本发明提供一种热转印胶带及其制备方法,热转印胶带包括底纸、面材和聚氨酯‑丙烯酸压敏胶,所述底纸为铜板离型纸,所述面材为PVC膜,所述聚氨酯‑丙烯酸压敏胶的成分包括:聚醚多元醇10~12份,氮丙啶树脂5~7份,环氧树脂10~12份。本发明提到的一种热转印胶带及其制备方法,采用聚氨酯‑丙烯酸压敏胶,能够很好的解决胶带脱胶的现象。同时,采用的原材料符合低碳、环保理念,有助于碳带使用领域的扩展。

一种热转印胶带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及热转印耗材技术领域,尤其涉及一种热转印胶带及其制备方法。
背景技术
热转印打印就是用热和压力将油墨从碳带介质转印到胶带的过程,当标签通过打印机的打印头和压轴时,将油墨转印到标签上。标签在使用过程中,需要粘贴在载体上,因此一般需要承载标签的底纸为胶带,这样可以方便后期使用。
热转印行业中目前使用的胶带在制备过程中会释放大量有毒的有机物质,这些物质不但污染环境,损害人体健康,且在户外使用过程中,容易出现脱胶等情况。
发明内容
在发明内容部分中引入了一系列简化形式的概念,这将在具体实施方式部分中进一步详细说明。本发明的发明内容部分并不意味着要试图限定出所要求保护的技术方案的关键特征和必要技术特征,更不意味着试图确定所要求保护的技术方案的保护范围。
为至少部分地解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种热转印胶带,包括底纸、面材和聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,所述底纸为铜板离型纸,所述面材为PVC膜,所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶的成分包括:聚醚多元醇10~12份,氮丙啶树脂5~7份,环氧树脂10~12份。
一种热转印胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、在底纸上涂布聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,涂布量2~3.5g/m2,烘干,进入下一工序;
步骤S2、在步骤S1上覆盖面材。
可选地,步骤S1中使用的涂布设备为涂布机。
可选地,步骤S1涂布时的温度为30~45℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa。
本发明提到的一种热转印胶带及其制备方法,采用聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,能够很好的解决胶带脱胶的现象。同时,采用的原材料符合低碳、环保理念,有助于碳带使用领域的扩展。

一种热转印胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、在底纸上用涂布机涂布聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,涂布温度为30~45℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa,涂布量2~3.5g/m2,烘干,进入下一工序;
步骤S2、在步骤S1上覆盖面材。
实施例1
一种热转印胶带,包括底纸、面材和聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,所述底纸为铜板离型纸,所述面材为PVC膜,所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶的成分包括:聚醚多元醇10份,氮丙啶树脂5份,环氧树脂10份。这种热转印胶带的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、在底纸上用涂布机涂布耐高温可剥离型压敏胶,涂布温度为30℃,压力为0.1MPa,涂布量2g/m2,烘干,进入下一工序;
步骤S2、在步骤S1上覆盖面材。
实施例2
一种热转印胶带,包括底纸、面材和聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,所述底纸为铜板离型纸,所述面材为PVC膜,所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶的成分包括:聚醚多元醇12份,氮丙啶树脂7份,环氧树脂12份。这种热转印胶带的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、在底纸上用涂布机涂布耐高温可剥离型压敏胶,涂布温度为45℃,压力为0.3MPa,涂布量3.5g/m2,烘干,进入下一工序;
步骤S2、在步骤S1上覆盖面材。
实施例3
一种热转印胶带,包括底纸、面材和聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,所述底纸为铜板离型纸,所述面材为PVC膜,所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶的成分包括:聚醚多元醇11份,氮丙啶树脂6份,环氧树脂11份。这种热转印胶带的制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、在底纸上用涂布机涂布耐高温可剥离型压敏胶,涂布温度为40℃,压力为0.2MPa,涂布量3g/m2,烘干,进入下一工序;
步骤S2、在步骤S1上覆盖面材。
综上所述,本发明提到的一种热转印胶带及其制备方法,采用聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,能够很好的解决胶带脱胶的现象。同时,采用的原材料符合低碳、环保理念,有助于碳带使用领域的扩展。

1.一种热转印胶带,其特征在于,包括底纸、面材和聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,所述底纸为铜板离型纸,所述面材为PVC膜,所述聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶的成分包括:聚醚多元醇10~12份,氮丙啶树脂5~7份,环氧树脂10~12份。
2.一种热转印胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、在底纸上涂布聚氨酯-丙烯酸压敏胶,涂布量2~3.5g/m2,烘干,进入下一工序;
步骤S2、在步骤S1上覆盖面材。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种热转印胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中使用的涂布设备为涂布机。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种热转印胶带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1涂布时的温度为30~45℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa。
