背景技术
棉、粘胶以及合成纤维等织物的经纱,在织造前大都先经过浆纱;而现有浆纱用浆液的性能有待改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种羊毛织物纱线的浆纱工艺,其上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高,耐磨好,纱线的保伸性能好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种羊毛织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份氯化钙、1.8重量份乙酸乙烯酯树脂、1.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.8重量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、19重量份木薯淀粉依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、0.8重量份十二烷基甜菜碱、2.1重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、0.7重量份十八烷基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得浆液;
3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。

2)再依次投入1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、0.8重量份十二烷基甜菜碱、2.1重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、0.7重量份十八烷基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得浆液;
3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。
实施例2
羊毛织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括如下步骤:

实施例3
羊毛织物纱线的浆纱工艺,包括如下步骤:

3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。
上述各实施例上浆后纱线毛羽贴伏、强力显着提高,耐磨好,纱线的保伸性能好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.羊毛织物纱线的浆纱工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份氯化钙、1.8重量份乙酸乙烯酯树脂、1.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.8重量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、19重量份木薯淀粉依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再依次投入1.1重量份蓖麻油酸丁酯硫酸钠、0.8重量份十二烷基甜菜碱、2.1重量份油酸三乙醇胺皂、0.7重量份十八烷基二羟乙基甲基溴化铵,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得浆液;
3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛织物纱线的浆纱工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)将1重量份氯化钙、1.8重量份乙酸乙烯酯树脂、1.1重量份羟乙基纤维素、0.8重量份乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、19重量份木薯淀粉依次投入35重量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;

3)将纱线浸入浆液上浆,压去余液,烘干。
