Abstract

本发明公开了一种废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置,包括圆形的管体,所述管体内壁固定有一个贯穿其轴心的中板,所述管体的轴心处设置有一个中轴,所述中轴转动连接在中板内,所述中轴的周向侧壁固定有多个倾斜设置叶片,多个所述叶片共同固定连接有一个固定环,所述管体的内壁开设有环形槽,所述固定环滑动连接在环形槽内,所述固定环的两侧均固定连接有滤网。优点在于:发动机在工作时,由于燃烧产生废气以及放热的作用,单位时间内排出的废气量远远大于发动机吸气量,且排出废气具有为明显的动能,所以发动机所产生的废气可明显的带动转轴和叶片转动,其产生的转速也可使吸气管内的叶片产生足够的气流对发动机形成增压效果。

一种废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置
技术领域
本发明涉及发动机进气过滤技术领域,尤其涉及一种废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置。
背景技术
发动机是汽车中最重要的部件,发动机在工作过程中,气缸进气门开启时会产生负压而向外吸气,但负压吸气无法吸入充足的气体,从而难以保证气缸内燃油的燃烧充分,现有技术中发动机增压方式包括蜗轮增压和机械增压两种,机械增压的效果要好于蜗轮增压,但无论是机械增压还是蜗轮增压均是单纯的将外界空气更多的压入发动机内,而发动机必须吸入经过空滤器过滤的清洁气体,现有的增压方式不具备对发动机的滤气部分进行清洗的效果,导致发动机空滤器的使用寿命较短,尤其是当车辆行驶于恶劣环境下时,车辆空滤器的寿命会大大缩短,当不能及时清理或更换空气滤清器后,车辆会造成严重的损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,而提出的一种废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置,包括圆形的管体,所述管体内壁固定有一个贯穿其轴心的中板,所述管体的轴心处设置有一个中轴,所述中轴转动连接在中板内,所述中轴的周向侧壁固定有多个倾斜设置叶片,多个所述叶片共同固定连接有一个固定环,所述管体的内壁开设有环形槽,所述固定环滑动连接在环形槽内,所述固定环的两侧均固定连接有滤网。
在上述的废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置中,所述中板的厚度大于两个相邻叶片的最大间距,每个所述叶片均与滤网紧密相抵。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、发动机在工作时,由于燃烧产生废气以及放热的作用,单位时间内排出的废气量远远大于发动机吸气量,且排出废气具有为明显的动能(即空气流速),所以发动机所产生的废气可明显的带动转轴和叶片转动,其产生的转速也可使吸气管内的叶片产生足够的气流对发动机形成增压效果;
2、本发明中,空气穿过吸气管后再经空滤器进入发动机的气缸,故而本装置中的滤网可对进入空滤器的空气产生初步过滤的效果,可将较大的灰尘等杂物滤去,减轻空滤器的负担;在本装置中,滤网随叶片同步转动,即滤网过滤吸气管中空气的部分会运动至废气管内,发动机产生的废气吹动滤网使其上堵塞的杂物被吹走,实现对滤网的实时清洗。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅处于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例
参照图1-3,一种废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置,包括圆形的管体1,管体1内壁固定有一个贯穿其轴心的中板2,管体1的轴心处设置有一个中轴5,中轴5转动连接在中板内,中轴5的周向侧壁固定有多个倾斜设置叶片6,多个叶片6共同固定连接有一个固定环7,管体1的内壁开设有环形槽,固定环7滑动连接在环形槽内,以减少气体绕过叶片6部分,保证气流全部对叶片6部分接触并产生作用,中板2的厚度大于两个相邻叶片6的最大间距,即可使得无论中轴5转动至什么角度,至少有一个叶片6在竖直方向与中板2重合,即保证中板2两侧的空气无法经叶片6部分直接流通,避免发动机排出的废气重新进入发动机中;
固定环7的两侧均固定连接有滤网8,滤网8可对进入发动机中的气体进行初步过滤效果,每个叶片6均与滤网8紧密相抵,进一步减少废气直接从滤网8部分进入吸气管3内。
本发明中,中板2将管体1分隔为两个互不连通的两个管道,此处命名一个管道为吸气管3,另一个管道为废气管4,将吸气管3的一端与发动机的进气管连通,将废气管4远离发动机的一端与排气管直接连通。
启动发动机时,车辆的排气管工作排出废气吹向废气管4中的叶片6时,由于叶片6倾斜设置,故而会带动转轴5、叶片6、固定环7部分产生转动,吸气管3内的叶片6转动会产生泵气的效果,进而可对发动机的进气端产生增压的效果。
发动机在工作时,由于燃烧产生废气以及放热的作用,单位时间内排出的废气量远远大于发动机吸气量,且排出废气具有为明显的动能(即空气流速),所以发动机所产生的废气可明显的带动转轴5和叶片6转动,其产生的转速也可使吸气管3内的叶片6产生足够的气流对发动机形成增压效果;
本发明的装置装配在车辆本体的空滤器之外,即吸气管3的空气经空滤器之后再进入发动机的气缸,故而本装置中的滤网8可对进入空滤器的空气产生初步过滤的效果,可将较大的灰尘等杂物滤去,减轻空滤器的负担;在本装置中,滤网8随叶片6同步转动,即滤网8过滤吸气管3中空气的部分会运动至废气管4内,发动机产生的废气吹动滤网8使其上堵塞的杂物被吹走,实现对滤网8的实时清洗。
值得说明的是在本发明中,发动机排出的废气含有大量的热量,可对滤网8以及叶片6产生加热效果,而被加热的叶片6及滤网8转动至吸气管3中时,又可对清新空气产生加热的效果,尤其是在柴油机中,对进入发动机的空气加热,可帮助发动机在环境问题很低的情况下好打火,降低了润滑阻力和增加了燃烧室内的温度,提升燃油雾化效果,对整个发动机的启动有一个很好的辅助性能。
尽管本文较多地使用了管体1、中板2、吸气管3、废气管4、转轴5、叶片6、固定环7、滤网8等术语,但并不排除使用其它术语的可能性。使用这些术语仅仅是为了更方便地描述和解释本发明的本质;把它们解释成任何一种附加的限制都是与本发明精神相违背的。

1.一种废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置,包括圆形的管体(1),其特征在于,所述管体(1)内壁固定有一个贯穿其轴心的中板(2),所述管体(1)的轴心处设置有一个中轴(5),所述中轴(5)转动连接在中板内,所述中轴(5)的周向侧壁固定有多个倾斜设置叶片(6),多个所述叶片(6)共同固定连接有一个固定环(7),所述管体(1)的内壁开设有环形槽,所述固定环(7)滑动连接在环形槽内,所述固定环(7)的两侧均固定连接有滤网(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种废气增压型汽车发动机进气过滤装置,其特征在于,所述中板(2)的厚度大于两个相邻叶片(6)的最大间距,每个所述叶片(6)均与滤网(8)紧密相抵。
