本发明涉及化工燃料技术领域,具体是涉及一种新能源汽车用燃油,还涉及了该燃油的制备方法。
背景技术
我国是能源资源短缺的国家,近年来,伴随着能源消费急剧增长,能源问题已经成为影响经济社会可持续发展的重要因素,开发节能汽车和环保汽车燃油用品对保证国家经济可持续发展和节约能源具有重要意义。而醇基燃料是清洁的可再生能源,大力发展醇基燃料对经济可持续发展,推进能源替代,保障能源安全,减轻环境压力,控制城市人气污染具有重要意义。因此,亟需开发一种以甲醇为原料,并且燃烧效率高,燃烧动力性能好,能降低生产成本的复合燃油。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新能源汽车用燃油,燃烧效率高,燃烧动力性能好,能降低生产成本。同时,本发明还提供了该燃油的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种新能源汽车用燃油,该燃油由以下配比的原料制成:甲醇25%、石脑油21%、石油谜8%、无水乙醇8%、正丁醇5%、甲基叔丁基醚8%、重芳烃8%、正戊烷15%、乙酸乙酯2%。
如上述所述燃油的制备方法,包括以下技术步骤:
(1)取原料甲醇15份、石脑油8份在反应釜内循环搅拌10min;
(2)取原料石油谜8份、无水乙醇8份加入反应釜内,循环搅拌10min;
(3)取原料正丁醇5份、甲基叔丁基醚8份、重芳烃8份、石脑油13份加入反应釜内,循环搅拌20min,原料融合充分;
(4)取原料正戊烷15份、乙酸乙酯2份、甲醇10份加入反应釜,循环搅拌1h,制得成品。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:本发明制得的燃油,燃烧效率高,燃烧动力性能强劲,有害气体排放少,同时原料易得,能降低生产成本,提高资源利用率。

本实施例提供一种新能源汽车用燃油,该燃油由以下配比的原料制成:甲醇25%、石脑油21%、石油谜8%、无水乙醇8%、正丁醇5%、甲基叔丁基醚8%、重芳烃8%、正戊烷15%、乙酸乙酯2%。
上述燃油的制备方法,包括以下技术步骤:
(1)取原料甲醇15份、石脑油8份在反应釜内循环搅拌10min;
(2)取原料石油谜8份、无水乙醇8份加入反应釜内,循环搅拌10min;
(3)取原料正丁醇5份、甲基叔丁基醚8份、重芳烃8份、石脑油13份加入反应釜内,循环搅拌20min,原料融合充分;
(4)取原料正戊烷15份、乙酸乙酯2份、甲醇10份加入反应釜,循环搅拌1h,制得成品。
上述的反应釜可以采用阻燃防爆罐、防静电油泵。
本发明在燃油制备过程中,将甲醇、石脑油原料拆分成两次加入,能够有效提高融合效果;参照本发明制得的燃油,燃烧效率高,燃烧动力性能强劲,有害气体排放少,同时原料易得,能降低生产成本,提高了资源利用率。
