技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1的前序部分所述的具有充电线的电动车辆和一种根据权利要求8所述的充电线防盗方法。
背景技术
为了给电动车辆的蓄电池充电,蓄电池通过充电线与充电站连接。
在此类的电动车辆中,充电线在充电过程期间被插在车辆侧的充电插座中并且在其中通过锁定装置锁住。由此可以避免无意地或未经授权地将充电线从车辆侧的充电插座拔下。
在提高充电舒适性方面,可以直接在充电过程结束之后自动解锁充电线,以便为驾驶员实现简单地拔下充电线。然而在这种在充电过程结束之后自动解锁的充电线中不再能确保防盗。
由文献DE 20 2010 004 148 U1已知了一种用于传输识别信息的设备。充电线的通信单元用于将识别信息传输到充电站。由文献DE 10 2012 002 842 A1已知了一种用于识别与充电设备连接的车辆的方法。在此,识别信息从车辆通过充电线传输到充电设备。由文献DE 10 2014 213 757 A1已知了一种用于充电线的防盗措施,其中,检测到未被批准地拔下充电线。在这种情况下,向充电线发出锁定指令。充电线的解锁能通过输入解锁码实现。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种电动车辆,该电动车辆在对于充电线的防盗方面得到功能上的扩展。
所述目的通过权利要求1或8的特征实现。本发明的优选的改进方案在从属权利要求中公开。
根据权利要求1的特征部分,车辆和/或充电线具有附加的检查功能。在存在使用授权的情况下,该检查功能开启/打开/激活充电线的使用。相反在不存在使用授权的情况下,禁止充电线使用。根据本发明也就对充电线与车辆或车主之间进行检查和/或配对。在配对失败时关闭充电线的功能并且因此使其不可用,这样做防止了偷窃充电线的行为。然而要强调的是,上述的配对关系不仅适用于唯一一个车辆,这是因为也应该利用充电线为例如车主的多个车辆/车辆类型充电。
在技术实施过程中,检查功能可以由软件模块构成,例如由识别单元和开启单元构成,所述识别单元和开启单元彼此信号连接。在识别单元中可以将充电线侧的识别码与至少一个车辆侧的识别码进行比较。基于这种比较,更确切地说针对识别码一致的情况,识别单元可以产生授权信号。与此相反,如果两个识别码彼此不一致,也就是说如果存在无效的充电线侧的识别码,那么识别单元可以产生不授权信号。上述的信号施加在开启单元的信号输入端上。当存在授权信号时,开启单元开启充电线的使用。相反地,如果不授权信号施加在开启单元的信号输入端上,那么开启单元禁止充电线的使用。
检查功能可以优选地被集成在电子的充电线控制单元(也就是说配电箱)中。在充电线被插在车辆充电插座上时,充电线控制单元与车辆侧的检查功能处于信号连接中,更确切地说特别是经由所谓的电力线通信处于信号连接中,由此在充电过程期间实现各种各样的充电功能(例如ULK-高,ULK-基础)。
在一个优选的改进方案中可以在充电线控制单元(配电箱)中存储有充电线侧的识别码。识别码必须是一一对应的。该码必须被这样存储在充电线的控制单元中,即,可以排除非法操作,例如通过在控制器中能一一对应地一次性写入的记录器。
在充电线被插入时,充电线侧的识别码可以通过信号连接被传输给车辆侧的检查功能模块。该检查功能模块随后在存在有效的充电线侧的识别码的情况下开启充电线使用,或者在相反不存在有效的充电线侧的识别码的情况下禁止充电线使用。附加地可能有利的是,能量供应商/服务提供商也能与充电线通信,并且在ID(识别码)不再有效时也根据被授权的充电线ID的列表禁用充电线。
充电线侧的识别码可以以类似于密钥的方式进行训练。在这种情况下,仅经过训练的充电线被车辆接受。这种解决方案然而可能具有以下缺点:在充电线损坏时,不能简单地应用另一充电线在这种紧急情况下至少为车辆充电。
相应地存在一种另选的解决方案,即,在检查功能模块中存储有包含多个充电线侧的识别码的列表。在检查授权时将所述多个充电线侧的识别码与检测到的充电线侧的识别码进行比较。如果不能确定一致的识别码,那么其被保存在车辆内部的存储器中。
在另一实施方式中,可以为检查功能模块分配有计数器单元,在识别出无效的识别码时(或在存在不授权的情况下)该计数器单元将计数值加1,更确切地说直到达到在计数器单元中预设的最大值。在计数值小于该最大值时,尽管识别单元未确定一致的识别码,开启单元仍开启充电线的使用。在这种情况下随着到达开启单元中的最大值才产生禁止信号,以禁止充电线的使用。
上述的充电线侧的识别码的列表可以在车辆侧的检查功能模块中被重复更新,例如通过安装在车辆中的在线模块或通过使用移动电话的在线入口。该列表可以被制造商在批准的周期中更新。如果列表不再被更新,那么在车辆中相应地进行限制。该措施可以被视为选择项,以便确保,列表也被重复更新。ID列表的更新可以例如通过各种可能的数据存储器实现(当然假设与存储器在线连接到),亦即后端、HEMS(家庭能源管理系统)、服务提供商或诸如此类。

在图1中示出充电过程,在充电过程中充电线7不仅被插在车辆侧的充电插座5中,而且也被插在车辆外部的充电站9中,借助于该充电站能为蓄电池1充电。在充电过程期间,充电线7通过未示出的锁定装置锁定在车辆侧的充电插座5中以防止拔出。而在充电过程结束之后充电线7自动解锁,因此充电线7能以简单的方式(在没有附加的驾驶员侧的解锁元件操纵时)被从车辆侧的充电插座5中拔出。

如由图2得出的,检查功能模块13具有识别单元15、开启单元17以及计数器单元19。识别单元15在输入侧与充电线控制单元11处于信号连接12(也就是说电力线通信)中。通过信号连接12将充电线侧的识别码IDL传输到识别单元15。在其中将充电线侧的识别码IDL与包括多个车辆侧的识别码IDF1至IDF4的列表进行比较,所述多个车辆侧的识别码被存储在检查功能模块13中。如果充电线侧的识别码IDL与所述车辆侧的识别码IDF1至IDF4一致,那么识别单元15产生授权信号B。否则识别单元15产生不授权信号NB。相应的信号B、NB施加在开启单元17的信号输入端上。如果在识别单元15中识别出有效的充电线侧的识别码IDL(也就是说如果产生了授权信号B),那么该开启单元产生开启信号F。否则开启单元17产生禁止信号S,通过该禁止信号禁止充电线的使用。禁止信号S或开启信号F施加在蓄电池控制器3的信号输入端上。
在本发明的一个改进方案中,可以为检查功能模块13附加地配设有计数器单元19。在识别出无效的充电线侧的识别码IDL时,该计数器单元将计数值加1,直到达到最大值。尽管存在无效的充电线侧的识别码IDL,只要计数值小于最大值,那么开启单元17就产生开启信号F,通过该开启信号开启充电线的使用。在达到最大值时,开启单元17才产生禁止信号S,以便禁止充电线的使用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆,其特征在于,检查功能模块(13)具有识别单元(15)和开启单元(17),其中,在识别单元(15)中将充电线侧的识别码(IDL)与至少一个车辆侧的识别码(IDF)进行比较,基于这种比较,识别单元(15)产生授权信号(B)或不授权信号(NB),所述授权信号或不授权信号被施加在开启单元(17)的信号输入端上,开启单元(17)在存在授权信号(B)的情况下开启充电线的使用,在存在不授权信号(NB)的情况下禁止充电线的使用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电动车辆,其特征在于,充电线(7)具有充电线控制单元或配电箱(11),充电线控制单元(11)在充电线(7)被插在车辆侧的连接端(5)上时与车辆侧的检查功能模块(13)处于信号连接(12)中,特别是处于电力线通信中,以便在充电过程期间实现各种各样的充电功能。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电动车辆,其特征在于,在充电线(7)的充电线控制单元(11)中存储有充电线侧的识别码(IDL),该识别码能通过信号连接(12)传输到车辆侧的检查功能模块(13),和/或检查功能模块(13)在存在有效的充电线侧的识别码(IDL)的情况下开启充电线的使用,或者在存在至少一个无效的充电线侧的识别码(IDL)的情况下——也就是说在识别码(IDL、IDF)不一致时——禁止充电线的使用。
5.根据权利要求2至4中任一项所述的电动车辆,其特征在于,在检查功能模块(13)中存储有包含多个车辆侧的或充电线侧的识别码(IDF)的列表,在检查授权时将所述多个车辆侧的或充电线侧的识别码与充电线侧的识别码(IDL)进行比较,特别在充电线侧的识别码(IDL)与车辆侧的识别码(IDF)一致时开启充电线的使用。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的电动车辆,其特征在于,为检查功能模块(13)分配计数器单元(19),在识别出无效的识别码(IDL)时或在存在不授权的情况下该计数器单元将计数值加1,直到达到最大值,尽管在存在不授权的情况下,在计数值小于最大值时检查功能模块(13)开启充电线的使用,只有在达到最大值时检查功能模块(13)才禁止充电线的使用。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的电动车辆,其特征在于,存储在检查功能模块(13)中的识别码(IDF1至IDF4)列表能被更新,例如通过安装在车辆中的在线模块或通过使用移动电话的在线入口。
8.一种用于根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的车辆的充电线(7)的防盗方法。
