Description

本发明涉及一种主要用于石板、大理石板或类似材料板两板间的隐蔽连接的双连接器。
由DE-PS 1625393可知一种用于板间连接的嵌入式连接器,它由两个彼此锁定、相互对正地固定在待连接板上钻孔中的连接件组成。连接件用外表面为锯齿形的螺栓固定。将固定螺栓压入连接板上的钻孔,固定螺栓和钻孔孔壁间的摩擦力就会将其固定在板内。
这种石板或大理石板两板间的连接器的耐久性差,至少在立面构造中如此。为了安全起见,在立面权造中主要采用钢制固定件,通过互锁和/或膨胀将其锚定在板内。
本发明基于的问题是,提供一种用于石板、大理石板或类似材料板两板间连接的双连接器,以便更有效地吸收拉伸和压缩应力。
为此本发明提供一种主要用于石板、大理石板或类似材料的两板间隐蔽连接的双连接器,包括;一个带有两个柱销件的轴套状连接件,它们彼此相对,各自在待连接板上的钻孔中接合,而且每个柱销件都能连接到可固定在板内的锚定件上,其特征是:两锚定件中至少有一个是锥体-螺(柱)栓件,其螺(柱)栓部分设有一个在开槽的柱销件所对应的凹腔内接合的圆形套环,借助于柱销件的端面,在对锥体-螺(柱)栓件施加压力时,膨胀件就会在板的钻孔内撑牢。
为了形成连接,将连接件的一个柱锁件用该柱销件相应的锚定件锚定在连接板上的最好带切槽的钻孔中。将膨胀件压入螺栓的锥体上,膨胀件就会在钻孔中的切槽内撑紧,从而达到锚定的目的。在另一凸出的柱销件上,未紧固地放着带膨胀件的锥体-螺(柱)栓件,现在压上第二块同样有一相应钻孔的板。将锥体-螺栓件的端面放到第二块板的钻孔底部后,带有圆形套环的螺栓杆就被压入柱销件内,与此同时膨胀件在柱销件端面和膨胀锥间撑牢。将螺栓上的圆形套环锁定在柱锁件凹腔内后,就能实现柱销件在第二块板内的锁定和两块板的连接。通过双连接器的膨胀件在两连接板中的锁定,并且由于锥体-螺栓件和柱销件间的锁定连接,从而实现了两连接板的耐久高强连接。
膨胀件最好使用波纹状套环,这样不需多大的外力就能在钻孔切槽内撑牢,而不会产生大的膨胀压力,从而使得无损锚定成为可能,而借助于互锁又可以产生很高的保持力。
如果在两相互连接的板间作可见连接,则可以在连接件的两个柱销件之间安装一个止动套环。
待锚定的柱锁件可先任意地锚定在一块连接板的钻孔内,此时柱销件上加工有内螺纹,可以拧到锥体-螺栓件相应的外螺纹上。在这种情况下,使柱销件外径与钻孔直径相匹配是必要的,并且止动套环上加工有平台部分,以便用扳手进行安装。
下面,根据附图来介绍本发明的示意性实施例。
图1图示了锚定在一块在连接板内的双连接器。
图2图示了带两个不同锚定件的双连接器。
图1所示的双连接器包括带两个柱销件2,3的套筒状连接件1及两个结构相同的锚定件4,5。锚定件由一个锥体-螺(柱)柱件6和波纹状环形膨胀件7构成。
锥体-螺栓件6带有膨胀锥8及使其与膨胀锥隔开的圆形套环9,以便于压入柱销件的内孔10中,圆形套环9上加工有连续斜削面11。将锥体-螺栓件6压入柱销件的孔10内后,膨胀件7就会在板14上的钻孔13切槽12内撑牢,从而使锥体-螺栓件锚定在板14内。与此同时,圆形套环9固定在柱锁件2的凹腔15内,在锚定件4与柱锁件2之间构成抗拉连接。为了保持连接的弹性,两个柱销件2,3上加工有许多从端面开始的凹槽16。
锚定件4固定在板14内后,止动套环17贴靠到板14的外表面上。为了能将板18与板14连接起来,对板18施压,使锚定件5进入其内。板18上有一个与板14上钻孔13相同的钻孔。当板18被施压时,锥体-螺栓件6亦被压入柱销件3内,从而使锚定件5锚定在板18的钻孔13内。
从图2可以看到,锚定后的板18是放在止动套环17上的。在图2中,柱销件2a上加工有内螺纹19。在本实施例中,锥体-螺栓件6a上有相应的连接用外螺纹20,将柱销件2a拧到其上就能固定锚定件4a。柱销件2a在板18固定在对应的锚定件5上前拧上。在本实施例中,柱销件2a的外径与钻孔13的内径相同。在该实施例中,为了便于用扳手进行安装,止动套环17是多边形的。

Claims (5)

1、主要用于石板、大理石板或类似材料的两板间隐蔽连接的双连接器,包括;一个带有两个柱销件的轴套状连接件,它们彼此相对,各自在待连接板上的钻孔中接合,而且每个柱销件都能连接到可固定在板内的锚定件上,其特征是:两锚定件(4,5)中至少有一个是锥体-螺(柱)栓件(6),其螺(柱)栓部分设有一个在开槽的柱销件(2,3)所对应的凹腔(5)内接合的圆形套环(9),借助于柱销件(2,3)的端面,在对锥体-螺(柱)栓件(6)施加压力时,膨胀件7就会在板(14,18)的钻孔(13)内撑牢。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双连接器,其特征在于:膨胀件(7)是波纹状环,螺(柱)栓(6)的锥体(8)被压到板内钻孔(13)的切槽(12)内。
3、根据权利要求1所述的双连接器,其特征在于:安装在锥体-螺(柱)栓件(6)上的圆形套环(9)在压入方向上有连续斜削面(11)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的双连接器,其特征在于:两柱销件(2a)中的一个有内螺纹(19),可以拧到锥体-螺栓件(6a)相应的外螺纹(20)上。
5、根据权利要求4所述的双连接器,其特征在于:两个柱销件(2a,3)之间的止动套环(17)是多边形的。
