背景技术：
水杨酸软膏，皮肤科外用药，主要用于治疗银屑病、皮肤浅部真菌病、脂溢性皮炎、痤疮、鸡眼、疣等皮肤病，软膏中水杨酸的浓度不同药理作用也不同，因而可治疗不同的皮肤病：治疗脂溢性皮炎和银屑病，采用 2%-3%浓度；治疗浅部真菌病，采用5%-6%浓度；治疗疣，采用7%-8%浓度；治疗甲癣可用14-15％的浓度；治疗鸡眼，采用16%-17%的浓度，用药前将病变部位清洁，并浸在热水中15～30分钟，邻近正常皮肤涂凡士林保护，然后将药涂上，每日1-2次，直至病变去除。水杨酸软膏是临床上最常用的软膏剂之一，本发明是对传统配方进行改进后的新产品，具有生产工艺简单、生产成本低，使用方便等特点。本发明用于治疗甲癣，甲癣俗称“灰指甲”，是指皮癣菌侵犯甲板或甲下所引起的疾病，是由皮癣菌、酵母菌及非皮癣菌等真菌引起的甲感染，一般情况下治疗难度大，本品仅是一种辅助治疗用药，需配合内服和其他药物同时治疗。
发明内容：
本发明主要解决的问题是提供一种治疗甲癣的水杨酸软膏的配制方法，生产该产品使用的原料按重量百分比计算包括：水杨酸结晶体14%-15%、无水乙醇38%-39%、苯甲酸3%、凡士林44%。
本发明采用的技术方案是：
（1） 把配方量的无水乙醇送入第一搅拌罐，开始搅拌，转速控制为10-12转/分，此时缓慢的加入配方量的水杨酸结晶体，搅拌至全部溶解，继续搅拌，加入配方量的苯甲酸，搅拌均匀，得到混合液。
（2）将配方量的凡士林送入第二搅拌罐，边搅拌边加热至凡士林至熔融状态为准，此时将步骤（1）得到的混合液送入第二搅拌罐，搅拌15-20分钟后停止搅拌降温至常温后成为固态即得成品。
优选的，所述的水杨酸结晶体的纯度为99%。
优选的，所述的无水乙醇的含水量小于0.01%。
本发明产品的有益效果是：提供了一种治疗甲癣的水杨酸软膏的配制方法，该方法生产工艺简单、生产成本低，产品使用方便等特点，产品主要用于甲癣的辅助治疗，产品涂抹在患处疗效显著，具有较好的减轻甲癣症状作用。

实施例1：
把占总量39%的无水乙醇送入第一搅拌罐，开始搅拌，转速控制为10转/分，此时缓慢的加入占总量14%的水杨酸结晶体，搅拌至全部溶解，继续搅拌，加入占总量3%的苯甲酸，搅拌均匀，得到混合液；将占总量46%的凡士林送入第二搅拌罐，边搅拌边加热至凡士林至熔融状态为准，此时将混合液送入第二搅拌罐，搅拌20分钟后停止搅拌降温至常温后成为固态即得成品。
实施例2：
把占总量38.5%的无水乙醇送入第一搅拌罐，开始搅拌，转速控制为11转/分，此时缓慢的加入占总量14.5%的水杨酸结晶体，搅拌至全部溶解，继续搅拌，加入占总量3%的苯甲酸，搅拌均匀，得到混合液；将占总量46%的凡士林送入第二搅拌罐，边搅拌边加热至凡士林至熔融状态为准，此时将混合液送入第二搅拌罐，搅拌17.5分钟后停止搅拌降温至常温后成为固态即得成品。
实施例3：
把占总量38%的无水乙醇送入第一搅拌罐，开始搅拌，转速控制为12转/分，此时缓慢的加入占总量15%的水杨酸结晶体，搅拌至全部溶解，继续搅拌，加入占总量3%的苯甲酸，搅拌均匀，得到混合液；将占总量46%的凡士林送入第二搅拌罐，边搅拌边加热至凡士林至熔融状态为准，此时将混合液送入第二搅拌罐，搅拌15分钟后停止搅拌降温至常温后成为固态即得成品。

1.一种治疗甲癣的水杨酸软膏，其原料配方按重量百分比计算，包括：水杨酸结晶体14%-15%、无水乙醇38%-39%、苯甲酸3%、凡士林44%；其特征包括以下步骤：
（1） 把配方量的无水乙醇送入第一搅拌罐，开始搅拌，转速控制为10-12转/分，此时缓慢的加入配方量的水杨酸结晶体，搅拌至全部溶解，继续搅拌，加入配方量的苯甲酸，搅拌均匀，得到混合液。
（2）将配方量的凡士林送入第二搅拌罐，边搅拌边加热至凡士林至熔融状态为准，此时将步骤（1）得到的混合液送入第二搅拌罐，搅拌15-20分钟后停止搅拌降温至常温后成为固态即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗甲癣的水杨酸软膏，其特征是：所述的水杨酸结晶体的纯度为99%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗甲癣的水杨酸软膏，其特征是：所述的无水乙醇的含水量小于0.01%。
