Abstract
本发明公开了一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其调浆配方如下:改性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸、蜡片、渗透剂;其中,上述配方通过双浆槽浆纱机上进行上浆,双浆槽浆纱机的上浆工艺参数如下:上浆速度为40~60m/min‑1,浆槽温度为95~98℃,浆液黏度为6~8s,浆液含固量为10~12%,回潮率为4~5%,上浆率为10~15%,主压浆力为18~24kN,辅压浆力为8~12kN,浆料配方简单、渗透性强、上浆率高、上浆品质容易控制,制得的浆纱强力高、减伸率低、毛羽数少,且工艺过程简单,不仅适用于高支纯棉色纱的上浆,也是用于棉纱为主的混纺纱上浆,对于色织纯棉高支高密产品的开发具有十分重要的意义。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织织造技术领域,具体为一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平和生产技术的不断提高,高支高密纯棉织物越来越受到人们的青睐,但是目前的色织纯棉高支高密产品需要先对经纱进行松式络筒、煮纱、染色等步骤,使得色织纯棉高支高密产品在浆纱和织造方面有很大的难度。经轴上浆是纺织加工中的一个重要工序,其主要目的可以归纳为增强、减摩和保伸,进而提高经纱织造性能,满足织造要求。但是高支色纱因纱支细、强力低、捻度高、毛羽多、纱线渗透性差等原因,目前常用的浆料配方和浆纱工艺不能满足高支色纱的织造要求。其原因是色织纯棉高支高密经纱经过染色后,单纱强力、伸长、毛羽等指标比原纱更差。因此,开发一种针对高支色纱的经轴上浆工艺具有重要意义,亟待一种改进的技术来解决现有技术中所存在的这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,生产效率高、成本低,单纱强力高、减伸率低、毛羽数少,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其调浆配方如下:改性淀粉60kg、聚乙烯醇30~45kg、丙烯酸15~30kg、蜡片1~2kg、渗透剂1~2kg、调浆体积900L;
其中,上述配方通过双浆槽浆纱机上进行上浆,双浆槽浆纱机的上浆工艺参数如下:上浆速度为40~60m/min-1,浆槽温度为95~98℃,浆液黏度为6~8s,浆液含固量为10~12%,回潮率为4~5%,上浆率为10~15%,主压浆力为18~24kN,辅压浆力为8~12kN。
优选的,所述改性淀粉为颗粒状冷水可溶羧甲基改性淀粉。
优选的,所述聚乙烯醇为PVA1799和PVA205的混合物,其中,PVA1799和PVA205的质量比例为4:1。
优选的,所述渗透剂为土耳其红油、JFC和平平加O中的任意一种。
优选的,所述改性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸之间的比例为60:30~45:30~15。
优选的,所述调浆配方的pH用氢氧化钠或碳酸钠调节为7-7.5。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
浆料配方简单、渗透性强、上浆率高、上浆品质容易控制,通过本发明方法制得的浆纱强力高、减伸率低、毛羽数少,且工艺过程简单,不仅适用于高支纯棉色纱的上浆,也是用于棉纱为主的混纺纱上浆,对于色织纯棉高支高密产品的开发具有十分重要的意义。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其调浆配方如下:改性淀粉60kg、聚乙烯醇30~45kg、丙烯酸15~30kg、蜡片1~2kg、渗透剂1~2kg、调浆体积900L;
其中,上述配方通过双浆槽浆纱机上进行上浆,双浆槽浆纱机的上浆工艺参数如下:上浆速度为40~60m/min-1,浆槽温度为95~98℃,浆液黏度为6~8s,浆液含固量为10~12%,回潮率为4~5%,上浆率为10~15%,主压浆力为18~24kN,辅压浆力为8~12kN。
实施例一:
一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其调浆配方如下:改性淀粉60kg、聚乙烯醇30kg、丙烯酸30kg、蜡片1kg、渗透剂1kg、调浆体积900L。
本实施例在卡尔迈耶双浆槽浆纱机上进行上浆,上浆工艺参数如下:上浆速度为60m/min-1,浆槽温度为95℃,浆液黏度为6.8s,浆液含固量为11.3%,回潮率为4.5%,上浆率为12.6%,主压浆力为24kN,辅压浆力为12kN。
本实施例调浆配方中的改性淀粉为颗粒状冷水可溶羧甲基改性淀粉,调浆配方中的聚乙烯醇为PVA1799和PVA205的混合物,PVA1799和PVA205的质量比例为4:1,调浆配方中的渗透剂为JFC,作为优化:调浆配方的pH需要用氢氧化钠调节为7~7.5。所得浆纱比原色纱强力提高28.3%,断裂延伸度降低3.5%,3mm毛羽数降低84.3%。
实施例二:
一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其调浆配方如下:改性淀粉60kg、聚乙烯醇45kg、丙烯酸15kg、蜡片2kg、渗透剂2kg、调浆体积900L。
本实施例在卡尔迈耶双浆槽浆纱机上进行上浆,上浆工艺参数如下:上浆速度为45m/min-1,浆槽温度为98℃,浆液黏度为7.2s,浆液含固量为11.6%,回潮率为4.5%,上浆率为14.5%,主压浆力为18kN,辅压浆力为10kN。
本实施例调浆配方中的改性淀粉为颗粒状冷水可溶羧甲基改性淀粉,调浆配方中的聚乙烯醇为PVA1799和PVA205的混合物,PVA1799和PVA205的质量比例为4:1,调浆配方中的渗透剂为平平加O,作为优化:调浆配方的pH需要用碳酸钠调节为7~7.5。所得浆纱比原色纱强力提高24.4%,断裂延伸度降低5.3%,3mm毛羽数降低76.4%。
实施例三:
一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其调浆配方如下:改性淀粉60kg、聚乙烯醇40kg、丙烯酸20kg、蜡片1kg、渗透剂2kg、调浆体积900L。
本实施例在卡尔迈耶双浆槽浆纱机上进行上浆,上浆工艺参数如下:上浆速度为60m/min-1,浆槽温度为98℃,浆液黏度为7.1s,浆液含固量为11.5%,回潮率为4.5%,上浆率为13.2%,主压浆力为20kN,辅压浆力为10kN。
本实施例调浆配方中的改性淀粉为颗粒状冷水可溶羧甲基改性淀粉,调浆配方中的聚乙烯醇为PVA1799和PVA205的混合物,PVA1799和PVA205的质量比例为4:1,调浆配方中的渗透剂为土耳其红油,作为优化:调浆配方的pH需要用氢氧化钠调节为7~7.5。所得浆纱比原色纱强力提高26.7%,断裂延伸度降低4.8%,3mm毛羽数降低78.2%。
本发明提出了一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,从浆料配方和浆纱工艺方面进一步增加纱线强力,减少毛羽贴伏,减少纱线摩擦。本方法效率高、成本低不仅适用于纯棉织物的经轴上浆,也是用于黏胶、聚乳酸纤维、棉/黏胶混纺等多种纱线的上浆。该方法上浆的经纱具有单纱强力高、减伸率低、毛羽数少等优点,有利于开发色织高支高密产品。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其特征在于:其调浆配方如下:改性淀粉60kg、聚乙烯醇30~45kg、丙烯酸15~30kg、蜡片1~2kg、渗透剂1~2kg、调浆体积900L;
其中,上述配方通过双浆槽浆纱机上进行上浆,双浆槽浆纱机的上浆工艺参数如下:上浆速度为40~60m/min-1,浆槽温度为95~98℃,浆液黏度为6~8s,浆液含固量为10~12%,回潮率为4~5%,上浆率为10~15%,主压浆力为18~24kN,辅压浆力为8~12kN。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其特征在于:所述改性淀粉为颗粒状冷水可溶羧甲基改性淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇为PVA1799和PVA205的混合物,其中,PVA1799和PVA205的质量比例为4:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为土耳其红油、JFC和平平加O中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其特征在于:所述改性淀粉、聚乙烯醇、丙烯酸之间的比例为60:30~45:30~15。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高支色纱经轴上浆工艺,其特征在于:所述调浆配方的pH用氢氧化钠或碳酸钠调节为7~7.5。
