随着社会的发展，人们生活水平的提高，对于个人养生越来越重视，石斛的保健功效也渐渐深入人心。金钗石斛味微苦，制作相关保健品味感不易调配，市面还未有金钗石斛保健冲剂销售。因此有必要研发有提高机体免疫力功能且口感适宜的金钗石斛为主要原料的保健品。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足，提出一种金钗石斛保健品及其保健冲剂制备方法，以金钗石斛为君药，佐以怀山药、薏米、红景天、蜂蜜等，克服了金钗石斛味微苦的特征。
发明有益效果：
1、本发明金钗石斛保健品，以金钗石斛为君药，生物碱、多糖、黄酮、氨基酸含量极为丰富，佐以怀山药、薏米、红景天、蜂蜜等，具有良好的增强免疫、生津养胃、滋阴清热、生津止渴、补气清肺、益智养心的保健效果。本发明中使金钗石斛具有强阴益精、生津养胃、滋阴清热、生津止渴作用，与红景天具有补气清肺、益智养心功效有机的结合在一起，具有良好的增强免疫、生津养胃、滋阴清热、生津止渴、补气清肺、益智养心的保健效果。
2、本发明金钗石斛保健冲剂，主要功效为生津养胃、滋阴清热、生津止渴、补气清肺。同时他还具有抗氧化、减缓衰老、增强免疫力、降低心脑血管疾病等功效。将蜂蜜滋味的甜润完美融合了进来。使金钗石斛冲剂功效与口感兼得。
3、通过本发明制备的金钗石斛保健冲剂，口感微甜无异味，滋味香甜。食用方便，携带容易，是为了适应现在快速生活节奏而产生的创新石斛保健产品。所得冲剂颗粒呈现棕黄色，冲剂溶液棕黄透彻无明显沉淀物。可增强免疫、生津养胃、滋阴清热、生津止渴、补气清肺、益智养心。
4、本发明优选的采用超声辅助提取金钗石斛提取液，通过高效液相色谱分析与传统索氏提取法相比本法提取的产物峰高、峰面积都优于索氏提取的产物，并且超生辅助提取产物的峰的丰富度更佳。同时索氏提取操作繁琐，耗时更长，且提取效果不如超生辅助提取的效果好。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明提出一种金钗石斛保健品，按重量份配比，包括：金钗石斛提取液40-60份，怀山药10-15份，薏米10-20份，红景天10-20份，蜂蜜5-10份。
实施例2
本实施例所述的金钗石斛保健品，与实施例1不同的是：还含有大枣5-10份，山楂2-10份，茯苓5-10份，生姜5-10份。
实施例3
本实施例所述的金钗石斛保健品，与实施例2不同的是：含有金钗石斛提取液40份，怀山药10份，薏米10份，大枣6份，红景天15份，山楂4份，茯苓5份，生姜5份，蜂蜜5份。
实施例4
本实施例所述的金钗石斛保健品，与实施例2不同的是：含有金钗石斛提取液50份，怀山药5份，薏米15份，大枣5份，红景天10份，山楂8份，茯苓10份，生姜10份，蜂蜜6份。
实施例5
本实施例所述的金钗石斛保健品，与实施例2不同的是：含有金钗石斛提取液60份，怀山药15份，薏米20份，大枣10份，红景天20份，山楂4份，茯苓7份，生姜8份，蜂蜜10份。
实施例6
本实施例为金钗石斛保健品冲剂制备方法，其配伍采用实施例2～5任一项所述，其制备过程如下：
1）制备金钗石斛提取液；
2）将大枣、红景天、山楂、茯苓、生姜、去离子水煎煮3-4小时，过滤取滤液，将滤渣进行第二次煎煮1-2小时取滤液与去离子水等份，两次滤液混合后加蜂蜜；
3）将怀山药、薏米研磨粉碎，过150目筛后混合均匀；
4）将步骤1）制备的金钗石斛提取液、步骤2）中加蜂蜜后的滤液、步骤3）中的粉状物混合均匀，加入辅料淀粉混合均匀后制成1-2mm的颗粒，冷冻干燥，研磨过60目筛。
其中，金钗石斛提取液由以下步骤制得：
1）取金钗石斛鲜品，去除叶及茎上的杂物，清水冲洗，然后切成小段，干燥至恒重；
2）将干燥的金钗石斛用粉碎机粉碎，过60目筛，获得原材料金钗石斛粉末；
3）将原材料金钗石斛粉末于容器中，加无水乙醇混合（原材料金钗石斛粉与乙醇混合比例为1：28～35）、揺匀，放入超声波提取装置中进行提取，超声波功率为150～200W，提取一段时间后，取出冷却至室温减压抽滤，收集滤液即为金钗石斛提取液。
金钗石斛干燥温度为60～65，超声波提取的温度为45～55℃，功率为150～200W，提取时间为120～150min。
本发明保健冲剂的制备方法，制得的冲剂甜味明显，适用于青年及中年人服用。
实施例7
本实施例金钗石斛保健品冲剂制备方法，原材料组成包括金钗石斛提取液、怀山药、薏米、大枣、红景天、山楂、茯苓、生姜去离子水煎煮3-4小时，过滤取滤液，加蜂蜜，原料组分的重量份为：金钗石斛提取液45份，怀山药8份，薏米8份，大枣6份，红景天10份，山楂4份，茯苓5份、生姜5份、蜂蜜9份。
1、金钗石斛提取液由以下步骤制的
（1）取金钗石斛鲜品，去除叶及茎上的杂物，清水冲洗，然后切成1.5厘米左右的小段，放置于鼓风干燥箱中，干燥至恒重；
（2）将干燥的金钗石斛用粉碎机粉碎，过60目筛，取粒径60目的金钗石斛粉末为原材料；
（3）准确秤取石斛粉末置于锥形瓶中，加无水乙醇混合、揺匀，放入超声波提取装置中进行提取。提取一段时间后，取出冷却至室温减压抽滤，收集滤液即为金钗石斛提取液。
鼓风干燥箱温度为60℃～65℃、金钗石斛干粉与乙醇比例为1：30、超声波提取的温度为45～55℃，超声波功率为150～200W，提取时间为120～150min。
图2所示为对不同超声条件（超声波功率）下金钗石斛提取液进行高效液相色谱测试的色谱图；以指纹图谱峰面积、峰高以及峰的数量为评价指标，对超声辅助提取金钗石斛提取液的功率进行优化，当超声波功率为200W时金钗石斛提取效果最好；
图3所示为对不同超声辅助提取时间的金钗石斛提取液进行高效液相色谱测试的色谱图；为节约成本，优化金钗石斛提取工艺，对超声辅助提取时间进行优化，高效液相色谱图显示在120min和240min时提取效果最好，然而120min和240min的指纹图谱相比较，峰的高度及峰的面积无明显差异，表明在120min时金钗石斛的成分基本已经全部溶解出，考虑时间和经济原则，最佳超声提取时间为120min。
2、金钗石斛保健冲剂由以下步骤制的：
（1）将大枣、红景天、山楂、茯苓、生姜、去离子水煎煮3-4小时，过滤取滤液，加蜂蜜，过滤取滤液，将滤渣进行第二次煎煮1-2小时取滤液，两次滤液混合后加蜂蜜混合；
（2）将怀山药，薏米研磨粉碎，过150目筛后混合均匀；
（3）将1中的提取液、步骤（1）中的滤液、步骤（2）中的粉状物混合均匀，加入辅料淀粉混合均匀后制成1-2mm的颗粒，冷冻干燥，研磨过60目筛；
（4）将过筛后的产品装袋规格10g/袋。一天饮用两次。
实施例8
本实施例和实施例7的不同之处在于各组分重量变化：减少了各原料间的配比，适宜于身寒体虚者长期服用。包括金钗石斛提取液、怀山药、薏米、大枣、红景天、山楂、茯苓、生姜及蜂蜜按比例配制而成，原料组分的重量份为：金钗石斛提取液40份，怀山药5份，薏米5份，大枣6份，红景天20份，山楂6份，、茯苓5份、生姜5份、蜂蜜8份。
1、金钗石斛提取液由以下步骤制的
（1）取金钗石斛鲜品，去除叶及茎上的杂物，清水冲洗，然后切成1.5厘米左右的小段，放置于鼓风干燥箱中，干燥至恒重；
2）将干燥的金钗石斛用粉碎机粉碎，过60目筛，取粒径60目的金钗石斛粉末为原材料；
3）准确秤取石斛粉末置于锥形瓶中，加无水乙醇混合、揺匀，放入超声波提取装置中进行提取。提取一段时间后，取出冷却至室温减压抽滤，收集滤液即为金钗石斛提取液。
鼓风干燥箱温度为60～65℃、金钗石斛干粉与乙醇比例为1：30、超声波提取的温度为45～55℃，超声波功率为150～200W，提取时间为120～150min。
2、金钗石斛保健冲剂由以下步骤制的：

（4）将过筛后的产品装袋规格18g/袋。服用时一天三次。
实施例9
本实施例和实施例7或8的不同之处在于：金钗石斛提取液50份，怀山药6份，薏米6份，大枣6份，红景天15份，山楂2份，茯苓5份、生姜5份、蜂蜜5份。
金钗石斛提取液、怀山药、薏米、大枣、红景天、山楂、茯苓、生姜及去离子水煎煮3-4小时，过滤取滤液，加蜂蜜。
1、金钗石斛提取液由以下步骤制的
（1）取金钗石斛鲜品，去除叶及茎上的杂物，清水冲洗，然后切成1.5厘米左右的小段，放置于鼓风干燥箱中，干燥至恒重；
（2）将干燥的金钗石斛用粉碎机粉碎，过60目筛，取粒径60目的金钗石斛粉末为原材料；
（3）准确秤取石斛粉末置于锥形瓶中，加无水乙醇混合、揺匀，放入超声波提取装置中进行提取。提取一段时间后，取出冷却至室温减压抽滤，收集滤液即为金钗石斛提取液。

如图1所示，是对采用超声辅助提取法与传统索氏提取法制得的金钗石斛提取液进行高效液相色谱测试得到的色谱图。由图1可知，本发明金钗石斛冲剂的生物碱、多糖、黄酮、氨基酸含量极为丰富。
本发明以金钗石斛为君药，佐以怀山药、薏米、红景天、蜂蜜等，利用金钗石斛具有强阴益精、生津养胃、滋阴清热、生津止渴作用，与红景天具有补气清肺、益智养心功效有机的结合在一起，具有良好的增强免疫、生津养胃、滋阴清热、生津止渴、补气清肺、益智养心的保健效果。
以上各实施例仅用于说明本发明，不应当构成对本发明专利要求保护范围的限定。可以预见，本领域技术人员在结合现有技术的情况下，实施情况可能产生种种变化。本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案所做的其他修改或者等同替换，只要不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围，均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (10)
1.一种金钗石斛保健品，其特征在于：按重量份配比，包括：金钗石斛提取液40-60份，怀山药10-15份，薏米10-20份，红景天10-20份，蜂蜜5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的金钗石斛保健品，其特征在于：还含有大枣5-10份，山楂2-10份，茯苓5-10份，生姜5-10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的金钗石斛保健品，其特征在于：含有金钗石斛提取液40份，怀山药10份，薏米10份，大枣6份，红景天15份，山楂4份，茯苓5份，生姜5份，蜂蜜5份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的金钗石斛保健品，其特征在于：含有金钗石斛提取液50份，怀山药5份，薏米15份，大枣5份，红景天10份，山楂8份，茯苓10份，生姜10份，蜂蜜6份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的金钗石斛保健品，其特征在于：含有金钗石斛提取液60份，怀山药15份，薏米20份，大枣10份，红景天20份，山楂4份，茯苓7份，生姜8份，蜂蜜10份。
6.权利要求1所述的金钗石斛保健品冲剂制备方法，过程包括：
1）制备金钗石斛提取液；
2）将大枣、红景天、山楂、茯苓、生姜、去离子水煎煮3-4小时，过滤取滤液，将滤渣进行第二次煎煮1-2小时取滤液，两次滤液混合后加蜂蜜；
3）将怀山药、薏米研磨粉碎，过150目筛后混合均匀；
4）将制备的金钗石斛提取液、步骤2）中的滤液、步骤3）中的粉状物混合均匀，加入辅料淀粉混合均匀后制成1-2mm的颗粒，冷冻干燥，研磨过60目筛。
7.根据权利要求6所述的金钗石斛保健品冲剂制备方法，其特征在于：将滤渣进行第二次煎煮1-2小时取滤液与去离子水等份，然后加蜂蜜混合。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的金钗石斛保健品冲剂制备方法，其特征在于：金钗石斛提取液由以下步骤制得:
取金钗石斛鲜品，去除叶及茎上的杂物，清水冲洗，然后切成小段，干燥至恒重；
将干燥的金钗石斛用粉碎机粉碎，过60目筛，获得原材料金钗石斛粉末；
3）将原材料金钗石斛粉末于容器中，加无水乙醇混合、揺匀，放入超声波提取装置中进行提取，提取一段时间后，取出冷却至室温减压抽滤，收集滤液即为金钗石斛提取液。
9.根据权利要求8所述的金钗石斛保健品冲剂制备方法，其特征在于：原材料金钗石斛粉与乙醇混合比例为1：28～35。
10. 根据权利要求8所述的金钗石斛保健品冲剂制备方法，其特征在于：金钗石斛干燥温度为60～65，超声波提取的温度为45～55℃，功率为150～200W，提取时间为120～150min。
