Abstract
本发明公开了一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构,包括门封条、门框和玻璃门,玻璃门安装于门框的框架中,上述门封条与门框通过软硬共挤设备合为一体;本发明还公开了该软硬共挤玻璃门结构在制冷产品中的应用。本发明的有益效果是,将软质PVC与硬质PVC材料,通过热熔挤压成型方式,使二者在挤出模口处汇合,定型冷却后将门封条与门框合二为一,解决了门封条易从门框中脱出的问题;节约成本,制作工艺简单,省去了人工安装费用,降低了门体的整体制造成本;制冷产品中均可采用该玻璃门,应用广泛。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃门及其应用技术领域,尤其涉及一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构及其在制冷产品中的应用。
背景技术
目前传统的玻璃门结构中,门封条安装在玻璃门上,玻璃门通过门封条内的磁条,使得门封条与门框吸附的目的。
存在问题为:
1、门封条安装在玻璃门上,由于门封条上安装有磁条,频繁开关门玻璃门时,会使门封条频繁受吸力作用,极易导致门封条脱出玻璃门;
2、门封条四边全部焊有磁条,使得玻璃门成本增加;
3、玻璃门的外周上装有门框,外观略显厚重,影响美观;
4、玻璃门需要人工安装门封条,成本增加。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构及其在制冷产品中的应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构,包括门封条、门框和玻璃门,所述玻璃门安装于门框的框架中,所述门封条与门框通过软硬共挤设备合为一体。
作为本发明的进一步优选,软硬共挤设备包括主挤出机、辅助挤出机和成型模具。
作为本发明的进一步优选,所述成型模具中设置有门封条流道和门框流道,且门封条流道和门框流道在挤出模口处汇合。
作为本发明的进一步优选,所述门封条的制作原料选用软质PVC材料,所述门框的制作原料选用硬质PVC材料。
作为本发明的进一步优选,软硬共挤过程,具体过程如下:
a、首先,将软质PVC材料置于主挤出机中,硬质PVC材料置于辅助挤出机中;
b、启动主挤出机和辅助挤出机,分别将软质PVC材料、硬质PVC材料同时挤出到成型模具中,在成型模具中,热熔的软质PVC材料流入门封条流道中,热熔的硬质PVC材料流入门框流道中,且热熔的软质PVC材料、硬质PVC材料在挤出模口相汇合;
c、最后将定型模具置于冷却水槽中,定型冷却,即可得熔为一体的门框和门封条结构。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤b中,所述硬质PVC材料热熔温度控制在170℃~180℃,所述软质PVC材料热熔温度控制在150℃~160℃。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供的一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构在制冷产品中的应用。
本发明的有益效果是,
1、将软质PVC与硬质PVC材料,通过热熔挤压成型方式,使二者在挤出模口处汇合,定型冷却后将门封条与门框合二为一,解决了门封条易从门框中脱出的问题;
2、门封条中无需设置磁条,节约成本,制作工艺简单;
3、一体成型,无需人工安装,省去了人工安装费用,降低了门体的整体制造成本;
4、制冷产品中均可采用该玻璃门,应用广泛。

实施例1
如图1、2所示,一种软硬共挤玻璃门2结构,包括门封条1、门框3和玻璃门2,玻璃门2安装于门框3的框架中,上述门封条1与门框3通过软硬共挤设备合为一体。
特别的,软硬共挤设备包括主挤出机、辅助挤出机和成型模具。
特别的,上述成型模具中设置有门封条流道4和门框流道5,且门封条流道4和门框流道5在挤出模口处汇合。
特别的,上述门封条1的制作原料选用软质PVC材料,上述门框3的制作原料选用硬质PVC材料,如图3所示。
特别的,门框3与门封条1的软硬共挤过程,具体过程如下:
a、首先,将软质PVC材料置于主挤出机中,硬质PVC材料置于辅助挤出机中;
b、启动主挤出机和辅助挤出机,分别将软质PVC材料、硬质PVC材料同时挤出到成型模具中,在成型模具中,热熔的软质PVC材料流入门封条流道4中,热熔的硬质PVC材料流入门框流道5中,且热熔的软质PVC材料、硬质PVC材料在挤出模口相汇合;
c、最后将定型模具置于冷却水槽中,定型冷却,即可得熔为一体的门框3和门封条1结构。
特别的,步骤b中,成型模具的温度上述硬质PVC材料热熔温度控制在170℃~180℃,上述软质PVC材料热熔温度控制在150℃~160℃。
上述软硬共挤玻璃门2结构安装于制冷展示柜中,很好的解决了现有制冷展示柜门体的门封条1易从门框3中脱出的问题。
实施例2
如图1、2所示,一种软硬共挤玻璃门2结构,包括门封条1、门框3和玻璃门2,玻璃门2安装于门框3的框架中,上述门封条1与门框3通过软硬共挤设备合为一体。
特别的,软硬共挤设备包括主挤出机、辅助挤出机和成型模具。
特别的,上述成型模具中设置有门封条流道4和门框流道5,且门封条流道4和门框流道5在挤出模口处汇合。
特别的,上述门封条1的制作原料选用软质PVC材料,上述门框3的制作原料选用硬质PVC材料,如图3所示。
特别的,门框3与门封条1的软硬共挤过程,具体过程如下:
a、首先,将软质PVC材料置于主挤出机中,硬质PVC材料置于辅助挤出机中;

上述软硬共挤玻璃门2结构安装于风幕柜中,很好的解决了现有风幕柜门体的门封条1易从门框3中脱出的问题。
传统的玻璃门2结构中,如图3和4所示,门封条1安装在玻璃门2上,玻璃门2通过门封条1内的磁条达到吸附在箱体上的目的。
本发明中,将软质PVC与硬质PVC材料,通过热熔挤压成型方式,使二者在挤出模口处汇合,定型冷却后将门封条1与门框3合二为一,解决了门封条1易从门框3中脱出的问题;另外,节约成本,制作工艺简单,省去了人工安装费用,降低了门体的整体制造成本。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构,其特征在于,包括门封条、门框和玻璃门,所述玻璃门安装于门框的框架中,所述门封条与门框通过软硬共挤设备合为一体。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构,其特征在于,软硬共挤设备包括主挤出机、辅助挤出机和成型模具。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构,其特征在于,所述成型模具中设置有门封条流道和门框流道,且门封条流道和门框流道在挤出模口处汇合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构,其特征在于,所述门封条的制作原料选用软质PVC材料,所述门框的制作原料选用硬质PVC材料。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构,其特征在于,软硬共挤过程,具体过程如下:
a、首先,将软质PVC材料置于主挤出机中,硬质PVC材料置于辅助挤出机中;
b、启动主挤出机和辅助挤出机,分别将软质PVC材料、硬质PVC材料同时挤出到成型模具中,在成型模具中,热熔的软质PVC材料流入门封条流道中,热熔的硬质PVC材料流入门框流道中,且热熔的软质PVC材料、硬质PVC材料在挤出模口相汇合;
c、最后将定型模具置于冷却水槽中,定型冷却,即可得熔为一体的门框和门封条结构。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构,其特征在于,步骤b中,所述硬质PVC材料热熔温度控制在170℃~180℃,所述软质PVC材料热熔温度控制在150℃~160℃。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一所述的一种软硬共挤玻璃门结构在制冷产品中的应用。
