本发明公开了一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料,按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:短纤适用型水溶性聚酯90%?98%;PVA1788或PVA1792 1?10%;聚丙烯酰胺组分0.5?5%。其综合评价方法,(1)浆料制备;(2)浆液调制;(3)将已调好的浆液打入浆槽开始浆纱,试制过程记录浆液粘度、上浆压力,取浆液测试浆液含固率%,取浆纱样测试上浆率%;(4)织轴上机后测试织造效率%,成布外观;并与原淀粉浆料配方成布比较,综合评价其浆纱织造效果。本发明的优点:1、浆液热稳定性好;2、粘接力强;3、节约大量淀粉;4、纯化学浆料,界面清洁卫生,制成品不生霉菌,易于储存;5、退浆工艺简单,既经济又环保;6、综合核算,包括浆料及能耗成本略低,具有一定的经济效益。

Description

一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料及其综合评价方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种浆料配方,尤其涉及一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料及其综合评价方法。
背景技术
传统的短纤织造经纱上浆浆料组分均以淀粉为主,无论选用原淀粉或变性淀粉,时至今日短纤经纱上浆配方均选用70%-90%淀粉为主浆料,以10%-30%的PVA、聚丙烯酸类或水溶性聚酯浆料以及少量的辅料配伍形成。短纤经纱上浆浆料特点:浆液必须具有适宜的粘度,具有65%以上的热稳定性能,一般要求95-98℃时,粘度15-30mpa.s(厘泊)范围;主浆料对棉、涤纤维(市场用量最大)具有较强的粘接力;浆膜吸湿性在1.0-3.0%之间,易于烘干,且具有一定的韧性;制成浆纱具有一年以上抗霉菌性。现有的短纤经纱上浆浆料配方具有以下缺陷:
1、主浆料选用淀粉,耗费大量的粮食,对大量粮食靠进口的我国国情来说是一种绝对的资源浪费;
2、粘接力不够强,落浆较大,上浆率必须保持在较大水平才能满足织造要求,成本高;
3、浆液热稳定性不够高,每缸浆纱开始浆液粘度偏大而了机时粘度右偏小,往往导致同一缸纱前后上浆率差异较大,增加了浆纱工操作难度;
4、浆纱抗霉菌性性能不够强,在温度较高、湿度较大的地区易结菌生霉,不耐储存,给半成品或成品品质造成损失;
5、退浆工艺复杂采用浓碱易产生较多的污水。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料及其综合评价方法。
发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:
短纤适用型水溶性聚酯90%-98%;
PVA1788或PVA1792 1-10%;
聚丙烯酰胺组分0.5-5%。
本发明的一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料的综合评价方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)浆料制备:按水溶性聚酯粉末90-98%、聚丙烯酰胺粉末0.5-5%、PVA粉末1-10%的比例配齐,在匀质机上充分搅拌混匀,打包待用;
(2)浆液调制:在调浆桶中备好适当的清水并加热至45-50℃,开动搅拌同时将过重的上述浆料均匀倒入打浆釜,继续加热并搅拌,保温95℃略2小时,加水调好体积待用;
(3)将已调好的浆液打入浆槽开始浆纱,试制过程记录浆液粘度(S)、上浆压力(KN),取浆液测试浆液含固率%,取浆纱样测试上浆率%;
(4)织轴上机后测试织造效率%,成布外观(毛羽及平整度);并与原淀粉浆料配方成布比较,综合评价其浆纱织造效果。
本发明针对传统短纤经纱上浆中浆液粘度大、稳定性差等缺陷,大胆摒弃了传统短纤经纱上浆中的主浆料-淀粉,以水溶性聚酯浆料为主浆料,配以0.2-1.0%(占浆液)的聚丙烯酸类、PVA辅助浆料而实现更为合理的浆纱效果。本设计中,水溶性聚酯由于其特殊的分子结构,对涤类、棉粘类纤维均具有极强的渗透能力和粘接力;辅助浆料中聚丙烯酸、PVA浆料有具有超高分子量(50000以上),即可为浆液带来适度的粘性又可以贴覆较长的经纱毛羽。
发明与现有技术相比的优点是:同传统的以淀粉为主的浆料配方相比,本发明优点在于以下几个方面:
1、浆液热稳定性好,上浆率均匀,易于控制;
2、浆液粘度较低,经纱渗透率较高,落浆小、粘接力强;
3、上浆率只有原配方的50-65%,可以节约大量的淀粉,粮食资源节约意义重大;
4、纯化学浆料,界面清洁卫生,制成品不生霉菌,易于储存;
5、退浆工艺简单,可在PH值<10的弱碱环境实现退浆,既经济又环保;
6、综合核算,包括浆料及能耗成本略低,具有一定的经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步详述。
本发明的一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料,按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:
短纤适用型水溶性聚酯90%-98%;
PVA1788或PVA1792 1-10%;
聚丙烯酰胺组分0.5-5%。
本发明的一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料的综合评价方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)浆料制备:按水溶性聚酯粉末90-98%、聚丙烯酰胺粉末0.5-5%、PVA粉末1-10%的比例配齐,在匀质机上充分搅拌混匀,打包待用;
(2)浆液调制:在调浆桶中备好适当的清水并加热至45-50℃,开动搅拌同时将过重的上述浆料均匀倒入打浆釜,继续加热并搅拌,保温95℃略2小时,加水调好体积待用;
(3)将已调好的浆液打入浆槽开始浆纱,试制过程记录浆液粘度(S)、上浆压力(KN),取浆液测试浆液含固率%,取浆纱样测试上浆率%;
(4)织轴上机后测试织造效率%,成布外观(毛羽及平整度);并与原淀粉浆料配方成布比较,综合评价其浆纱织造效果。
在纺织织造领域,短纤浆纱目前80%以上品种均以涤纶纤维(T)为主要材料,辅助的纺织材料是棉(C)、粘(R)最为常见;水溶性聚酯由于其分子结构与涤纶纤维分子结构极为相似,经测试以水溶聚酯做为粘合剂其纯涤纤维界面之间的粘合力为淀粉浆料的2.5倍以上,这正是本发明采用水溶性聚酯做为主浆料的关键点。采用4-9%(与品种有关)的聚酯水溶性做为基质,具有近似清水一样的粘度,一般在1.5mpa.s以内,由于过低的粘度在现有的浆纱机上浆浆液只有很小的滞留率,上浆率只有1.5-2.5%,达不到织造要求,为增加滞留率必须适当增加浆液粘度(理想的粘度为8-15mpa.s),在浆料配方中特引入聚丙烯酰胺组分,经反复试验加入量0.2-0.4(占浆液重)即可完全达到以上粘度;此外在有些高质高密品种上对浆纱毛羽帖覆要求较高,在浆料配方中加入5-15%(占浆料比)的PVA1788或PVA1792组分可以达到以上要求。按以上三种化学浆料组分设计,均以固体形式在匀质机械中混匀打包,调浆时先将适量的清水加热至40-50℃,随后边加热同时开动搅拌,将混合浆料均匀倒入,保温在95℃以下焖煮2小即可校准总体积后打入浆槽使用,不改变现有的浆纱机械及方法均可实现上浆,操作简单易于控制。调好后的浆液呈半浑浊半乳液状,浆液在50-98℃范围组分混合均一,不分层,粘度在5℃的温区范围稳定性可以达到95%以上,剩余浆液不会变质耐储存,可在下次起机时加热再用。

1.一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,由以下原料组成:
短纤适用型水溶性聚酯90%-98%;
PVA1788或PVA1792 1-10%;
聚丙烯酰胺组分0.5-5%。
2.一种短纤经纱上浆工艺中的浆料的综合评价方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)浆料制备:按水溶性聚酯粉末90-98%、聚丙烯酰胺粉末0.5-5%、PVA粉末1-10%的比例配齐,在匀质机上充分搅拌混匀,打包待用;
(2)浆液调制:在调浆桶中备好适当的清水并加热至45-50℃,开动搅拌同时将过重的上述浆料均匀倒入打浆釜,继续加热并搅拌,保温95℃略2小时,加水调好体积待用;
