本发明涉及一种内饰氛围灯总成,该总成的下饰圈本体卡接固定在内饰本体上,上饰圈本体与下饰圈本体卡接扣装在一起,并且上饰圈本体与下饰圈本体之间形成环形空间;光导包括光传导段和环形发光段,环形发光段设置在上饰圈本体与下饰圈本体之间的环形空间内,环形发光段靠近下饰圈本体的表面为反射面,靠近内上饰圈本体的部分为发光面;光源安装在内饰本体上且其发光中心对准光传导段轴线的端部。本发明可适用于汽车内出风口,也可以适用于门护板氛围灯、仪表板氛围灯、阅读灯氛围灯、副仪表板氛围灯、座椅背板氛围灯及侧围氛围灯等。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车灯饰技术领域,涉及一种汽车内饰氛围灯总成。
背景技术
现有汽车出风口几乎都采用了简单的电镀饰圈来提升整车的精致感。但市场现有产品只是具有单纯的电镀装饰圈装饰功能,并没有氛围灯功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种内饰氛围灯总成,该氛围灯总成的上饰圈本体在背部有光时具有氛围灯效果,在背部无光时其表面具有电镀装饰效果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的内饰氛围灯总成包括内饰本体,下饰圈本体,上饰圈本体,光导和光源;所述的下饰圈本体卡接固定在内饰本体上,上饰圈本体与下饰圈本体卡接扣装在一起,并且上饰圈本体与下饰圈本体之间形成环形空间;光导包括光传导段和环形发光段,环形发光段设置在上饰圈本体与下饰圈本体之间的环形空间内,环形发光段靠近下饰圈本体的表面为反射面,靠近内上饰圈本体的部分为发光面;光源安装在内饰本体上且其发光中心对准光传导段轴线的端部。
所述的光源通过灯头支架固定安装在内饰本体的外壁上。
所述的光传导段与环形发光段的衔接部分具有反光面,光传导段传导的光线经反光面反射进入环形发光段内。
所述的光传导段与环形发光段相互垂直设置,反光面与环形发光段所在平面之间的夹角为45°。
所述的反射面分布多个相同形状的反光结构,多个反光结构呈等距分布,或者从靠近反光面一侧至远离反光面一侧等比例渐变分布。
所述的反射面分布多个相同形状的反光结构,多个反光结构的尺寸相同或者从靠近反光面一侧至远离反光面一侧等比例逐渐变大。
所述的反光结构为凸齿、凹齿、菱形格或者火花纹。
所述的光导为PMMA光导;上饰圈本体为PC上饰圈本体。
所述的上饰圈本体的外表面具有金属膜,其厚度为5-10nm。
所述的金属膜为铝膜,通过下述方法制备在上饰圈本体上:
步骤一、将上饰圈本体放在磁控溅射镀膜机内的支架上;将99.99%纯度的AL放置在磁控溅射镀膜机内的靶阴极上作为溅射靶材;
步骤二、将磁控溅射镀膜机内腔抽真空至气压4×10–3—5×10-3pa,使用离子轰击对上饰圈本体外表面进行清洁,离子轰击时间为25—35S;
步骤三、在磁控溅射镀膜机内腔通入纯度为99.9%的氩气,直至氩气气压达到0.3~0.8pa;
步骤四、利用支架底部安装的加热设备将上饰圈本体的温度加热至80~100℃;在溅射电压为380~500V、溅射电流为0.6~1.0A、支架旋转速度为2转/min条件下镀膜1—2min;
步骤五、将镀铝膜的上饰圈本体放置在紫外固化设备中进行膜层固化,固化时间45~60s。
光源发出的光线经光传导段的端部入射,在光传导段内传输至衔接部分,经反光面反射进入环形发光段;在环形发光段内光线由反射面反射并从发光面射出,从而点亮氛围灯。
本发明在上饰圈本体和下饰圈本体狭小的空间下布置光导,使其既能满足安装要求,又能满足光学结构设计要求。在背部无光情况下,上饰圈本体能够正面显示电镀装饰效果,在背部有光情况下能够呈现氛围灯效果。本发明可适用于汽车内出风口,也可以适用于门护板氛围灯、仪表板氛围灯、阅读灯氛围灯、副仪表板氛围灯、座椅背板氛围灯及侧围氛围灯等。
本发明采用真空离子溅射镀膜方式在上饰圈本体的外表面镀铝膜,使用99.99%纯度AL镀膜,能够精确控制薄膜厚度;通过加热设备使上饰圈本体温度稳定在80~100℃,解决了铝膜附着性能差、易脱落的问题;通过控制镀膜工艺参数,能够避免真空镀膜有黯淡的杂色,出现蓝色、黄色或黑色现象。本发明制备的铝膜能够保证光源的单透性及亮度均一性。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,本发明的内饰氛围灯总成包括内饰本体1,下饰圈本体2,上饰圈本体3,光导4和光源5。
以汽车出风口为例,所述的内饰氛围灯即为出风口氛围灯,内饰本体1即为出风口本体。
所述的下饰圈本体2卡接固定在内饰本体1的出风口侧,上饰圈本体3与下饰圈本体2卡接扣装在一起,并且上饰圈本体3与下饰圈本体2之间形成环形空间。
如图4所示,所述的光导4由光传导段41和环形发光段42组成,环形发光段42设置在上饰圈本体3与下饰圈本体2之间的环形空间内;光传导段41与环形发光段42的衔接部分具有反光面43;反光面43的角度应使得光传导段41传导的光线反射进入环形发光段42内;当光传导段41与环形发光段42相互垂直设置时反光面43的角度为45°;环形发光段42靠近下饰圈本体2的表面为反射面44,靠近内上饰圈本体3的部分为发光面45。
所述的反射面44分布多个相同形状的反光结构,多个反光结构可以呈等距分布,或者根据光衰减特性,从靠近反光面43一侧至远离反光面43一侧等比例渐变分布,多个反光结构的尺寸可以相同或等比例逐渐变大,以保证光导发光均一性。反光结构可以为凸齿、凹齿、菱形格或者火花纹等。
所述的光源5对准光传导段41的端部,可以直接固定安装在内饰本体1的侧壁上,或者固定安装在灯头支架6上,灯头支架6通过卡接或者焊接方式固定在内饰本体1的侧壁上。光源5可以采用单色LED光源或多色LED光源,也可以采用OLED等光源。
光源5发出的光线经光传导段41的端部入射,在光传导段41内传输至衔接部分,经反光面43反射进入环形发光段42;在环形发光段42内光线由反射面44反射并从发光面45射出,从而点亮氛围灯。
所述的上饰圈本体3的基材采用透明材料,优选PC(聚碳酸酯材料),也可以选用PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料),上饰圈本体3的表面采用真空覆膜加紫外线工艺制备单透膜。单透膜可以为铬膜、铟膜、铝膜等金属膜,金属膜的厚度为5-10nm。金属膜使光具有单向通过性,既能在光源5关闭状态下表现出与现有出风口氛围灯电镀装饰圈一样的电镀金属银色效果,又能在灯光开启状态下表现出均匀的出风口氛围灯效果,突出汽车的高级感和品牌性,同时满足汽车出风口氛围灯性能。上饰圈本体3表面处理采用真空覆膜加紫外光固化工艺制备金属膜,能够控制膜层厚度,使得金属具有光单向通过性,制备工艺基本无污染,且能达到与电镀相同的效果。
光导4的基材采用透明材料,优选PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料),也可以采用PC(聚碳酸酯材料)。
所述的金属膜为铝膜,通过下述方法制备在上饰圈本体3上:
步骤一、将上饰圈本体3放在磁控溅射镀膜机内的支架上;将99.99%纯度的AL放置在磁控溅射镀膜机内的靶阴极上作为溅射靶材;
步骤二、将磁控溅射镀膜机内腔抽真空至气压4×10–3—5×10-3pa,使用离子轰击对上饰圈本体3外表面进行清洁,离子轰击时间为25—35S;
步骤三、在磁控溅射镀膜机内腔通入纯度为99.9%的氩气,直至氩气气压达到0.3~0.8pa;
步骤四、利用支架底部安装的加热设备将上饰圈本体3的温度加热至80~100℃;在溅射电压为380~500V、溅射电流为0.6~1.0A、支架旋转速度为2转/min条件下(该条件下的沉积速率为0.45~0.5nm/min)镀膜1—2min;
步骤五、将镀铝膜的上饰圈本体3放置在紫外固化设备中进行膜层固化,固化时间45~60s。
本发明不限于上述实施例,光导还可以采用条形。条形的光导11可适用于门护板氛围灯、仪表板氛围灯、阅读灯氛围灯、副仪表板氛围灯、座椅背板氛围灯或者侧围氛围灯等;环形的光导可适用于杯托氛围灯,出风口氛围灯或扬声器氛围灯等。

1.一种内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于包括内饰本体(1),下饰圈本体(2),上饰圈本体(3),光导(4)和光源(5);所述的下饰圈本体(2)卡接固定在内饰本体(1)上,上饰圈本体(3)与下饰圈本体(2)卡接扣装在一起,并且上饰圈本体(3)与下饰圈本体(2)之间形成环形空间;光导(4)包括光传导段(41)和环形发光段(42),环形发光段(42)设置在上饰圈本体(3)与下饰圈本体(2)之间的环形空间内,环形发光段(42)靠近下饰圈本体(2)的表面为反射面(44),靠近内上饰圈本体(3)的部分为发光面(45);光源(5)安装在内饰本体(1)上且其发光中心对准光传导段(41)轴线的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的光源(5)通过灯头支架(6)固定安装在内饰本体(1)的外壁上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的光传导段(41)与环形发光段(42)的衔接部分具有反光面(43),光传导段(41)传导的光线经反光面(43)反射进入环形发光段(42)内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的光传导段(41)与环形发光段(42)相互垂直设置,反光面(43)与环形发光段(42)所在平面之间的夹角为45°。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的反射面(44)分布多个相同形状的反光结构,多个反光结构呈等距分布,或者从靠近反光面(43)一侧至远离反光面(43)一侧等比例渐变分布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的反射面(44)分布多个相同形状的反光结构,多个反光结构的尺寸相同或者从靠近反光面(43)一侧至远离反光面(43)一侧等比例逐渐变大。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的反光结构为凸齿、凹齿、菱形格或者火花纹。
8.根据权利要求1所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的光导(4)为PMMA光导;上饰圈本体(3)为PC上饰圈本体。
9.根据权利要求1所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的上饰圈本体(3)的外表面具有金属膜,其厚度为5-10nm。
10.根据权利要求9所述的内饰氛围灯总成,其特征在于所述的金属膜为铝膜,通过下述方法制备在上饰圈本体(3)上:
