Abstract
本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域,具体地说是一种拒水复合材料。一种拒水复合材料,包括拒水无纺布、拒水涂层材料、熔喷无纺布,其特征在于:拒水无纺布内嵌设有拒水涂层材料,位于拒水涂层材料的上方设有熔喷无纺布;所述的拒水无纺布呈C字型结构,并且熔喷无纺布位于拒水无纺布开口处的下方位置。同现有技术相比,提供一种拒水复合材料,可以用于一次性乳垫上,增加了拒水复合材料,聚甲基氢硅氧烷具有遇水制冷的功能,用户在使用的过程中,汗液中的水分与聚甲基氢硅氧烷相互反应,从而降低温度,提高了用户体验感。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域,具体地说是一种拒水复合材料。
背景技术
传统的一次性卫生用品,只能做到简单的吸水的功能,在实际使用的过程中,会存在潮湿、闷热等问题,影响使用者的体感。尤其是在闷热的夏季,这样的潮湿、闷热的感觉会更加明显,严重的还会引起皮肤过敏的现象,不太受到用户的欢迎。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种拒水复合材料,可以用于一次性乳垫上,增加了拒水复合材料,聚甲基氢硅氧烷具有遇水制冷的功能,用户在使用的过程中,汗液中的水分与聚甲基氢硅氧烷相互反应,从而降低温度,提高了用户体验感。
为实现上述目的,设计一种拒水复合材料,包括拒水无纺布、拒水涂层材料、熔喷无纺布,其特征在于:拒水无纺布内嵌设有拒水涂层材料,位于拒水涂层材料的上方设有熔喷无纺布;所述的拒水无纺布呈C字型结构,并且熔喷无纺布位于拒水无纺布开口处的下方位置。
所述的拒水无纺布为纺粘无纺布或者热风无纺布,拒水无纺布(3)为两层结构,并且两层拒水无纺布采用热结合或者超声波结合的方式进行结合。
所述的拒水无纺布为15~30克/米,熔喷无纺布为10~20克/米。
所述的熔喷无纺布为双组份熔喷无纺布,并由熔喷PET/PP双组份纤维组成的无纺布。
所述的拒水涂层材料包括有机硅拒水剂、C6氟类拒水剂,所述的机硅拒水剂包括二甲基硅油、聚甲基氢硅氧烷及水,二甲基硅油的重量百分含量为6.4%,聚甲基氢硅氧烷的重量百分含量为3.6%,水的重量百分含量为90%。
所述的拒水涂层材料的拒水整理工艺如下:
(1)使用自动涂覆机对纺熔非织造布进行交联剂的第一次涂覆整理,交联剂为树脂交联剂,浓度为3g/L,自动涂覆机的涂覆速率为0.50mm/s,涂覆厚度为5μm;
(2)第一次涂覆整理后的纺熔非织造布进行50℃低温烘燥10分钟;
(3)使用自动涂覆机对纺熔布进行C6氟类拒水剂的第二次涂覆整理,C6氟类拒水剂的体积和水的体积比例是35%,自动涂覆机的涂覆速率为0.98mm/s,涂覆厚度为10μm;
(4)第二次涂覆整理后的纺熔非织造布进行50℃低温烘燥20分钟;
(5)使用雾化器将有机硅拒水剂以雾气的形式均匀地整理在纺熔非织造布上并进行50℃低温烘燥20分钟。
本发明同现有技术相比,提供一种拒水复合材料,可以用于一次性乳垫上,增加了拒水复合材料,聚甲基氢硅氧烷具有遇水制冷的功能,用户在使用的过程中,汗液中的水分与聚甲基氢硅氧烷相互反应,从而降低温度,提高了用户体验感。

参见图1,1为熔喷无纺布,2为拒水涂层材料,3为拒水无纺布。
具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
如图1所示,拒水无纺布3内嵌设有拒水涂层材料2,位于拒水涂层材料2的上方设有熔喷无纺布1;所述的拒水无纺布3呈C字型结构,并且熔喷无纺布1位于拒水无纺布3开口处的下方位置。
拒水无纺布3为纺粘无纺布或者热风无纺布,拒水无纺布3为两层结构,并且两层拒水无纺布3采用热结合或者超声波结合的方式进行结合。
拒水无纺布3为15~30克/米,熔喷无纺布1为10~20克/米。
熔喷无纺布1为双组份熔喷无纺布,并由熔喷PET/PP双组份纤维组成的无纺布。
拒水涂层材料2包括有机硅拒水剂、C6氟类拒水剂,所述的机硅拒水剂包括二甲基硅油、聚甲基氢硅氧烷及水,二甲基硅油的重量百分含量为6.4%,聚甲基氢硅氧烷的重量百分含量为3.6%,水的重量百分含量为90%。
如图2所示,拒水涂层材料2的拒水整理工艺如下:
(1)使用自动涂覆机对纺熔非织造布进行交联剂的第一次涂覆整理,交联剂为树脂交联剂,浓度为3g/L,自动涂覆机的涂覆速率为0.50mm/s,涂覆厚度为5μm;
(2)第一次涂覆整理后的纺熔非织造布进行50℃低温烘燥10分钟,使得后道工序中的拒水剂能够通过分子间作用力与纺熔非织造布进行更加牢固和均匀地结合;
(3)使用自动涂覆机对纺熔布进行C6氟类拒水剂的第二次涂覆整理,C6氟类拒水剂的体积和水的体积比例是35%,自动涂覆机的涂覆速率为0.98mm/s,涂覆厚度为10μm;
(4)第二次涂覆整理后的纺熔非织造布进行50℃低温烘燥20分钟,使得纺熔非织造布获得良好的拒水效果;
(5)使用雾化器将有机硅拒水剂以雾气的形式均匀地整理在纺熔非织造布上并进行50℃低温烘燥20分钟,使得纺熔非织造布在拒水效果进一步提高的同时保持良好的触感和柔软度。
从图3,图4可以看出,拒水处理以后,在纺粘层,纤维被拒水剂所包覆使得纤维表面的粗糙度增加;在熔喷层,纤维间的空隙较小,由于表面张力的作用使得拒水剂在纤维之间形成带有微孔的拒水膜。由于拒水膜的形成和微孔的存在,使得经过拒水剂处理后的无纺布,在透湿率下降的同时还保留透气性。
Claims (5)
1.一种拒水复合材料,包括拒水无纺布、拒水涂层材料、熔喷无纺布,其特征在于:拒水无纺布(3)内嵌设有拒水涂层材料(2),位于拒水涂层材料(2)的上方设有熔喷无纺布(1);所述的拒水无纺布(3)呈C字型结构,并且熔喷无纺布(1)位于拒水无纺布(3)开口处的下方位置,所述的拒水涂层材料(2)包括有机硅拒水剂、C6氟类拒水剂,所述的有机硅拒水剂包括二甲基硅油、聚甲基氢硅氧烷及水,所述的拒水涂层材料(2)的拒水整理工艺如下:
(1)使用自动涂覆机对纺熔非织造布进行交联剂的第一次涂覆整理,交联剂为树脂交联剂,浓度为3g/L,自动涂覆机的涂覆速率为0.50mm/s,涂覆厚度为5μm;
(2)第一次涂覆整理后的纺熔非织造布进行50℃低温烘燥10分钟;
(3)使用自动涂覆机对纺熔非织造布进行C6氟类拒水剂的第二次涂覆整理,C6氟类拒水剂的体积和水的体积比例是35%,自动涂覆机的涂覆速率为0.98mm/s,涂覆厚度为10μm;
(4)第二次涂覆整理后的纺熔非织造布进行50℃低温烘燥20分钟;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种拒水复合材料,其特征在于:所述的拒水无纺布(3)为纺粘无纺布或者热风无纺布,拒水无纺布(3)为两层结构,并且两层拒水无纺布(3)采用热结合或者超声波结合的方式进行结合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种拒水复合材料,其特征在于:所述的拒水无纺布(3)为15~30克/米,熔喷无纺布(1)为10~20克/米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种拒水复合材料,其特征在于:所述的熔喷无纺布(1)为双组份熔喷无纺布,并由熔喷PET/PP双组份纤维组成的无纺布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种拒水复合材料,其特征在于:所述的有机硅拒水剂中二甲基硅油的重量百分含量为6.4%,聚甲基氢硅氧烷的重量百分含量为3.6%,水的重量百分含量为90%。
