本发明公开了一种车用醇基燃料降气阻剂,车用醇基燃料降气阻剂是由功能组分构成:抗爆震组分;抗气阻组分。本发明选择了能够清洁、环保、可再生、可降解的石油酵母脂肪酸作为廉价的添加剂,既节能又减排,为进一步开发利用工业废油脂和地沟泔水油等开辟了新的途径,具有变废为宝、利废为能的积极作用;本发明的抗爆降气阻剂与现有技术相比,成本低、无毒、无污染、添加量少、抗爆降气阻效果显著,不含MTBE、MMT、二茂铁及TBA等重金属和有毒成份,不会给环境带来次生污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及醇基燃料降气阻剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种车用醇基燃料降气阻剂。
背景技术
醇基燃料就是以醇类(如甲醇、乙醇、丁醇等)物质为主体配置的燃料。它是以液体或者固体形式存在的。它也是一种生物质能,和核能、太阳能、风力能、水力能一样,是各国政府目前大力推广的环保洁净能源;面对石化能源的枯竭,醇基燃料是最有潜力的新型替代能源,深受各国企业组织的青睐。醇基燃料生产易得,将来可以像醇酒一样获得。未来有两种酒,一种用于喝的酒,一种将用于燃烧的"酒"就是醇基燃料。
目前普遍使用的抗爆降气阻剂有甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)、叔丁醇(TBA)、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰(MMT)及环戊二烯基铁(二茂铁);由于加入MTBE之后汽油在燃烧过程中各成分的配比达到较好的调和状态,从而提高了汽油的辛烷值,因此MTBE在汽油高辛烷值调和组分中独占鳌头,但MTBE是一种持久性难降解的物质,会对水源构成长久持续的污染,因此,国外已开始禁止使用,国内也面临禁用;叔丁醇(TBA)对人体的毒性较大也将会受到限制;而MMT与二茂铁由于含有受限的金属离子正在被逐步淘汰;为了实现可持续发展,必须采用新型对环境友好的汽油添加剂—生物基添加剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决为解决饱和蒸汽压过高,易产生高温气阻这个首要问题,而提出的一种车用醇基燃料降气阻剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种车用醇基燃料降气阻剂,其特征在于,所述车用醇基燃料降气阻剂是由功能组分构成:
抗爆震组分;
抗气阻组分。

所述抗爆震组分为脂肪酸脂65~70%。
作为上述技术方案的进一步描述:
所述抗气阻组分为脂肪酸皂5~9%和C4~C6脂肪酸酮15~18%。

所述脂肪酸脂是C3脂肪酸脂,优选碳酸二甲酯(DMC)。

所述脂肪酸皂是由C16~C18石油酵母脂肪酸(RCOOH)与有机胺(三乙醇胺)以体积比2∶1比例在常温下经皂化形成的脂肪酸皂(RCONHR1),所述的C16~C18石油酵母脂肪酸是由一株高产油脂的兼性石油酵母菌EAM-AC16经发酵提取得到,其保藏编号CGMCCNO.7429;所述的14~18%的C4~C6脂肪酸酮是甲基叔丁基甲酮、丁酮、丙酮之一或三者以体积比1∶1∶1等比例的混合物。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1)本发明选择了能够清洁、环保、可再生、可降解的石油酵母脂肪酸作为廉价的添加剂,既节能又减排,为进一步开发利用工业废油脂和地沟泔水油等开辟了新的途径,具有变废为宝、利废为能的积极作用。
2)本发明的抗爆降气阻剂与现有技术相比,成本低、无毒、无污染、添加量少、抗爆降气阻效果显著,不含MTBE、MMT、二茂铁及TBA等重金属和有毒成份,不会给环境带来次生污染。
3)本发明使用的酵母油脂中含有的酯基、酮基等物质,均能与甲醇的羟基形成氢键,可使甲醇汽油的初馏点(即馏程第一滴)温度升高,可明显降低气阻率。对馏程、饱和蒸汽压的调节作用效果十分明显,有效的解决了甲醇汽油的气阻问题。

4.根据权利要求2所述的一种车用醇基燃料降气阻剂,其特征在于,所述的脂肪酸脂是C3脂肪酸脂,优选碳酸二甲酯(DMC)。
