本发明公开了一种粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一,将花纹剂(HA100)与环氧树脂按照1:9的比例倒入混料缸内搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为250‑320秒;步骤二:搅拌结束后将步骤一的原料挤出,挤出参数如下,一区温度105℃、二区温度100℃,主机转速40‑45r/min、喂料转速25‑27r/min,输送带转速40‑45r/min;步骤三:将挤好的片料与聚酯、钛白粉、硫酸钡、颜料一起再次倒入混料缸内搅拌均匀,搅拌时间250‑320秒。该粉末涂料的制备方法可解决表面立体感的稳定性,降低重工比例,降低制作成本。

本发明涉及塑封领域,具体讲是一种粉末涂料的制备方法。
背景技术:
现有传统粉末涂料使用后纹路不稳定,立体感不强,重工不良率很高,不能满足高档产品的使用需求。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种解决表面立体感的稳定性,降低重工比例,降低制作成本的粉末涂料的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将花纹剂(HA100)与环氧树脂按照1:9的比例倒入混料缸内搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为250-320秒;
步骤二:搅拌结束后将步骤一的原料挤出,挤出参数如下,一区温度105℃、二区温度100℃,主机转速40-45r/min、喂料转速25-27r/min,输送带转速40-45r/min;
步骤三:将挤好的片料与聚酯、钛白粉、硫酸钡、颜料一起再次倒入混料缸内搅拌均匀,搅拌时间250-320秒;
步骤四:搅拌结束后将混合料挤出,挤出参数:一区温度100℃、二区温度、95℃,主机转速38-40r/min、喂料转速20-22r/min,输送带转速40-45r/min。
采用以上方案后与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:由该方法制备的粉末涂料可解决表面立体感的稳定性,降低重工比例,降低制作成本23%。

实施例1
一种粉末涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将花纹剂(HA100)与环氧树脂按照1:9的比例倒入混料缸内搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为250-320秒;
步骤二:搅拌结束后将步骤一的原料挤出,挤出参数如下,一区温度105℃、二区温度100℃,主机转速40-45r/min、喂料转速25-27r/min,输送带转速40-45r/min;
步骤三:将挤好的片料与聚酯、钛白粉、硫酸钡、颜料按如下质量份数混合,片材100份、聚酯40份,钛白粉15份、硫酸钡5份、颜料0.5份一起再次倒入混料缸内搅拌均匀,搅拌时间250-320秒;
步骤四:搅拌结束后将混合料挤出,挤出参数:一区温度100℃、二区温度、95℃,主机转速38-40r/min、喂料转速20-22r/min,输送带转速40-45r/min。
由该方法制备的粉末涂料可解决表面立体感的稳定性,降低重工比例,降低制作成本23%。

步骤二:搅拌结束后将步骤一的原料挤出,挤出参数如下,一区温度105℃、二区温度100℃,主机转速40-45r/min、喂料转速25-27r/min,输送带转速40-45r/min;
步骤三:将挤好的片料与聚酯、钛白粉、硫酸钡、颜料一起再次倒入混料缸内搅拌均匀,搅拌时间250-320秒;
步骤四:搅拌结束后将混合料挤出,挤出参数:一区温度100℃、二区温度、95℃,主机转速38-40r/min、喂料转速20-22r/min,输送带转速40-45r/min。
