本发明公开了一种高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,其特征在于,其组分按重量份配比为:基体聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯75‑85份,弹性体10‑20份,加工助剂1.5‑4份,色粉0‑5份,所述弹性体为聚酯弹性体TPEE,所述加工助剂为含氟聚合物加工助剂PPA。上述高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒的制备方法为:将各组成按重量份配比配料并混合均匀后投入到同向双螺杆挤出机中进行共混、挤出、牵引,切粒得到高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,制备的母粒抗冲击强度为12‑15kJ/m2,光泽度GU60°为68‑75,耐划痕性能△L<1。与普通PET相比,本发明改性后的母粒在具有同样高强度前提下,其弹性、光泽度以及制品的表面质量均有所提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种母粒及其制备方法,特别涉及一种高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯广泛用于制造涤纶短纤维和涤纶长丝,是供给涤纶纤维企业加工纤维及相关产品的原料,占据着化纤行业近80%的市场份额。同时聚酯还有瓶类、薄膜等用途,广泛应用于包装业、电子电器、医疗卫生、建筑、汽车等领域,其中包装是聚酯最大的非纤应用市场,同时也是PET增长最快的领域。
PET由于其具有高光泽度和高透明度,常用于化妆品瓶、饮料瓶、调味品瓶等瓶类包装,PET瓶还具有质量轻,只有玻璃瓶重量的1/9~1/15、机械强度大、不易破碎、携带和使用方便、无毒、气密性好、保鲜性好、生产PET瓶的能量消耗少、废旧瓶可再生使用等优点。
但由于PET本身的硬度大和脆性,PET瓶胚或制品在生产过程、运输过程、使用过程中发生摩擦或碰撞时,瓶身会产生划痕、坑点或造成印刷不均。
发明的内容
为了对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET的硬度大和脆性进行改性,降低PET的硬度,使制品表面形成一层弹力防护层,达到高光泽、耐刮擦的优异性能。
本发明提供了一种高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒及其制备方法,以PET为基体材料,在PET熔融前加入聚酯弹性体TPEE,降低PET硬度,赋予PET弹性和加工性能;同时通过添加含氟聚合物加工助剂PPA,改善制品的表面质量,提高制品的光泽度和耐刮擦性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
本发明提供了一种高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,其特征在于,其组分按重量份配比为:基体PET75-85份,弹性体10-20份,加工助剂1.5-4份,色粉0-5份,所述弹性体为聚酯弹性体TPEE,所述加工助剂为含氟聚合物加工助剂PPA。
进一步的,所述聚酯弹性体TPEE为G130D、G140D、G163D中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述色粉为酞菁颜料、钛白粉、炭黑、群青颜料、钛黄颜料中的一种或多种。
作为优选的,所述母粒的抗冲击强度为12-15kJ/m2,光泽度GU60°为68-75,耐划痕性能△L<1。
本发明还提供了一种实现上述高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
①称取高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒重量份配比的原料;
②将原料投入高速混合机中搅拌,使原料混合均匀;
③将混合均匀的原料投入到同向双螺杆挤出机中进行共混、挤出、牵引;
④切粒得到母粒初品;
⑤将母粒初品干燥得到高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒成品。
进一步的,所述高速混合机的搅拌速度为800-1200r/min,搅拌温度为100℃,搅拌时间为3-5min。
进一步的,所述同向双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径D=62mm,长径比L/D=48,主机转速为350-450Hz,投料机转速为400-450Hz,螺筒温度控制设置如下:1区235-245℃,2区245-255℃,3-5区255-260℃,5-9区260-265℃,10-11区265-270℃,模头温度为275-280℃。
进一步的,所述切粒的方式为水冷切粒。
本发明的有益效果是:以PET为基体材料,在PET熔融前加入聚酯弹性体TPEE,TPEE的聚醚软段和未结晶的PET形成无定型相,赋予PET弹性;TPEE的聚酯硬段部分结晶形成结晶微区,起物理交联点的作用,赋予PET加工性能。同时通过添加含氟聚合物加工助剂PPA,其在体系中以与树脂基体不相容的小液滴的形态存在,在制造加工过程中,降低熔体的表观粘度;同时,PPA本身具有优越的表面光泽性,对颜料有良好的附着性。与普通PET相比,改性后的母粒在具有同样高强度前提下,其弹性、光泽度以及制品的表面质量均有所提高,本申请制备的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,抗冲击强度为12-15kJ/m2,光泽度GU60°为68-75,耐划痕性能△L<1。

以下通过实施例进一步说明本发明,但这些实施例只是示例性的,本发明并不局限于此。
本发明的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,其组分按重量份配比为:基体PET75-85份,弹性体10-20份,加工助剂1.5-4份,色粉0-5份,其中:弹性体为聚酯弹性体TPEE,加工助剂为含氟聚合物加工助剂PPA,色粉为酞菁颜料、钛白粉、炭黑、群青颜料、钛黄颜料中的一种或多种。
聚酯弹性体TPEE为G130D、G140D、G163D中的一种或几种。TPEE是含有聚酯硬段和聚醚软段的嵌段共聚物,具有橡胶的弹性和工程塑料的强度。聚醚软段和未结晶的PET形成无定型相,赋予PET弹性;聚酯硬段部分结晶形成结晶微区,起物理交联点的作用,赋予PET加工性能。与普通PET相比,TPEE改性PET具有同样高强度的特点,而弹性和动态力学性能更好。
聚合物加工助剂PPA为含氟聚合物加工助剂,PPA在体系中以小液滴的形态存在,该小液滴与树脂基体不相容,在制造加工过程中,PPA与金属口膜壁有较强的亲和力和低表面能,形成动力学涂层降低熔体的流动阻尼,从而降低熔体的表观粘度。同时,PPA本身具有优越的表面光泽性,对颜料有良好的附着性,在生产PET母粒时添加PPA,可提高产品性能和表面质量,有助于降低制品的表面划痕和刮痕的明显程度。
本发明的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒的制备方法为:首先称取高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒重量份配比的原料;然后将原料投入高速混合机中搅拌,在搅拌速度为800-1200r/min,搅拌温度为100℃的条件下,搅拌3-4min,使原料混合均匀;再将混合均匀的原料投入到同向双螺杆挤出机中进行共混、挤出、牵引,切粒得到母粒初品,同向双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径D=62mm,长径比L/D=48,主机转速为350-450Hz,螺筒温度控制设置如下:1区235-245℃,2区245-255℃,3-5区255-260℃,5-9区260-265℃,10-11区265-270℃,模头温度为275-280℃;最后切粒得到高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,切粒的方式为水冷切粒。
实施例1:
本实施例的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,其组分按重量份配比为:PET 80份,TPEEG130D 13份,PPA 3份,钛白粉4份。
本实施例的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒制备方法为:首先,将PET与TPEE G130D在高速混合机中加热搅拌3min,转速为1000转/min,温度为100℃。然后将以上预搅拌后的混合物与PPA助剂、钛白粉在同向双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,其中主机转速为360Hz,投料机转速为400Hz,同向双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径D=62mm,长径比L/D=48,螺筒温度控制设置如下:1区240℃,2区250℃,3-5区260℃,5-9区265℃,10-11区270℃,模头温度为280℃。最后,进行水冷切粒。
本实施例所制备的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒母粒,其抗冲击强度为13.2kJ/m2;光泽度GU60°为73;耐划痕性能△L为0.7。
实施例2:
本实施例的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,其组分按重量份配比为:PET 82份,TPEEG130D 15份,PPA3份。
本实施例的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒制备方法为:首先,将PET与TPEE G130D在高速混合机中加热搅拌3min,转速为950转/min,温度为100℃。然后将以上预搅拌后的混合物与PPA助剂在同向双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,其中主机转速为380Hz,投料机转速为400Hz,同向双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径D=62mm,长径比L/D=48,螺筒温度控制设置如下:1区235℃,2区245℃,3-5区255℃,5-9区260℃,10-11区265℃,模头温度为275℃。最后,进行水冷切粒。
本实施例所制备的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒母粒,其抗冲击强度为14.4kJ/m2;光泽度GU60°为72.8;耐划痕性能△L为0.7。
实施例3:
本实施例的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,其组分按重量份配比为:PET 83份,TPEEG130D 14份,PPA 2份,酞菁颜料1份。
本实施例的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒制备方法为:首先,将PET与TPEE G130D在高速混合机中加热搅拌3min,转速为1000转/min,温度为100℃。然后将以上预搅拌后的混合物与PPA助剂、酞菁颜料在同向双螺杆挤出机中熔融挤出,其中主机转速为400Hz,投料机转速为420Hz,同向双螺杆挤出机的螺杆直径D=62mm,长径比L/D=48,螺筒温度控制设置如下:1区245℃,2区250℃,3-5区260℃,5-9区265℃,10-11区270℃,模头温度为280℃。最后,进行水冷切粒。
本实施例所制备的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒母粒,其抗冲击强度为13.9kJ/m2;光泽度GU60°为69.2;耐划痕性能△L为0.9。
为更进一步说明本发明与纯PET树脂的优越效果,对本发明制备的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒性能与纯PET树脂进行比较,具体技术参数对比表如下:

从上表可以看出,本发明制备的高光泽耐刮擦聚酯母粒,通过在PET熔融前加入TPEE,TPEE的聚醚软段和未结晶的PET形成无定型相,赋予PET弹性;聚酯硬段部分结晶形成结晶微区,起物理交联点的作用,赋予PET加工性能。添加PPA作为加工助剂,PPA在体系中以与树脂基体不相容的小液滴的形态存在,在制造加工过程中,PPA与金属口膜壁有较强的亲和力和低表面能,形成动力学涂层降低熔体的流动阻尼,降低熔体的表观粘度;同时,由于PPA本身具有优越的表面光泽性,对颜料有良好的附着性。因此,本发明制备的改性母粒相比纯PET树脂具有同样高强度的前提下,其弹性好,光泽度高,耐划痕性能佳,可提高制品的加工性能和表面质量,并可降低制品的划痕和刮痕的明显程度。
