本发明涉及生物质燃料技术领域,特别是涉及一种生物质成型燃料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着人类对能源需求的增长,化石能源的储藏量正在逐渐减少。化石能源的使用会造成环境污染,因此人类一直在需求新能源的开发与利用。作为新能源的重要组成部分,生物质能源正在逐渐被人们发现并加以利用。生物质能源是太阳能通过绿色植物的光合作用以化学能形式储存在生物质中的能量形式。生物质能源可以转化为液态、固态或者气态燃料,并可替代煤炭、石油或者天然气等化石能源。目前,生物质能源的开发与利用的原材料主要包括秸秆、粮食壳、木材废料等。
生物质燃料是将生物质材料燃烧作为燃料,一般主要是农林废弃物(如秸秆、锯末、甘蔗渣、稻糠等),主要区别于化石燃料。在目前的国家政策和环保标准中,直接燃烧生物质属于高污染燃料,只在农村的大灶中使用,不允许在城市中使用。生物质燃料的应用,实际主要是生物质成型燃料(BiomassMouldingFuel,简称"BMF"),是将农林废物作为原材料,经过粉碎、混合、挤压、烘干等工艺,制成各种成型(如块状、颗粒状等)的,可直接燃烧的一种新型清洁燃料。
在目前生物质燃料由于其成型性差,不利用存放和运输,同时生物质成型燃料在燃烧过程中极易造成不完全燃烧,大大降低了生物质成型燃料的使用价值,同时给环境造成一定的负荷。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的是提供了一种生物质成型燃料。该生物质成型燃料成型性好,具有一定的机械强度,便于运输和存储,同时该生物质成型燃料极易燃烧,且燃烧较为完全,降低了烟气的产生。
本发明的另一目的是提供了该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺。

本发明所述的生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将锯末、麸皮以及农作物秸秆进行干燥至含水量为16%-20%,粉碎后过200-500目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的锯末、麸皮以及农作物秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、阻燃剂、防潮助剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌1-3h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过200-300目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为10-12%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二进行压制成块,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
优选的,步骤4)所述压制成块时,成型温度为100-150℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的生物质成型燃料是利用锯末、麸皮、农作物秸秆为原料,再结合防潮剂生石灰、氢氧化钠以及防潮助剂、阻燃剂、粉煤灰和膨润土构成,大大提高了生物质燃料的成型率,具有一定的机械强度,在运输和存储过程中不易开裂,同时该生物质成型燃料在使用过程中极易燃烧,降低了烟气的产生。本发明的生物质成型燃料具有较好的经济效益,可替代煤等传统燃料。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种生物质成型燃料,包括以下重量份的组分:
松树锯末100份,麸皮28份,
小麦秸秆250份,生石灰32份,
氢氧化钠7份,粉煤灰25份,
硝酸钾3份,固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂1份,膨润土5份。
该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将松树锯末、麸皮以及小麦秸秆进行干燥至含水量为18%,粉碎后过400目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的松树锯末、麸皮以及小麦秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、硝酸钾、固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌3h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过300目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为10%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二放入到挤压机中进行压制成块,挤压成型的温度为100℃,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
实施例2
一种生物质成型燃料,包括以下重量份的组分:
松树锯末80份,麸皮15份,
水稻秸秆200份,生石灰17份,
氢氧化钠8份,粉煤灰25份,
氯化钾4份,固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂3份,膨润土5份。
该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将松树锯末、麸皮以及水稻秸秆进行干燥至含水量为16%,粉碎后过300目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的松树锯末、麸皮以及水稻秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、氯化钾、固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌3h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过200目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为12%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二放入到挤压机中进行压制成块,挤压成型的温度为120℃,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
实施例3
一种生物质成型燃料,包括以下重量份的组分:
松树锯末150份,麸皮30份,
小麦秸秆210份,生石灰28份,
氢氧化钠9份,粉煤灰29份,
硝酸钾5份,固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂5份,膨润土8份。
该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将松树锯末、麸皮以及小麦秸秆进行干燥至含水量为20%,粉碎后过500目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的锯末、麸皮以及农作物秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、硝酸钾、固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌1h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过200目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为10%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二放入到挤压机中进行压制成块,挤压成型的温度为150℃,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
实施例4
一种生物质成型燃料,包括以下重量份的组分:
杨树锯末110份,麸皮19份,
水稻秸秆235份,生石灰34份,
氢氧化钠11份,粉煤灰30份,
氯化钾3份,固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂3份,膨润土3份。
该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将杨树锯末、麸皮以及水稻秸秆进行干燥至含水量为16%,粉碎后过300目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的杨树锯末、麸皮以及水稻秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、氯化钾、固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌3h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过300目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为11%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二放入到挤压机中进行压制成块,挤压成型的温度为100℃,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
实施例5
一种生物质成型燃料,包括以下重量份的组分:
杨树锯末90份,麸皮20份,
小麦秸秆280份,生石灰35份,
氢氧化钠5份,粉煤灰20份,
氯化钾4份,固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂1份,膨润土3份。
该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将杨树锯末、麸皮以及农作物秸秆进行干燥至含水量为18%,粉碎后过500目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的杨树锯末、麸皮以及小麦秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、氯化钾、固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌1h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过300目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为10%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二放入到挤压机中进行压制成块,挤压成型的温度为130℃,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
实施例6
一种生物质成型燃料,包括以下重量份的组分:
杨树锯末150份,麸皮10份,
水稻秸秆300份,生石灰38份,
氢氧化钠11份,粉煤灰20份,
氯化钾5份,固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂1份,膨润土3份。
该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将杨树锯末、麸皮以及水稻秸秆进行干燥至含水量为20%,粉碎后过500目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的锯末、麸皮以及水稻秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、氯化钾、固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌3h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过300目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为12%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二放入到挤压机中进行压制成块,挤压成型的温度为140℃,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
实施例7
一种生物质成型燃料,包括以下重量份的组分:
柳树锯末89份,麸皮13份,
玉米秸秆267份,生石灰34份,
氢氧化钠10份,粉煤灰20份,
氯化钾3份,固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂5份,膨润土3份。
该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将柳树锯末、麸皮以及玉米秸秆进行干燥至含水量为17%,粉碎后过200-500目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的柳树锯末、麸皮以及玉米秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、氯化钾、固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌1h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过300目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为10%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二放入到挤压机中进行压制成块,挤压成型的温度为150℃,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
实施例8
一种生物质成型燃料,包括以下重量份的组分:
杨树锯末150份,麸皮30份,
玉米秸秆200份,生石灰38份,
氢氧化钠11份,粉煤灰27份,
氯化钾3份,固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂4份,膨润土7份。
该生物质成型燃料的生产工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将杨树锯末、麸皮以及玉米秸秆进行干燥至含水量为19%,粉碎后过500目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的杨树锯末、麸皮以及玉米秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、氯化钾、固含量为25%的石蜡乳化剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌1h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过300目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为12%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二放入到挤压机中进行压制成块,挤压成型的温度为120℃,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
本发明实施例1-8制备的生物质成型燃料进行检测,其结果如表1所示。其中破碎率依据标准《DB43/T 864-2014生物质成型燃料》进行检测,发热量的检测依据国家标准《GB/T 30727-2014固体生物质燃料发热量测定方法》进行检测。

Claims (8)
1.一种生物质成型燃料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:
锯末80-150份,麸皮10-30份,
农作物秸秆200-300份,生石灰17-38份,
氢氧化钠5-11份,粉煤灰20-30份,
阻燃剂3-5份,防潮助剂1-5份,膨润土3-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物质成型燃料,其特征在于,所述锯末为松木锯末、杨树木屑、柳树锯末中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物质成型燃料,其特征在于,所述农作物秸秆为玉米、小麦、水稻秸秆中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物质成型燃料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氯酸钾、硝酸钾中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的生物质成型燃料,其特征在于,所述防潮助剂为石蜡乳化剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的生物质成型燃料,其特征在于,所述石蜡乳化剂中的固含量为25%。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的生物质成型燃料的生产工艺,其特征在,包括以下步骤:
1)将锯末、麸皮以及农作物秸秆进行干燥至含水量为16%-20%,粉碎后过200-500目筛,按比例称取粉碎后的锯末、麸皮以及农作物秸秆,并充分混合,得到混合粉料一;
2)在步骤1)制备的混合粉料一中依次按比例加入生石灰、氢氧化钠、粉煤灰、阻燃剂、防潮助剂以及膨润土,继续搅拌1-3h后得到混合粉料二;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合粉料二进行粉碎处理,并过200-300目筛;
4)将步骤3)过筛后的的混合粉料二进行干燥,使其含水量为10-12%;
5)将步骤4)干燥后的混合粉料二进行压制成块,即获得本发明的生物质成型燃料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的生物质成型燃料的生产工艺,其特征在,步骤4)所述压制成块时,成型温度为100-150℃。
