Abstract
本发明提供了一种提高印刷品耐水洗性能的工艺,通过对基材进行预处理,喷涂印刷层,在印刷层上喷涂强化保护层,以及在强化保护层上喷涂表面防护层的处理,利用各层之间强大的结合能力,提高印刷品耐水洗性能,防止印刷层脱落,同时也能够提高印刷品的抗污能力以及耐氧化能力。采用本发明的工艺制备得到的印刷品,具有优异的耐腐蚀性,耐水洗性,耐剥离性,抗污性和抗氧化性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及印刷品制造领域,特别是涉及一种提高印刷品耐水洗性能的工艺。
背景技术
印刷品诸如广告纸,传单,灯箱罩面材料等户外印刷品,需要具有较高的耐候性,耐水洗性能,能够在各种天气下长期保持色泽鲜亮,防止污物粘接,以及具有较高的耐腐蚀性和剥离强度。而现有的印刷制品,在耐水洗性,耐候性以及颜色保持力上均有待提高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种提高印刷品耐水洗性能的工艺,通过对基材进行预处理,喷涂印刷层,在印刷层上喷涂强化保护层,以及在强化保护层上喷涂表面防护层的处理,利用各层之间强大的结合能力,提高印刷品耐水洗性能,防止印刷层脱落,同时也能够提高印刷品的抗污能力以及耐氧化能力。采用本发明的工艺制备得到的印刷品,具有优异的耐腐蚀性,耐水洗性,耐剥离性,抗污性和抗氧化性。
具体的方案如下:
一种提高印刷品耐水洗性能的工艺,其中包括以下步骤:
1)、基材预处理步骤:向基材表面喷涂预处理剂,将所述基材润湿,所述预处理剂为含有1-2wt%聚丙烯酸和0.5-1wt%咪唑啉的水醇混合溶液;
2)、印刷步骤:向润湿的基材表面喷涂水性油墨,干燥,得到印刷层;
3)、施加强化保护层步骤:步骤2得到的印刷层表面喷涂强化保护漆,紫外光辐照3-5min,得到强化保护层;所述强化保护漆的质量组成为:含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯70-80,丙烯酸丁酯20-40,聚四氟乙烯3-5,苯酮8-10,二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷15-20以及乙醇70-80;
4)、施加表面保护层步骤:向步骤3中的保护层表面喷涂表面保护漆,干燥,所述表面保护漆的质量组成为:聚四氟乙烯30-25,全氟-1-十二烷基磺酸钠2.5-3,羟基封端聚硅氧烷3-3.5以及去离子水50-70。
进一步的,其中所述水醇混合溶液中水与醇的体积比为3:7-7:3。
进一步的,其中所述预处理剂中含有阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,所述水性油墨中含有阳离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
进一步的,其中所述步骤2中的干燥温度为70-80摄氏度。
进一步的,其中所述醇选自乙二醇,丙二醇,异丙醇。
本发明中,对于基材,阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,阳离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,水性油墨没有特别的限定,市面上能够获得的基材,阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,阳离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,水性油墨均可用于本发明。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、基材预处理步骤,通过喷涂预处理剂提高油墨与基材的结合能力,同时提高基材的抗腐蚀能力;
2、强化保护层在紫外光的照射下瞬间干燥,强化保护层透光率高,具有很高的耐候性,耐洗性,耐溶剂性和粘结性,强化保护层附着力强,不易开裂和脱落,能够有效的保护印刷层;
3、表面保护层具有较高的弹性以及具有超低的表面能,能够提高印刷制品表面的抗污能力,防止污物附着,同时具有很高的疏水性,能够保持印刷制品的表面干燥,进一步提高印刷制品的耐水洗性能;
4、在相邻的层分别添加阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和阳离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,利用阴阳离子的电荷吸附,能够提高层之间的结合力,有利于提高油墨在基材上的附着力。
具体实施方式
本发明下面将通过具体的实施例进行更详细的描述,但本发明的保护范围并不受限于这些实施例。
实施例1
1)、基材预处理步骤:向基材表面喷涂预处理剂,将所述基材润湿,所述预处理剂为含有1wt%聚丙烯酸和0.5wt%咪唑啉的水醇混合溶液,水与醇的体积比为3:7,所述醇为乙二醇;
2)、印刷步骤:向润湿的基材表面喷涂水性油墨,70摄氏度干燥,得到印刷层;
3)、施加强化保护层步骤:步骤2得到的印刷层表面喷涂强化保护漆,紫外光辐照3min,得到强化保护层;所述强化保护漆的质量组成为:含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯70,丙烯酸丁酯20,聚四氟乙烯3,苯酮8,二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷15以及乙醇70;
4)、施加表面保护层步骤:向步骤3中的保护层表面喷涂表面保护漆,干燥,所述表面保护漆的质量组成为:聚四氟乙烯30,全氟-1-十二烷基磺酸钠2.5,羟基封端聚硅氧烷3以及去离子水50。
实施例2
1)、基材预处理步骤:向基材表面喷涂预处理剂,将所述基材润湿,所述预处理剂为含有2wt%聚丙烯酸和1wt%咪唑啉的水醇混合溶液,水与醇的体积比为7:3,所述醇为丙二醇,;
2)、印刷步骤:向润湿的基材表面喷涂水性油墨,80摄氏度干燥,得到印刷层;
3)、施加强化保护层步骤:步骤2得到的印刷层表面喷涂强化保护漆,紫外光辐照5min,得到强化保护层;所述强化保护漆的质量组成为:含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯80,丙烯酸丁酯40,聚四氟乙烯5,苯酮10,二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷20以及乙醇80;
4)、施加表面保护层步骤:向步骤3中的保护层表面喷涂表面保护漆,干燥,所述表面保护漆的质量组成为:聚四氟乙烯25,全氟-1-十二烷基磺酸钠3,羟基封端聚硅氧烷3.5以及去离子水70。
实施例3
1)、基材预处理步骤:向基材表面喷涂预处理剂,将所述基材润湿,所述预处理剂为含有2wt%聚丙烯酸和1wt%咪唑啉的水醇混合溶液,水与醇的体积比为5:5,所述醇为乙二醇;
2)、印刷步骤:向润湿的基材表面喷涂水性油墨,75摄氏度干燥,得到印刷层;
3)、施加强化保护层步骤:步骤2得到的印刷层表面喷涂强化保护漆,紫外光辐照3-5min,得到强化保护层;所述强化保护漆的质量组成为:含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯80,丙烯酸丁酯3,聚四氟乙烯4,苯酮9,二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷20以及乙醇70;
4)、施加表面保护层步骤:向步骤3中的保护层表面喷涂表面保护漆,干燥,所述表面保护漆的质量组成为:聚四氟乙烯30,全氟-1-十二烷基磺酸钠2.5,羟基封端聚硅氧烷3.5以及去离子水60。
实施例4
1)、基材预处理步骤:向基材表面喷涂预处理剂,将所述基材润湿,所述预处理剂为含有2wt%聚丙烯酸和1wt%咪唑啉,1wt%的阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯水醇混合溶液,水与醇的体积比为5:5,所述醇为乙二醇;
2)、印刷步骤:向润湿的基材表面喷涂添加有1%阳离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的水性油墨,75摄氏度干燥,得到印刷层;
3)、施加强化保护层步骤:步骤2得到的印刷层表面喷涂强化保护漆,紫外光辐照3-5min,得到强化保护层;所述强化保护漆的质量组成为:含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯70,丙烯酸丁酯3,聚四氟乙烯4,苯酮9,二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷20以及乙醇70;
4)、施加表面保护层步骤:向步骤3中的保护层表面喷涂表面保护漆,干燥,所述表面保护漆的质量组成为:聚四氟乙烯30,全氟-1-十二烷基磺酸钠2.5,羟基封端聚硅氧烷3.5以及去离子水60。
采用本发明的工艺制备得到的印刷品,具有优异的耐腐蚀性,耐水洗性,耐剥离性,抗污性和抗氧化性。能够广泛用于广告纸,传单,灯箱罩面材料等户外印刷品,也可用于墙壁装饰材料,顶棚材料能室内装修材料,也能够用于工艺制品的基材。
尽管本发明的内容已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但是应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。
Claims (5)
1.一种提高印刷品耐水洗性能的工艺,其中包括以下步骤:
1)、基材预处理步骤:向基材表面喷涂预处理剂,将所述基材润湿,所述预处理剂为含有1-2wt%聚丙烯酸和0.5-1wt%咪唑啉的水醇混合溶液;
2)、印刷步骤:向润湿的基材表面喷涂水性油墨,干燥,得到印刷层;
3)、施加强化保护层步骤:步骤2得到的印刷层表面喷涂强化保护漆,紫外光辐照20-50s,得到强化保护层;所述强化保护漆的质量组成为:含氟聚氨酯甲基丙烯酸酯70-80,丙烯酸丁酯20-40,聚四氟乙烯3-5,苯酮8-10,二甲基二苯基聚硅氧烷15-20以及乙醇70-80;
4)、施加表面保护层步骤:向步骤3中的保护层表面喷涂表面保护漆,干燥,所述表面保护漆的质量组成为:聚四氟乙烯30-25,全氟-1-十二烷基磺酸钠2.5-3,羟基封端聚硅氧烷3-3.5以及去离子水50-70。
2.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其中所述水醇混合溶液中水与醇的体积比为3:7-7:3。
3.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其中所述预处理剂中含有阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,所述水性油墨中含有阳离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其中所述步骤2中的干燥温度为70-80摄氏度。
5.如权利要求2所述的工艺,其中所述醇选自乙二醇,丙二醇,异丙醇。
