Detailed Description
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The rating parameter is a charging standard for the network operator to calculate the client in a charging period. The network operator will calculate the fee the customer withdrew in the account according to the usage of various services and the pricing parameters of different services and different usage of the customer in the account. In a specific example, the rating parameter may also be called a package, and the rating parameter (package) may include 50 yuan 1G and an excess of 1 yuan/M. That is, the client deducts 50 yuan fixedly in an account period, the client can use 1G flow to not deduct fee in the account period, and the part of the flow exceeding 1G is charged according to 1 yuan/M.
The network operator may allow the customer to modify the pricing parameters of an account shortly before the end of the account in order to provide better service. The network operator may set a point in time t at which the rating parameter is no longer changed, for example 2 days before the end of the billing period. The client can change the rating parameter 2 days before the account period is finished, and the rating parameter can not be changed within 2 days after the account period is finished. In a specific embodiment of the present application, the client may be a user of a single terminal device, or may be a set of users formed by a plurality of terminal devices. The set of users formed by the plurality of terminal devices may be a car networking service provider, and of course, the car networking service provider may divide different terminal devices into a plurality of sets according to business situations.
In the following, the car networking is used as a specific application example.
In an application scenario of the internet of vehicles, the network operator allows the internet of vehicles service provider to modify appropriate rating parameters according to the actual usage in several days before the end of the monthly ledger. Before the time point t of the variable pricing parameter, the car networking service provider can change the pricing parameter according to the actual usage amount.
The internet of vehicles refers to vehicle-mounted devices mounted on vehicles. The vehicle-mounted equipment realizes the extraction and effective utilization of the attribute information and static and dynamic information of all vehicles on an information network platform through identification technologies such as radio frequency identification and the like. Meanwhile, the vehicle-mounted equipment can effectively supervise the running states of all vehicles and provide comprehensive service according to different functional requirements.
The internet of vehicles service is an internet of vehicles service provided by an internet of vehicles service provider. The service provider of car networking makes the terminal equipment can change SIM card to enjoy corresponding service by buying a batch of SIM (subscriber identity module) cards from the operator side to the car equipment. The terminal equipment can select to order different service packages according to needs.
It should be noted that allocating a corresponding SIM card to each terminal device, and acquiring a corresponding network service through the SIM card is only one specific implementation manner in the specific embodiment of the present application. In one example, the SIM Card may be replaced by any one of vsim (legacy security Information Model) technology, softsim (soft security Information Model) technology, M2M SIM (Machine-to-Machine security Information Model) technology, eSIM (Embedded-SIM) technology, and eUICC (Embedded Universal Integrated Circuit Card) technology.
Fig. 1 is a service scenario of a car networking system according to the present application. As shown in fig. 1, includes a network operator, a content provider, a car networking service provider, and a terminal device. Wherein the network operator is used to provide basic network services. The network operator sells the SIM card and traffic to the car networking service provider. The content provider is used for producing corresponding content for the user to access the corresponding content through the internet of vehicles. The car networking service provider is used for providing the SIM card and the rating parameters to the terminal equipment needing the corresponding service. And the terminal equipment uses the corresponding network service according to the selected rating parameter.
The car networking service provider needs to subscribe corresponding rating parameters for the terminal device from the network operator in advance according to the rating parameters selected by the terminal device.
In one example, it is assumed that the car networking service provider has a plurality of rating parameters such as 50 yuan 1G, 70 yuan 1.2G, etc., and the excess is 1 yuan/M. The car networking service provider temporarily selects a 50-element rating parameter at the beginning of the month, assuming there are 1000 devices. By day 28 of 12 months, traffic 1100G was shared by all devices under the internet of vehicles service provider. When the pricing parameter determined in the beginning of the month is used for pricing, the pricing cost of the internet service provider is 50 yuan 1000+1024 yuan 100 to 152400 yuan. If the car networking service provider can change the rating parameter according to the actual usage amount, for example, the rating parameter can be changed to 70 yuan 1.2G, 1000 × 1.2G ═ 1200G >1100G, and the rating cost only needs 70 yuan 1000 ═ 70000 yuan. Thereby greatly saving expenses.
Of course, changing the same rating parameter for all the terminal devices is only an example in the embodiment of the present application. In a specific embodiment of the present application, the car networking service provider may also select different rating parameters for different terminal devices.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a network charging system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, it comprises a network element 201, a rating means 202 and a financial processing means 203. The network element 201 is a gateway for the operator side to handle data service access. For example, the network element is a Gateway GPRS Support Node (GGSN). When the terminal equipment uses the network, the network element generates an original ticket according to the using condition of the terminal equipment. The pricing device 202 is configured to perform pricing on an original call ticket generated by the network element to generate a priced call ticket. The financial processing device 203 is used for paying out the bill of the system, and the result of the paying out is the expense which needs to be settled for the network operator by the vehicle networking service provider in the period of the paying out.
In the embodiment of the present application, the rating device 202 may be a converged charging point (CBP), which is a network element responsible for receiving a charging request and completing online and offline unified charging, unified charging for voice service and data service, and unified charging for prepaid subscribers and postpaid subscribers.
In an embodiment of the present application, the rating device 202 includes a time point t of the non-changeable rating parameter. Before the time point t, the rating device of the embodiment of the application does not perform rating on the received original call ticket sent by the network element 201. Before the time point t, the pricing device may further determine whether to replace the pricing parameter according to total traffic accumulated by all the terminal devices corresponding to the traffic pool in the account. The rating device 202 further includes a timing task of batch rating, and when the time point t is reached, the rating device 202 performs rating according to the rating parameter finally determined by the operator.
According to the method and the device, the received call bills are not priced before the time point t when the pricing parameters cannot be changed, and the accumulated received call bills are priced uniformly when the time point t is reached. The method and the device avoid the problem that in the prior art, the pricing is carried out according to the original pricing parameters, the pricing is carried out according to the modified pricing parameters, and a rollback bill is generated for the result of the pricing of the original pricing parameters, so that the resource consumption is overlarge. In the solution provided in the present application, the pricing device 202 only needs to perform pricing once on the accumulated service usage of each terminal device according to the pricing parameter determined at the time point t. Therefore, compared with the prior art, the resource consumption of the pricing device can be obviously saved.
Further, the rating device 202 in the embodiment of the present application may also accumulate service usage in a ticket of the same terminal device before the time node t where the rating parameter cannot be changed. When the time point t is reached, the pricing device 202 only needs to perform pricing according to a cumulative amount of the same terminal device. So that at rating, rating is performed only once per terminal device. Therefore, the quantity of the call tickets needing rating by the rating device 202 is further reduced, and the resource consumption of the rating device 202 is reduced.
Fig. 3 is a forward pricing method based on internet of vehicles according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises:
s301, determining the time point t when the rating parameter is not changed any more in the charging period.
In the specific embodiment of the present application, the time point t when the completed rating parameter is not changed is included. This point in time t at which the pre-configuration is completed may be set for all terminal devices. Of course, different time points t may be configured according to each terminal device. Further alternatively, the same time point t may be configured for some terminal devices. The time t can be set arbitrarily as required. The time point t of the non-changeable rating parameter is a rule set by the operator for the car networking service provider, belongs to system level data, and is stored in a database table or a configuration file in the background.
Of course, the operator can modify the configuration file according to the needs of the actual situation. For example, the time point t when the rating parameter set by the operator in the last charging period is not changed is later, which results in that the rating of the accumulated service usage of the terminal device is completed later. The operator may change the point in time t at the next charging period.
The general time point t may be a number of days configured to be away from the end time of the account period, for example, 2 days, that is, the terminal device is not allowed to change the rating parameter within 2 days before the end of the account period. And before the accounting period is finished for 2 days, the terminal equipment can change the pricing parameters at will according to the actual use amount. By setting the variable rating parameter and the time point t at which the rating parameter is not changed any more, more customers can be attracted to use.
In one example, the time point t at which the pricing parameter of one terminal device is set to no longer change in the present application may be 48 hours before the end time of the billing period. When a billing period includes 30 days, 0 minute 0 second on day 29 of the billing period is the time point t. Before the time point t, the terminal equipment can change the rating parameter; the terminal device cannot change the rating parameter at or after the time t.
When the terminal device uses the service provided by the operator at any time of the account period, the network element of the operator generates a corresponding original ticket according to the service usage of the terminal device. The original ticket packet may include a ticket identifier, a charging object identifier, a service start time, a service end time, a service usage amount, a service type, and the like.
The ticket identification is used for uniquely distinguishing the ticket from other tickets, and each ticket has different identifications. The charging object mark is used for uniquely distinguishing the terminal equipment generating the call ticket from other terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment marks in the call ticket generated by the terminal equipment are the same. The service start time is used for representing the time when the terminal equipment accesses the network, and the service start time is according to the time when the terminal equipment actually accesses the network. The service end time is used for indicating the time of the terminal device disconnecting from the network, and the service end time is the time of the terminal device actually disconnecting from the network. The service usage indicates the amount of service generated by the terminal device from the service start time to the service end time. The service type indicates a service used by the terminal device from the service start time to the service end time.
Of course, the fields included in the original call ticket listed above are only examples of the present application in specific embodiments. The original call ticket cannot constitute a limitation on the original call ticket in the application. In the specific embodiment of the present application, the fields included in the original ticket may be arbitrarily increased or decreased according to the service requirement.
In an example, table 1 is an original ticket provided in the embodiment of the present application. The ticket id shown in table 1 is used to distinguish from other tickets. The ticket identifier is "000000000000", the charging object identifier is "AAAA", the service start time is "20180201153306", the service end time is "20180201153521", the service usage is "10", and the service category is "traffic".

In the specific embodiment of the application, the rating device accumulates the received original call tickets before the time point t when the rating parameters are not changed any more in the current period. Specifically, the accumulation is the accumulation of the service usage of a terminal device before a time point t of an accounting period. The accumulation of the service usage of the terminal equipment before the time point t of the billing period is the accumulation of the service usage included in the original call ticket of the terminal equipment received by the rating device before the time point t of the billing period. In one example, after receiving an original ticket, the rating device determines an accumulated ticket to which the ticket belongs according to the charging object and the service start/end time.
The original call ticket of the terminal device received by the rating device before a time point t of an account period may be a service volume included in the original call ticket of the terminal device before the time point t, wherein the service start time and/or the service end time are/is before the time point t; or receiving the service volume included in the original call ticket of the terminal equipment before the time point t.
And meanwhile, the rating device also determines whether the current service period comprises the accumulated bill of the terminal equipment according to the terminal equipment. If the current charging period does not include the accumulated bill of the terminal equipment, the rating device will create the accumulated bill of the terminal equipment in the current charging period. The accumulated ticket may include a charging object, an accumulated amount type, an accounting period start time, an accounting period end time, and a service accumulated amount.
The identifier of the terminal device is used for uniquely distinguishing the terminal device from other terminal devices. In a specific embodiment of the present application, the identifier of the terminal device may be a hardware identifier of the terminal device, an identifier of a user corresponding to the device, or an identifier of a used SIM card.
The accumulated quantity types can be preset to be a plurality, and the rating device determines the accumulated quantity type of the original call ticket according to the information included in the original call ticket. For example, when the traffic volumes in different time periods in the pricing parameters ordered by the terminal device include different cardinalities and different pricing parameters, the accumulation type includes an accumulation amount in busy hours and an accumulation amount in idle hours. The accounting period start time and the accounting period end time are used to represent the charging period. The rating device may determine whether the account period includes the accumulated ticket of the terminal device according to the account period start time and the account period end time. The service accumulation amount is used for representing the sum of the accumulated service used by the terminal equipment in the account period. Of course, when the cumulant type includes a plurality of cumulant types, each cumulant type includes a corresponding traffic cumulant
In an example, table 2 is an accumulated ticket of a terminal device in a charging period provided by the present application. As shown in table 2, the identifier of the terminal device is "AAAA", the accumulated amount type is "traffic", the accounting period start time is "20180201", the accounting period end time is "20180228", and the traffic accumulated amount is "300".
TABLE 2
Terminal equipment identification AAAA
Accumulation type Flow rate
Accounting period start time 20180201
End time of accounting period 20180228
Accumulated amount of traffic 300MB
Of course, when the rating device receives an original call ticket and determines that the rating parameter of the terminal device can be changed currently, the method for accumulating the service usage of the terminal device is only one implementation manner in the specific embodiment of the present application, and cannot be used for limiting the present application. In the embodiment of the application, the traffic of the terminal device in one charging terminal device can be accumulated at any time before the accumulated traffic is priced.
And adding the obtained service usage in the original call ticket of the terminal equipment into the cumulant when the wholesale price device creates the cumulant call ticket of the terminal equipment. And meanwhile, the pricing device also carries out pricing on the original ticket, and the pricing result in the priced ticket is zero without reducing the cumulant of the flow pool.
The method and the device have the advantages that the ticket with zero rating is generated for the original ticket received before the time node of the non-changeable rating parameter, so that the follow-up list query processing is convenient to use.
If the current charging period comprises the accumulated bill of the charging object, the rating device adds the service usage in the original bill to the corresponding accumulated service. And meanwhile, the pricing device also carries out pricing on the original ticket, and the pricing result in the priced ticket is zero without reducing the cumulant of the flow pool.
S302, when the current time is determined to exceed the time point t, the rating parameter of the time point t in the charging period is obtained.
When the current time exceeds the time point t, the pricing device obtains pricing parameters of the time point t in the charging period. When all the terminal devices adopt the same time point t, the pricing device directly obtains the pricing parameters of the time point t.
When the rating device configures different time points t for different terminal devices or configures the same time point for a part of terminal devices, the rating device includes the corresponding relationship between the identification information and the time point t. The rating device determines a corresponding time point t according to the identification information of the terminal device, where the identification information may be information for distinguishing different terminal devices or users.
And S303, rating the accumulated service usage of the terminal equipment before the time point t in the charging period according to the rating parameter, wherein the accumulated service usage is the accumulated service usage of the terminal equipment before the time point t.
The specific embodiment of the application comprises a timing pricing task. The timing pricing task is that the pricing device carries out pricing on the accumulated ticket when the current period reaches the time point t of unchangeable pricing parameters. And the timing pricing task performs circulating pricing processing on the business cumulant of each terminal device. The pricing device judges whether the accumulated amount of the equipment in the current account period is priced or not, if yes, the next terminal equipment is processed continuously, and if not, the accumulated amount of the current account period of the terminal equipment is priced.
The pricing of the accumulated service volume of the terminal equipment can be realized by directly accumulating a plurality of original call tickets and then carrying out pricing; and the accumulated ticket can be priced directly. When the bill list rating is accumulated, the accumulated bill lists received by the rating device before the time point that the accumulated original bill lists do not change the rating parameters are accumulated. The priced call ticket comprises accumulated service usage, deducted service usage and deducted cost.
In a specific embodiment of the present application, after rating the accumulated ticket of the terminal device in the current billing period, a rating mark is further added to the accumulated traffic of the terminal device to identify that the terminal device completes rating. In one example, the rating label may be a rating time.
S304, after determining that the accumulated service usage of the terminal equipment is priced before the time point t in the charging period, the terminal equipment carries out pricing on the original ticket of the terminal equipment after the time point t in the charging period according to the pricing parameters.
After the time point t that the rating parameter can not be changed is reached in the current period, when the rating device is in the newly received original call bill, the rating device determines whether the accumulated business volume of the corresponding terminal device in the original call bill has been rated. When the accumulated service volume of the terminal equipment has no rating, the rating device carries out rating on the accumulated service volume of the terminal equipment, and then carries out rating on the original call bill. Similar to the timing pricing task, after the pricing of the accumulated service usage is completed, a pricing mark is added to the accumulated service usage. When the accumulated bill of the charging object has been priced (i.e. the accumulated traffic includes a pricing mark), the original bill is priced directly.
In the embodiment of the present application, the accumulated traffic may be used to indicate the accumulated traffic in the accumulated ticket. Setting a rating mark for the accumulated traffic may be setting a rating mark for the accumulated ticket.
The pricing device sends the priced ticket to the financial processing device, and the priced ticket is paid out through the financial processing device. Specifically, the pricing device sends the accumulated pricing bill before the time node when each terminal device does not change the pricing parameters after pricing and the original bill after the time node when the pricing parameters are not changed to the financial processing device. And the financial processing device accumulates according to the deduction amount in the accumulated rating bill of each terminal device to determine the cost to be paid.
In the specific embodiment of the application, the original call ticket of the terminal device after the time point t in the charging period comprises the original call ticket of which the service start time and/or the service end time are/is after the time point t; or the original call ticket with the receiving time of the original call ticket after the time point t.
In one example, the financial processing device may further accumulate the accumulated rating ticket and the deduction resource of the original ticket to verify the charging result of the rating device. And when the sum of the fee deduction resources of each accumulated rating bill in one resource pool is the same as the size of the resource pool, determining that the fee deduction of the resources of the rating device is correct.
Of course, in the specific embodiment of the present application, the pricing device further includes a plurality of flow pools, and each flow pool is composed of a plurality of terminal devices. In one example, the pricing parameters ordered by the terminal devices in the same traffic pool are the same. And the pricing device carries out pricing on the original call ticket and the accumulated call ticket of the terminal equipment in the whole flow pool according to the whole pricing parameters of the flow pool in the process of pricing the flow pool. And the pricing device does not independently bill the terminal equipment according to pricing parameters of the single terminal equipment in the flow pool.
In another example, while the traffic pool is divided according to the rating parameters ordered by the terminal device, the division may also be performed according to the time when the terminal device uses the service. For example, the traffic volume used by a terminal device during busy hour and the traffic volume used during idle hour belong to different traffic pools respectively
The rating device can determine the flow pool to which the call ticket belongs according to the charging object and/or the service start time and the service end time. For example, the rating device determines whether the charging object identifier identical to the charging object is included in each flow pool according to the charging object identifier. And when the flow pool comprises the charging object identifier, determining that the original call ticket belongs to the flow pool. The rating device may also determine the corresponding accumulated service usage for each terminal device in the traffic pool.
The rating for each terminal device in the flow pool is to obtain rating parameters of the flow pool to respectively rate the accumulated service usage of each terminal device. Specifically, when the rating parameter of each terminal device in the flow pool is at a time node at which the rating parameter is no longer changed, the rating of the accumulated service usage of one terminal device and the original ticket is performed in the same manner as the rating of the single terminal device. This is not described in detail herein.
Of course, in the rating method for the traffic pool, the rating parameter of each terminal device in the traffic pool is changed when the rating parameter is changed before the time point when the rating parameter is not changed any more. Before and after the change, the pricing parameters of each terminal device in the flow pool are the same.
