本发明公开了一种抑菌功能羽绒的整理方法,所述的整理方法为:浸渍10分钟,一浸一轧,轧液率为300%,100℃开松烘干至恒重。本发明与现有技术相比,壳聚糖整理到羽绒纤维后,与纤维结合度较高,且壳聚糖不易溶于中性水和碱性水,因此羽绒制品在多次水洗后,且抗菌性能不降低。

本发明属于整理方法,特别属于羽绒的整理方法。
背景技术
羽绒原料含有大量的污渍和多种致病微生物,若在羽绒加工中不能很好的进行杀菌处理,羽绒制品中将大量携带致病源,危急人们的健康 ;同时,羽绒制品在穿着及储藏过程中,难免长期受到湿热环境的影响,其发生霉变的几率大增,产生异味,使用人的健康受到威胁,同时羽绒保暖及蓬松性能严重下降,羽绒制品的优势得不到体现。 因此开发羽绒的 抗菌抑菌功能非常适用,具有重要意义。
现有的抗菌羽绒的生产工序包括以下工序 :预分工序、除灰工序、精分工序、洗涤工序、脱水工序、整理工序、烘干工序、冷却工序、包装工序,传统的羽绒抗菌整理采用三氯异氰尿酸等系列药剂,在烘干过程中对羽绒进行处理。 三氯异氰尿酸是一种极强的氧化剂和氯化剂,具有强烈的氯气刺激味,处理后的羽绒蓬松性能较差,羽绒性能受到较大损伤,工艺对环境污染严重,且羽绒制品经 2 次水洗后抗菌功能几乎完全丧失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种且羽绒制品经 2 次水洗后抗菌功能几乎不丧失的抑菌功能羽绒的整理方法。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为 :一种抑菌功能羽绒的整理方法,所述的整理方法为 :
整理液配置参数如下 :用甲酸调节整理液 pH 值为 5.5-6.0 ;整理液中壳聚糖浓度为 15-20g/l ;
浸轧处理工艺参数为 :浸渍 10 分钟,一浸一轧,轧液率为 300%,100℃开松烘干至恒重。
所述的壳聚糖为水溶性壳聚糖,其参数如下 :分子量 0.85-1.5×104,脱乙酰度为 75.0-82.0% ;
所述的水溶性壳聚糖通过以下方法制备 :
不同分子量的壳聚糖制备方案 :
将高聚度壳聚糖 ( 分子量 1.85×105,脱乙酰度为 70% ) 在 pH 为 3.0-4.5 条件下, 采用冰醋酸调节 pH 值,用浓度为 30% H2O2 降解,其中高聚度壳聚糖与 30% H2O2的质量比 为 1 ∶ 1.05-1.2 ;降解温度为 80-85℃,降解 2-2.5h ;降解结束,用 NaOH 溶液将降解壳聚糖 溶液 pH 值调至 8.5-9,然后抽滤,蒸发去水,真空干燥,即可得到分子量0.85-1.5×104 壳聚 糖。
不同乙酰度壳聚糖的制备方案 :用氢氧化钠溶液处理壳聚糖可以制取高脱乙酰基的壳聚糖 :即在重量浓度为 40-60%的 NaOH 溶液中加入壳聚糖进行反应,其中壳聚糖与 NaOH的质量比为 1∶ 12-20,在 100-180℃下加热 2-6小时,可制取脱乙酰度在 75.0-82.0%的壳聚糖。 NaOH 质量比越高、反应时间越长,反应温度越高,制取的壳聚糖的脱乙酰度则越 高。
壳聚糖的脱乙酰化过程,就是其分子链上的 -NHCOCH3 逐渐被 -NH2 取代的过程,在 酸性条件下,壳聚糖分子中的活性基团 -NH2 易与 H+ 结合,形成 -NH3+ 阳离子。细菌是由细 胞壁、细胞膜、细胞质和细胞核构成的,细胞壁和细胞膜由磷酯双分子层组成,带负电荷。 细 菌生存和繁殖的最佳条件是中性或弱碱性介质。 当细菌与经壳聚糖整理的织物接触时,带 负电荷的细菌会被织物上的 -NH3+ 阳离子所吸引,从而束缚细菌的自由活动,抑制其呼吸机 能,即发生“接触死亡”。 另外,细菌在电场引力的作用下,细胞壁和细胞膜上的负电荷因分 布不均匀造成变形,发生物理性破裂,使细胞内的水、蛋白质等渗出体外,发生细菌溶体现 象而死亡。
壳聚糖通过与羽绒纤维吸附、链结作用形成永久性结合,因此,在羽绒浸轧工艺中壳聚糖与羽绒纤维表面接触、处理,不仅可以获得抗菌、防霉、除臭、吸湿的效果,而且还可以达到抗皱、抗静电、提高强力的功能,同时处理羽绒蓬松度较高,具有手感柔软丰满舒适的特性。 由于壳聚糖完全没有环境污染,对人体安全无毒,符合环保要求。
本发明与现有技术相比,壳聚糖整理到羽绒纤维后,与纤维结合度较高,且壳聚糖不易溶于中性水和碱性水,因此羽绒制品在多次水洗后,且抗菌性能不降低。

1.一种抑菌功能羽绒的整理方法,其特征在于 :所述的整理方法为 :
整理液配置参数如下 :用甲酸调节整理液 pH 值为 5.5-6.0 ;整理液中壳聚糖浓度为 15-20g/l ;
浸轧处理工艺参数为 :浸渍 10 分钟,一浸一轧,轧液率为 300%,100℃开松烘干至恒 重。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种抑菌功能羽绒的整理方法,其特征在于 :所述的壳聚糖 为水溶性壳聚糖,其参数如下 :分子量 0.85-1.5×104,脱乙酰度为 75.0-82.0%。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的一种抑菌功能羽绒的整理方法,其特征在于 :所述的水溶性 壳聚糖通过以下方法制备 :
将高聚度壳聚糖 ( 分子量 1.85×105,脱乙酰度为 70% ) 在 pH 为 3.0-4.5 条件下,用 浓度为 30% H2O2 降解,其中高聚度壳聚糖与 30% H2O2 的质量比为 1 ∶ 1.05-1.2 ;降解温度 为 80-85℃,降解 2-2.5h ;降解结束,用 NaOH 溶液将降解壳聚糖溶液pH 值调至 8.5-9,然后 抽滤,旋转蒸发去除水,真空干燥,即可得到分子量 0.85-1.5×104 壳聚糖。
4.根据权利要求 2 或 3 所述的一种抑菌功能羽绒的整理方法,其特征在于 :
在重量浓度为 40-60%的 NaOH溶液中加入壳聚糖进行反应,其中壳聚糖与 NaOH的质量 比为 1 ∶ 12-20,在 100-180℃下加热 2-6 小时,可制取脱乙酰度在 75.0-82.0%的壳聚糖。
