the control system 1 is electrically connected with the rotary member 3, the vacuum pumps 34, the motor 42, the seed vigor detection system 52, the high sorting electric air valve 61, the middle sorting electric air valve 62 and the low sorting electric air valve 63 respectively. The working process of the invention is as follows:
pouring rice seeds to be detected into the material box 2, electrifying the slip ring stator 311 of the rotating part 31 by the control system 1, and enabling the slip ring rotor 312 to rotate for 360 degrees after the slip ring stator 311 is electrified;
the control system 1 controls the vacuum pump 34 to be started, air is sucked into the vacuum pump 34 through the suction nozzle 32, the suction pipe 33, the air inlet 3121 of the slip ring rotor 312 and the air outlet 3111 of the slip ring stator 311 in sequence, the suction nozzle 32 sucks seeds at the suction nozzle 32 after contacting the seeds at the bottom of the bin 2, the control system 1 controls the vacuum pump 34 corresponding to the current suction nozzle 32 to be closed along with the counterclockwise rotation of the slip ring rotor 312 when the suction nozzle 32 rotates to the position above the receiving hopper 43 at the front part of the conveyor belt 41, the seeds fall into the receiving hopper 43 and fall onto the conveyor belt 41 along the receiving hopper 43, and the seeds are conveyed backwards by the conveyor belt 41;

when the seeds pass through the corresponding electric air valves, the control system 1 controls the corresponding electric air valves of the high separation electric air valve 61, the middle separation electric air valve 62 and the low separation electric air valve 63 to be opened according to the feedback result of the vitality degree of the seeds, high-pressure air is sprayed out through the nozzle, the seeds are blown into the corresponding separation recovery hopper 64, and then the corresponding electric air valves are closed; (high-vigor seeds correspond to high sorting electric air valves, medium-vigor seeds correspond to medium sorting electric air valves and low-vigor seeds correspond to low sorting electric air valves).
