Abstract

本发明公开了一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料及其制备方法,该作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由木屑、玉米芯、活性炭、甘蔗渣、棕榈叶、助燃剂和粘合剂制成。本发明农作物和林木废弃物进行充分回收利用,工艺简单实用,提高了农作物和林木废弃物的回收率,显著提升了农作物和林木废弃物的回收利用价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料,特别是一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球经济的不断发展,人类对能源的需求不断增加,而石油、天燃气、煤等能源资源却在不断减少,开发生物质可再生能源已成各界关注的热点。我国是一个固体生物质能源大国,各种农作物废弃物、林木废弃物等生物质燃料极为丰富,但长期未能得到有效利用,通常是进行焚烧或掩埋处理或进行腐化发酵制化肥,不仅会对环境造成污染,而且废弃物资源易被浪费,回收利用率不高,难以制成市场需求量大的高价值产品。因此,目前农作物和林木废弃物存在资源难以回收利用,回收利用价值不高,回收利用率较低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料及其制备方法。本发明农作物和林木废弃物进行充分回收利用,工艺简单实用,提高了农作物和林木废弃物的回收率,显著提升了农作物和林木废弃物的回收利用价值。
本发明的技术方案:一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料,该作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由以下重量份的原料制成:木屑80-100份,玉米芯20-40份,活性炭10-15份,甘蔗渣10-15份,棕榈叶1-5份,助燃剂1-5份,粘合剂1-3份。
前述的一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料中,所述作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由以下重量份的原料制成:木屑85-95份,玉米芯25-35份,活性炭12-14份,甘蔗渣12-14份,棕榈叶2-4份,助燃剂2-4份,粘合剂1-3份。
前述的一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料中,所述作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由以下重量份的原料制成:木屑90份,玉米芯30份,活性炭13份,甘蔗渣13份,棕榈叶3份,助燃剂3份,粘合剂2份。
前述的一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
A:分别将玉米芯、活性炭、甘蔗渣及棕榈叶加入粉碎机中,粉碎成直径为2~4mm的颗粒;
B:将玉米芯、活性炭及棕榈叶颗粒与木屑混合均匀,得混合颗粒;
C:向混合颗粒中加入0.2倍量的水堆放腐化20-30天,得腐化颗粒;
D:利用烘干机将腐化颗粒干燥至含水率至3-8%;
E:向烘干后的腐化颗粒中加入助燃剂和粘合剂,混合均匀,得初料;
F:将初料投入压缩成型机内压缩成圆柱型颗粒,装袋包装即得。
本发明的优点是:通过采用木屑、玉米芯、活性炭、甘蔗渣及棕榈叶作为主要原料,成本低廉,通过对原材料进行腐化处理,使颗粒燃料更易燃烧,并且含炭量较高,发热量较大;所制成的颗粒燃料发热量大,发热量在6000-8800千卡/kg,并且不产生热量的杂物极低;同时颗粒燃料不含硫磷,不腐蚀锅炉,可延长燃烧锅炉的使用寿命,并且燃烧时不产生二氧化硫和五氧化二磷,因而不会导致酸雨产生,不污染大气,不污染环境;由于主要原料清洁卫生,所制备的颗粒燃料也较整洁,投料使用方便,减少工人的劳动强度,极大地改善了劳动环境;由于原料是纯天然农作物和林木废弃物,颗粒燃料燃烧后的灰烬中是品位极高的优质有机钾肥,可回收创利;有效缓解能源紧张,治理废弃物污染,保护生态环境,符合可持续发展的要求。综上所述,本发明农作物和林木废弃物进行充分回收利用,工艺简单实用,提高了农作物和林木废弃物的回收率,显著提升了农作物和林木废弃物的回收利用价值。
具体实施例
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料,该作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由以下重量份的原料制成:木屑80kg,玉米芯20kg,活性炭10kg,甘蔗渣10kg,棕榈叶1kg,助燃剂1kg,粘合剂1kg。
上述的作物渣腐化颗粒燃料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
A:分别将玉米芯、活性炭、甘蔗渣及棕榈叶加入粉碎机中,粉碎成直径为2mm的颗粒;
B:将玉米芯、活性炭及棕榈叶颗粒与木屑混合均匀,得混合颗粒;
C:向混合颗粒中加入0.2倍量的水堆放腐化20天,得腐化颗粒;
D:利用烘干机将腐化颗粒干燥至含水率至3%;
E:向烘干后的腐化颗粒中加入助燃剂和粘合剂,混合均匀,得初料;
F:将初料投入压缩成型机内压缩成圆柱型颗粒,装袋包装即得。
所制得的作物渣腐化颗粒燃料的发热量为6500千卡/kg。
实施例2。一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料,该作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由以下重量份的原料制成:木屑90kg,玉米芯30kg,活性炭13kg,甘蔗渣13kg,棕榈叶3kg,助燃剂3kg,粘合剂2kg。
上述的作物渣腐化颗粒燃料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤;
A:分别将玉米芯、活性炭、甘蔗渣及棕榈叶加入粉碎机中,粉碎成直径为3mm的颗粒;
B:将玉米芯、活性炭及棕榈叶颗粒与木屑混合均匀,得混合颗粒;
C:向混合颗粒中加入0.2倍量的水堆放腐化25天,得腐化颗粒;
D:利用烘干机将腐化颗粒干燥至含水率至5%;
E:向烘干后的腐化颗粒中加入助燃剂和粘合剂,混合均匀,得初料;
F:将初料投入压缩成型机内压缩成圆柱型颗粒,装袋包装即得。
所制得的作物渣腐化颗粒燃料的发热量为7700千卡/kg。
实施例3。一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料,该作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由以下重量份的原料制成:木屑100kg,玉米芯40kg,活性炭15kg,甘蔗渣15kg棕榈叶5kg,助燃剂5kg,粘合剂3kg。
上述的作物渣腐化颗粒燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤;
A:分别将玉米芯、活性炭、甘蔗渣及棕榈叶加入粉碎机中,粉碎成直径为4mm的颗粒;
B:将玉米芯、活性炭及棕榈叶颗粒与木屑混合均匀,得混合颗粒;
C:向混合颗粒中加入0.2倍量的水堆放腐化30天,得腐化颗粒;
D:利用烘干机将腐化颗粒干燥至含水率至8%;
E:向烘干后的腐化颗粒中加入助燃剂和粘合剂,混合均匀,得初料;
F:将初料投入压缩成型机内压缩成圆柱型颗粒,装袋包装即得。
所制得的作物渣腐化颗粒燃料的发热量为7100千卡/kg。

1.一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料,其特征在于:该作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由以下重量份的原料制成:木屑80-100份,玉米芯20-40份,活性炭10-15份,甘蔗渣10-15份,棕榈叶1-5份,助燃剂1-5份,粘合剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种作物渣腐化颗粒燃料,其特征在于:所述作物渣腐化颗粒燃料是由以下重量份的原料制成:木屑85-95份,玉米芯25-35份,活性炭12-14份,甘蔗渣12-14份,棕榈叶2-4份,助燃剂2-4份,粘合剂1-3份。

B:将玉米芯、活性炭及棕榈叶颗粒与木屑混合均匀,得混合颗粒;
C:向混合颗粒中加入0.2倍量的水堆放腐化20-30天,得腐化颗粒;
D:利用烘干机将腐化颗粒干燥至含水率至3-8%;
E:向烘干后的腐化颗粒中加入助燃剂和粘合剂,混合均匀,得初料;
F:将初料投入压缩成型机内压缩成圆柱型颗粒,装袋包装即得。
