法,该三聚氰胺浸渍纸包括由下而上依次排列的三聚氰胺树脂层、第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层、素色原纸或印刷装饰纸、第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层,其制备方法包括以下步骤:1)准备原料;2)素色原纸或印刷装饰纸浸渍抗紫外线脲醛树脂层;3)在步骤2)处理过的素色原纸或印刷装饰纸两面分别设置三聚氰胺树脂层和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层。本发明的三聚氰胺浸渍纸具有优异的抗紫外线和抗菌杀菌效果,将其与基材胶合得到的装饰板材不仅耐磨、耐划痕、耐酸碱、耐烫、耐污染,而且不容易老化褪色、抗菌抑菌效果好、使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
三聚氰胺浸渍纸,全称为三聚氰胺浸渍胶膜纸,也称“蜜胺”纸,是一种素色原纸或印刷装饰纸经浸渍氨基树脂(例如:三聚氰胺甲醛树脂和脲醛树脂)并干燥到一定程度、具有一定树脂含量和挥发物含量的胶纸。
三聚氰胺浸渍纸经热压可相互胶合或与人造板基材胶合,由其制备得到的装饰板材表面坚硬,耐磨、耐划痕、耐酸碱、耐烫、耐污染,具有很好的应用前景。然而,现有的三聚氰胺浸渍纸在使用过程中易老化褪色,性能下降很快,使用寿命较短,且不具备抗菌性能,限制了其大规模推广应用。
三聚氰胺浸渍纸老化褪色的原因主要包括以下两个方面:
1)三聚氰胺浸渍纸中的印刷装饰纸上的图案一般是由水性油墨打印得到,水性油墨中的颜料受到太阳光中紫外线的照射时易发生化学反应,最终导致水性油墨褪色;
2)三聚氰胺浸渍纸上的氨基树脂受到太阳光中紫外线的照射时,由于氨基树脂中含有不饱和基团和极性反应基团,易发生光老化反应,最终性能会快速下降。
因此,有必要开发一种抗菌、抗紫外线的三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
一种抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸,包括由下而上依次排列的三聚氰胺树脂层、第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层、素色原纸或印刷装饰纸、第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层;所述第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层和第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层由添加有纳米二氧化钛的脲醛树脂制成;所述抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层由添加有纳米氧化锌的三聚氰胺树脂制成。
优选的,所述第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层和第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层包括以下质量份的组分:
尿素:140~180份;
甲醛溶液:330~370份;
乌洛托品:2~4份;
三乙醇胺:1~3份;
纳米二氧化钛:1~3份;
水:60~90份。
优选的,所述第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层的厚度为200~300μm。

上述抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)准备三聚氰胺树脂、抗紫外线脲醛树脂和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂;
2)将素色原纸或印刷装饰纸浸渍抗紫外线脲醛树脂,再进行烘干预固化;
3)将三聚氰胺树脂和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂分别涂覆在步骤2)处理过的素色原纸或印刷装饰纸的两面,再进行烘干预固化,得到抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
优选的,步骤2)所述烘干预固化的温度为130~140℃。
进一步优选的,步骤2)所述烘干预固化在三节烘箱中进行,温度依次为130℃、140℃和135℃。
优选的,步骤3)所述烘干预固化的温度为140~165℃。
进一步优选的,步骤3)所述烘干预固化在五节烘箱中进行,温度依次为140℃、160℃、165℃、160℃和140℃。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的三聚氰胺浸渍纸具有优异的抗紫外线和抗菌杀菌效果,将其与基材胶合得到的装饰板材不仅耐磨、耐划痕、耐酸碱、耐烫、耐污染,而且不容易老化褪色、抗菌抑菌效果好、使用寿命长。
1)本发明的三聚氰胺浸渍纸的抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层中添加有纳米氧化锌,不仅可以屏蔽太阳光中约75%的紫外线,而且对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抗菌率可以达到99%;
2)本发明的三聚氰胺浸渍纸的第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层添加有纳米二氧化钛,可以进一步屏蔽透过抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层的紫外线,二者共同作用可以屏蔽太阳光中约98%的紫外线;
3)本发明的三聚氰胺浸渍纸制备工艺简单,生产成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的解释和说明。
实施例1:
一种抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸(结构示意图如图1所示),包括由下而上依次排列的三聚氰胺树脂层(厚度150μm)、第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层(厚度200μm)、印刷装饰纸(克重80g/m2)、第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层(厚度200μm)和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层(厚度180μm)。
上述抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将350质量份的甲醛溶液(质量分数37%)、90质量份的尿素和3质量份的乌洛托品加入反应釜,30min升温至90℃,然后90~95℃保温60min,测试树脂在10℃水中是否出现雾化点,直到测试出32℃出现雾化点,然后加入2质量份的纳米二氧化钛和2质量份的三乙醇胺,降温至80℃,加入40质量份的尿素,再降温至65℃,加入30质量份的尿素和75质量份的水,降温至40℃,得到抗紫外线脲醛树脂;
2)将200质量份的甲醛溶液(质量分数37%)、180质量份的三聚氰胺和90质量份的水加入反应釜,用质量分数40%的氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至9.5,40min升温至80℃,溶液清澈后加入8质量份的己内酰胺和7质量份的二甘醇,升温至95℃保温40min,测试树脂在10℃水中是否出现雾化点,直到测试出25℃出现雾化点,然后按照树脂和水质量比1:2.2测试水溶比,直到20℃发白,然后加入2质量份的纳米氧化锌和2质量份的三乙醇胺,降温至40℃,得到抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂;
3)将印刷装饰纸浸渍抗紫外线脲醛树脂(添加有固化剂和渗透剂,抗紫外线脲醛树脂、固化剂和渗透剂的质量比为100:0.3:0.2),再置于三节烘箱(温度依次为130℃、140℃和135℃)中进行预固化;
4)将三聚氰胺树脂和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂(添加有固化剂、脱模剂和除尘剂,抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂、固化剂、脱模剂和除尘剂的质量比为100:0.2:0.2:0.3)分别涂覆在步骤3)处理过的印刷装饰纸的两面,再置于五节烘箱(温度依次为140℃、160℃、165℃、160℃和140℃)中进行预固化,得到抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
性能测试:
1)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸的预固化度为37%,挥发份含量为7.0%;
2)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸对太阳光中紫外线的屏蔽大于98%,可见光的通过率大于80%;
3)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均大于99%。
注:
用紫外可见光分光光度计测试抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸在紫外光波段以及可见光波段的光透过率,通过积分的方法计算平均透过率,计算公式如下:
式中,R表示平均透过率(%),T(λ)指波长为λ时的透过率(%),λ2和λ1是波长取值上下限。紫外光部分波长范围取200~400nm,可见光波长取400~780nm。
实施例2:
一种抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸(结构示意图如图1所示),包括由下而上依次排列的三聚氰胺树脂层(厚度150μm)、第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层(厚度240μm)、印刷装饰纸(克重90g/m2)、第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层(厚度240μm)和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层(厚度200μm)。
上述抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

3)将印刷装饰纸浸渍抗紫外线脲醛树脂(添加有固化剂和渗透剂,抗紫外线脲醛树脂、固化剂和渗透剂的质量比为100:0.3:0.2),再置于三节烘箱(温度依次为130℃、140℃和135℃)中进行预固化;
4)将三聚氰胺树脂和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂(添加有固化剂、脱模剂和除尘剂,抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂、固化剂、脱模剂和除尘剂的质量比为100:0.2:0.2:0.3)分别涂覆在步骤3)处理过的印刷装饰纸的两面,再置于五节烘箱(温度依次为140℃、160℃、165℃、160℃和140℃)中进行预固化,得到抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
性能测试:
1)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸的预固化度为39%,挥发份含量为7.1%;
2)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸对太阳光中紫外线的屏蔽大于98%,可见光的通过率大于80%;
3)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均大于99%。
实施例3:
一种抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸(结构示意图如图1所示),包括由下而上依次排列的三聚氰胺树脂层(厚度160μm)、第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层(厚度270μm)、印刷装饰纸(克重100g/m2)、第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层(厚度270μm)和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层(厚度190μm)。
上述抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将350质量份的甲醛溶液(质量分数37%)、90质量份的尿素和3质量份的乌洛托品加入反应釜,30min升温至90℃,然后90~95℃保温60min,测试树脂在10℃水中是否出现雾化点,直到测试出32℃出现雾化点,然后加入2质量份的纳米二氧化钛和2质量份的三乙醇胺,降温至80℃,加入40质量份的尿素,再降温至65℃,加入30质量份的尿素和75质量份的水,降温至40℃,得到抗紫外线脲醛树脂;
2)将200质量份的甲醛溶液(质量分数37%)、180质量份的三聚氰胺和90质量份的水加入反应釜,用质量分数40%的氢氧化钠溶液调节pH值至9.5,40min升温至80℃,溶液清澈后加入8质量份的己内酰胺和7质量份的二甘醇,升温至95℃保温40min,测试树脂在10℃水中是否出现雾化点,直到测试出25℃出现雾化点,然后按照树脂和水质量比1:2.2测试水溶比,直到20℃发白,然后加入2质量份的纳米氧化锌和2质量份的三乙醇胺,降温至40℃,得到抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂;
3)将印刷装饰纸浸渍抗紫外线脲醛树脂(添加有固化剂和渗透剂,抗紫外线脲醛树脂、固化剂和渗透剂的质量比为100:0.3:0.2),再置于三节烘箱(温度依次为130℃、140℃和135℃)中进行预固化;
4)将三聚氰胺树脂和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂(添加有固化剂、脱模剂和除尘剂,抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂、固化剂、脱模剂和除尘剂的质量比为100:0.2:0.2:0.3)分别涂覆在步骤3)处理过的印刷装饰纸的两面,再置于五节烘箱(温度依次为140℃、160℃、165℃、160℃和140℃)中进行预固化,得到抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
性能测试:
1)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸的预固化度为34%,挥发份含量为6.9%;
2)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸对太阳光中紫外线的屏蔽大于98%,可见光的通过率大于80%;
3)抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均大于99%。
对比例:
除了未添加纳米二氧化钛和纳米氧化锌,其余完全和实施例1一样,制备得到的是普通三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
性能测试:
1)普通三聚氰胺浸渍纸的预固化度为35%,挥发份含量为6.8%;
2)普通三聚氰胺浸渍纸对太阳光中紫外线的屏蔽小于25%,可见光的通过率大于80%;
3)普通三聚氰胺浸渍纸对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率均小于90%。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:包括由下而上依次排列的三聚氰胺树脂层、第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层、素色原纸或印刷装饰纸、第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层;所述第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层和第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层由添加有纳米二氧化钛的脲醛树脂制成;所述抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层由添加有纳米氧化锌的三聚氰胺树脂制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层和第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层包括以下质量份的组分:
尿素:140~180份;
甲醛溶液:330~370份;
乌洛托品:2~4份;
三乙醇胺:1~3份;
纳米二氧化钛:1~3份;
水:60~90份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述第一抗紫外线脲醛树脂层的厚度为200~300μm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述第二抗紫外线脲醛树脂层的厚度为200~300μm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层包括以下质量份的组分:
三聚氰胺:160~200份;
甲醛溶液:180~220份;
己内酰胺:6~9份;
二甘醇:5~8份;
纳米氧化锌:1~3份;
三乙醇胺:1~3份;
水:70~110份。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸,其特征在于:所述抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂层的厚度为150~250μm。
7.权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)准备三聚氰胺树脂、抗紫外线脲醛树脂和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂;
2)将素色原纸或印刷装饰纸浸渍抗紫外线脲醛树脂,再进行烘干预固化;
3)将三聚氰胺树脂和抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺树脂分别涂覆在步骤2)处理过的素色原纸或印刷装饰纸的两面,再进行烘干预固化,得到抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)所述烘干预固化的温度为130~140℃。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)所述烘干预固化的温度为140~165℃。
10.一种装饰板材,其特征在于:表面热压贴合有权利要求1~6中任意一项所述的抗菌抗紫外线三聚氰胺浸渍纸。
