At present, mostly transfer through artifical transport in the turnover of storage materials, this mode needs very big cost of labor when the goods is heavier or mass transport or transport goods, and moreover, the mode of artifical transport still has the management confusion, and the automation level is low, the lower problem of storage space utilization.

In order to achieve the technical problem, the invention provides an automatic warehouse system, which comprises a first-floor warehouse management system and a second-floor warehouse management system, wherein the first-floor warehouse management system comprises a material incoming area, a double-layer conveying line, a first-floor transferring and lifting device, an empty box temporary storage area, a box changing and grouping area, a work order outgoing area, a finished product warehousing area, a finished product sorting area, a first vertical storage area, a delivery area and a second-floor transferring and lifting device, the double-layer conveying line is fixedly connected to the tail end of the material incoming area, the first-floor transferring and lifting device is fixedly connected to the head end of the double-layer conveying line, the empty box temporary storage area and the double-layer conveying line are arranged side by side, the box changing and grouping area is fixedly connected to one side of the double-layer conveying line far away from the empty box temporary storage area, the second-floor transferring and lifting device is fixedly connected to the tail end of the empty box temporary storage area, the work order outgoing area is fixedly connected to the left side of the, finished product warehouse entry area fixed connection is in the left side of worksheet warehouse exit area, finished product sorting area fixed connection is at the head end of finished product warehouse entry area, first vertical warehouse district fixed connection is in one side of finished product sorting area, the district of issuing is established in one side that first vertical warehouse district was kept away from in finished product sorting area.
The second-floor warehouse management system comprises a work order sorting area, an IQC sampling area, an IQC sample returning area and a second vertical warehouse area, wherein the IQC sampling area and the IQC sample returning area are respectively arranged on one side of the top of the work order sorting area, and the second vertical warehouse area is fixedly connected to one side, far away from the IQC sample returning area, of the top of the work order sorting area.
Furthermore, the empty box temporary storage area comprises a code stacking machine, a disc disassembling machine and a circulating conveying line, the code stacking machine is fixedly connected to the input end of the circulating conveying line, the disc disassembling machine is fixedly connected to the output end of the circulating conveying line, and one side of the code stacking machine and one side of the disc disassembling machine are respectively provided with a lifting machine.
Furthermore, the box changing and box assembling area is composed of a material line, an empty box supply line and a warehousing line, the number of the material coming line and the number of the empty box supply line are two respectively, the two empty box supply lines are located on two sides of the warehousing line, and the two material coming lines are located on the outer sides of the two empty box supply lines.
Further, the delivery area comprises a delivery conveying line, a case unpacking machine and a case sealing machine, wherein the case unpacking machine is fixedly connected to the head end of the delivery conveying line, and the case sealing machine is fixedly connected to the middle of the delivery conveying line.
Furthermore, one input end of the work order sorting area is connected with the first floor transfer lifting device through the conveying device, the other input end of the work order sorting area is connected with the second floor transfer lifting device through the conveying device, and the second floor transfer lifting device is positioned below the first floor transfer lifting device.
Further, the first floor transfer lifting device can transfer the material container from the first floor warehouse management system to the second floor warehouse management system, and the second floor transfer lifting device can transfer the material container from the second floor warehouse management system to the first floor warehouse management system.

The invention provides an automatic warehousing system, which has the following beneficial effects:

Referring to fig. 1-2, an automatic warehouse system comprises a first floor warehouse management system and a second floor warehouse management system, wherein the first floor warehouse management system comprises a material receiving area 1, a double-layer conveying line 2, a first floor transfer lifting device 3, an empty box temporary storage area 4, a box changing and grouping area 5, a work order discharging area 6, a finished product warehousing area 7, a finished product sorting area 8, a first vertical storage area 9, a delivery area 10 and a second floor transfer lifting device 15, the double-layer conveying line 2 is fixedly connected to the tail end of the material receiving area 1, the first floor transfer lifting device 3 is fixedly connected to the head end of the double-layer conveying line 2, the empty box temporary storage area 4 is arranged side by side with the double-layer conveying line 2, the empty box temporary storage area 4 comprises a code disc machine 401, a disc disassembling machine 402 and a circulating conveying line, the code disc machine 401 is fixedly connected to the input end of the circulating conveying line, the disc disassembling machine 402 is fixedly connected to the output end of the circulating conveying, and one side of the code disc machine 401 and one side of the disc disassembling machine 402 are respectively provided with a lifting machine, a box changing and assembling area 5 is fixedly connected with one side of the double-layer conveying line 2 far away from the empty box temporary storage area 4, the box changing and assembling area 5 consists of a feeding line, an empty box supply line and a warehousing line, the number of the feeding line and the empty box supply line is respectively two, the two empty box supply lines are positioned at two sides of the warehousing line, the two feeding lines are positioned at the outer sides of the two empty box supply lines, a second floor transfer lifting device 15 is fixedly connected at the tail end of the empty box temporary storage area 4, a worksheet warehouse-out area 6 is fixedly connected at the left side of the second floor transfer lifting device 15, a finished product warehouse-in area 7 is fixedly connected at the left side of the worksheet warehouse-out area 6, a finished product sorting area 8 is fixedly connected at the head end of the finished product warehouse-in area 7, a first warehouse area 9 is fixedly connected at one side of the finished product sorting area 8, a goods-sending area 10 is arranged, the delivery area 10 comprises a delivery conveying line 101, a case unpacking machine 102 and a case sealing machine 103, wherein the case unpacking machine 102 is fixedly connected to the head end of the delivery conveying line 101, and the case sealing machine 103 is fixedly connected to the middle part of the delivery conveying line 101.
The second floor warehouse management system comprises a work order sorting area 11, an IQC sampling area 12, an IQC sampling area 13 and a second floor area 14, wherein one input end of the work order sorting area 11 is connected with a first floor transfer lifting device 3 through a conveying device, the first floor transfer lifting device 3 can transfer material containers from the first floor warehouse management system to the second floor warehouse management system, the other input end of the work order sorting area 11 is connected with a second floor transfer lifting device 15 through a conveying device, and the second floor transfer lifting device 15 is positioned below the first floor transfer lifting device 3, the second floor transfer lifting device 15 can realize the transfer of the material container from the second floor warehouse management system to the first floor warehouse management system, an IQC sampling area 12 and an IQC sample returning area 13 are respectively arranged on one side of the top of the work order sorting area 11, and a second warehouse area 14 is fixedly connected to one side, far away from the IQC sampling area 12, of the top of the work order sorting area 11.
When the raw materials and the semi-finished products are put into the warehouse, the cartons are conveyed to a material supply area 1, the cartons are automatically sorted to a box changing and assembling area 5 for unpacking, the materials are placed into standard plastic boxes, the plastic boxes loaded with the materials are placed into a warehouse conveying line, the plastic boxes are lifted to a second floor through a first floor transfer lifting device 3, the plastic boxes are conveyed to an IQC sampling area 12 for sampling inspection, the plastic boxes enter a second vertical warehouse area 14 of the second floor, and the warehouse operation of the raw materials and the semi-finished products is finished.
When the work order is delivered from the warehouse, the system generates a picking task, the plastic box A loaded with materials is delivered from the second warehouse standing area 14 to the work order picking area 11, the operator picks the materials to a new plastic box B, the rest of the plastic box A returns to the warehouse, the plastic box B is put on line after the operation is completed, and the plastic box A is lowered to a first floor through the second floor transfer lifting device 15 and conveyed to the work order delivery area 6, and the work order delivery operation is completed.
During finished product warehousing operation, finished products are placed at a warehousing port, conveyed to a first-floor finished product warehousing area 7 through a conveyor and then conveyed to a first vertical warehousing area 9 of a first floor, and finished product warehousing operation is completed.
When the finished product is picked, the system generates a finished product picking task, the plastic boxes loaded with materials are taken out of the warehouse from the first warehouse erecting area 9 to the finished product picking area 8, an operator picks the materials to the paper boxes, the plastic boxes are returned to the warehouse, and the finished product picking operation is finished.
During finished product delivery operation, an operator places the carton loaded with the finished product on the delivery conveying line 101, automatically seals the carton, and conveys a delivery opening, so that finished product delivery operation can be achieved.
