本发明涉及燃料技术领域,具体涉及一种醇基能源燃料。
背景技术
随着世界经济发展,对于燃料的需求与日俱增,传统的柴油,天然气,汽油等资源越来越匮乏,对于再生能源的开发利用已经提高到了前所未有的高度,垃圾,农业废料,煤炭,木材,等都可以经过气化合成制造甲醇,所以甲醇制燃料已经在世界范围内大面积推广使用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种醇基能源燃料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种醇基能源燃料,其特征在于:它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:甲醇70-80%、水15-20%、乙酸乙酯0.1-0.5%、苯甲酸甲酯0.1-0.5%、二茂铁0.1-0.5%、二甲苯1-5%、丙三醇0.1-0.5%、异丙醇0.1-0.5%、乙二醇0.1-0.5%。过氧化氢0.1-0.5%,羟基亚乙基二膦酸0.1-2%,乙酸叔丁酯0.1-2%、丁烯酰胺0.1-2%、甲基环戊二烯0.1-2%、甲基叔丁基醚0.1-2%。
优选的,它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:甲醇75%、水17%、乙酸乙酯0.1%、苯甲酸甲酯0.1%、二茂铁0.1%、二甲苯2%、丙三醇0.2%、异丙醇0.2%、乙二醇0.2%。过氧化氢0.2%,羟基亚乙基二膦酸1%,乙酸叔丁酯1%、丁烯酰胺1%、甲基环戊二烯1%、甲基叔丁基醚1%。
一种醇基能源燃料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)、按比例取甲醇加入水,再用玻璃杯加入乙酸乙酯和苯甲酸甲酯,搅拌均匀;
(2)、再取一个玻璃杯加入二茂铁用适量甲醇搅拌混合;
(3)、把二茂铁溶液加入乙酸乙酯溶液中,再加入二甲苯;
(4)、再分别取丙三醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、乙酸叔丁酯、丁烯酰胺、甲基环戊二烯和甲基叔丁基醚勾兑搅拌均匀;
(5)、加入羟基亚乙基二膦酸和过氧化氢,然后把所调配液体加入起先准备好的100公斤甲醇里即可。
本发明具有如下优点:燃烧性能好,便于储存,避免积碳现象发生,减少污染物排放,清洁环保,能够减缓醇基燃料接触设备腐蚀。

所述的一种醇基能源燃料的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)、按比例取甲醇加入水,再用玻璃杯加入乙酸乙酯和苯甲酸甲酯,搅拌均匀;
(2)、再取一个玻璃杯加入二茂铁用适量甲醇搅拌混合;
(3)、把二茂铁溶液加入乙酸乙酯溶液中,再加入二甲苯;
(4)、再分别取丙三醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、乙酸叔丁酯、丁烯酰胺、甲基环戊二烯和甲基叔丁基醚勾兑搅拌均匀;
(5)、加入羟基亚乙基二膦酸和过氧化氢,然后把所调配液体加入起先准备好的100公斤甲醇里即可。
本发明在加入过氧化氢时会有气泡产生,这是放热过程,其中羟基亚乙基二膦酸的作用是缓蚀剂、阻垢剂和清洗剂,能够起到减缓醇基燃料接触设备腐蚀的作用。

1.一种醇基能源燃料,其特征在于:它是由下列重量百分比成分组成:甲醇70-80%、水15-20%、乙酸乙酯0.1-0.5%、苯甲酸甲酯0.1-0.5%、二茂铁0.1-0.5%、二甲苯1-5%、丙三醇0.1-0.5%、异丙醇0.1-0.5%、乙二醇0.1-0.5%。过氧化氢0.1-0.5%,羟基亚乙基二膦酸0.1-2%,乙酸叔丁酯0.1-2%、丁烯酰胺0.1-2%、甲基环戊二烯0.1-2%、甲基叔丁基醚0.1-2%。

3.一种权利要求1所述的一种醇基能源燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
