本发明公开了一种腈棉混纺织物纱线的浆纱工艺，包括如下步骤：1)将1～2重量份天丝、2.2重量份丙酮、0.6重量份碳酸钠、1.3重量份N‑甲基吡咯烷酮、16重量份玉米改性淀粉依次投入35重量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；2)再依次投入2.2重量份聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、1.6重量份异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.8重量份钼酸胺、1.8重量份水杨酸苯酯，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得浆液；3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆，压去余液，烘干。本发明上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高，耐磨好，纱线的保伸性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及腈棉混纺织物纱线的浆纱工艺。
背景技术
棉、粘胶以及合成纤维等织物的经纱，在织造前大都先经过浆纱；而现有浆纱用浆液的性能有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种腈棉混纺织物纱线的浆纱工艺，其上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高，耐磨好，纱线的保伸性能好。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种腈棉混纺织物纱线的浆纱工艺，包括如下步骤：
1)将1～2重量份天丝、2.2重量份丙酮、0.6重量份碳酸钠、1.3重量份N-甲基吡咯烷酮、16重量份玉米改性淀粉依次投入35重量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；
2)再依次投入2.2重量份聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、1.6重量份异构醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.8重量份钼酸胺、1.8重量份水杨酸苯酯，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得浆液；
3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆，压去余液，烘干。

“退浆液”的性能和用途是由其组分及配比所决定的，且“退浆液”中的不同组分会相互影响，组分及其配比会决定“退浆液”的最终性能，如果组分及其配比不相互协调，单个组分所带来的有益效果，会被其他组分消减甚至消除，严重的时候，不同组分相互抵触，起不到整体综合作用，产生负作用和次品。本发明通过大量创造性劳动、反复验证，得到“退浆液”的最优组分及配比，使得多个组分综合在一起、相互协调、并产生正向综合效应。

上述各实施例上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高，耐磨好，纱线的保伸性能好。
