Abstract

The invention discloses a charging method, a charging device and a computer readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of information. The charging method comprises the following steps: determining a charging reference dimension of a user based on the current period data and the historical data of the service used by the user; determining a charging strategy of the user according to the charging reference dimension of the user; and charging the service used by the user by adopting the determined charging strategy. The invention can determine a plurality of charging reference dimensions corresponding to each user based on the current data and the historical data of the user, determine the charging strategy according to the charging reference dimensions of the user and realize the charging process, thereby providing a more flexible and refined charging scheme.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of information technologies, and in particular, to a charging method, a charging device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
In the existing charging system, an operator charges according to the duration and the flow rate of the telecommunication service used by a user in the current month. With the advent of mobile internet services, the value brought by data traffic is constantly shifting towards OTT providers.
In the related art, the user's fee is equal to the sum of the period fee and the usage fee. The periodic fee is a fee which is fixedly charged in a billing period, such as a monthly flat fee, a daily rental fee, and the like. The usage fee is the fee charged for the portion that exceeds the usage of the telecommunications package, and is typically calculated as unit price x telecommunications service usage.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventor finds out after analysis that the current telecommunication charging basis is too single, and the charging result can not measure the actual telecommunication resources provided by the telecommunication service. However, if more accurate and more refined charging is to be achieved, the charging method provided by the related art is too single, and the charging requirement cannot be met.
The embodiment of the invention aims to solve the technical problem that: a flexible and refined scheme for telecommunication charging is provided.
According to a first aspect of some embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a charging method, including: determining a charging reference dimension of a user based on the current period data and the historical data of the service used by the user; determining a charging strategy of the user according to the charging reference dimension of the user; and charging the service used by the user by adopting the determined charging strategy.
In some embodiments, the charging method further comprises: and acquiring a user portrait label obtained by performing big data analysis based on historical data of the user service and user information from the big data analysis platform as a charging reference dimension.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Fig. 1 illustrates a flow diagram of a charging method according to some embodiments of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the charging method of this embodiment includes steps S102 to S106.
In step S102, a charging reference dimension of the user is determined based on the current period data and the historical data of the service used by the user. The services may include telecom value added services and internet services. For internet services, detailed data can be obtained by analyzing the IP quintuple of traffic, performing deep packet inspection, and the like.
The charging reference dimension in the embodiment of the invention refers to a reference factor when the charging network element and the charging module charge the user service. In the related art, the charging reference dimension is uniformly determined by the operator, that is, the same charging reference dimension is used for different users. The charging reference dimension corresponding to each user is obtained based on the service use condition of the user or by further referring to the information of the user.
During the process of using telecommunication service by user, the charging system will record the use condition of user. In the current charging mode, only the current period data is counted, and the counting result is only used for calculating the telephone charge, but not for determining the charging reference dimension influencing the charge calculation mode. The embodiment of the invention determines the charging reference dimension according to the current cycle data and the historical data, thereby realizing multi-angle and personalized determination of the charging reference dimension of the user.
In some embodiments, the service conditions of the current period of the user to various services are obtained from the charging system; and counting the service conditions of various services in the current period of the user, and taking the counting results corresponding to various services as the charging reference dimension.
In some embodiments, the statistics include at least one of usage flow size, usage duration, consumption amount, and usage number. For example, by counting the usage of the current period, the usage flow of the video service a, the consumption amount of the multicast service B, the usage amount of the payment application C, the usage number of the service D, and the like of the user can be obtained.
The statistics for the current period can be used as a charging reference dimension for the usage class.
In some embodiments, a user portrait label obtained by performing big data analysis based on historical data of a user using service and user information is obtained from a big data analysis platform and is used as a charging reference dimension.
In some embodiments, the user representation tag comprises at least one of a business user tag, a business usage behavior tag, and a user base information tag. The service user label for example indicates that the user is a user of a certain application, the service use behavior label for example indicates that the user is used to use the video service a at night, used to use the roaming service on a holiday, and the like, and the user basic information label for example indicates the online time, the level, the gear of the telecommunication service package, the average consumption of a certain service by the user, and the like.
Through big data analysis, historical data of the user can be analyzed and mined, and therefore a charging reference dimension capable of representing behavior habits and attributes of the user is obtained.
By combining the user usage class dimension and the user portrait dimension, the big data analysis platform can be combined with the charging system, and the user habits and the current preference of the user can be analyzed from multiple angles, so that a more refined charging reference dimension can be obtained.
In step S104, the charging policy of the user is determined according to the charging reference dimension of the user. The charging policy is, for example, an acceleration packet policy of the video service a, a discount on communication charges after using the payment application C, a discount on the portion of a 10-year-old user after 200 yuan is filled, and the like.
In some embodiments, the conditions met by the user are determined according to the charging reference dimension of the user; and determining the charging strategy of the user according to the corresponding relation between the preset charging strategy and the conditions.
For example, firstly, the service life of the user number is judged according to the user portrait class dimension, if the service life exceeds 10 years, the judgment is continued, and if not, the judgment is ended; and then judging whether the current monthly telephone charge of the user exceeds 200 yuan according to the user usage class dimension, if so, conforming to a charging strategy corresponding to '10-year-old user discounts after 200 yuan is full', otherwise, finishing the judgment.
Because the charging reference dimension refers to the current period data, the charging strategy corresponding to the user can be matched in real time, and the flexible adjustment of the charging mode is realized.
In some embodiments, the determination of the user charging policy may be implemented in conjunction with a database function. For example, the charging reference dimension of each user is stored in a data table, wherein fields of the data table are the charging reference dimension, and the value of each field in the data corresponding to each user indicates whether the user has the charging reference dimension corresponding to the corresponding field; when a call ticket of a user is obtained and the charge corresponding to the call ticket is calculated, executing a data query statement corresponding to each charging strategy, wherein the conditions of the data query statement comprise the conditions of the corresponding charging strategies and the identification of the user; and determining the charging strategy of the user according to the query result corresponding to each charging strategy. If the query result corresponding to the user can be returned through the query statement, the condition that the user meets the corresponding charging strategy is shown; if the query result is null, the user is not in accordance with the condition of the corresponding charging policy.
Therefore, the matching of the charging strategy and the user can be realized regularly and automatically, and the charging efficiency is improved.
In step S106, the service used by the user is charged by using the determined charging policy.
In some embodiments, the charging module records the usage amount of the telecommunication resource by the user in real time, generates a ticket, and then charges the user according to the charging policy corresponding to the user and the ticket.
Through the embodiment, the charging method and the charging system can determine a plurality of charging reference dimensions corresponding to each user based on the current data and the historical data of the user, determine the charging strategy according to the charging reference dimensions of the user, and realize the charging process, so that a more flexible and refined charging scheme can be provided.
An embodiment of the charging apparatus of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 illustrates a block diagram of a charging apparatus according to some embodiments of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the charging apparatus 200 of this embodiment includes: a charging reference dimension determining module 2100 configured to determine a charging reference dimension of the user based on the current period data and the historical data of the service used by the user; a charging policy determining module 2200 configured to determine a charging policy of the user according to the charging reference dimension of the user; and a charging module 2300 configured to charge the service used by the user by using the determined charging policy.
In some embodiments, the billing reference dimension determination module 2100 is further configured to obtain, from the big data analysis platform, a user portrait label obtained by big data analysis based on historical data of the user usage service and the user information as the billing reference dimension.

In some embodiments, the charging policy determining module 2200 is further configured to store the charging reference dimension of each user in a data table, where fields of the data table are the charging reference dimensions, and a value of each field in the data corresponding to each user indicates whether the user has the charging reference dimension corresponding to the corresponding field; when a call ticket of a user is obtained and the charge corresponding to the call ticket is calculated, executing a data query statement corresponding to each charging strategy, wherein the conditions of the data query statement comprise the conditions of the corresponding charging strategies and the identification of the user; and determining the charging strategy of the user according to the query result corresponding to each charging strategy.
Fig. 3 illustrates a block diagram of a charging system according to some embodiments of the invention. As shown in fig. 3, the charging system 30 of the embodiment includes a charging device 310; and the big data analysis platform 320 is configured to perform big data analysis based on historical data of the user service and user information to obtain a user portrait label. The charging device 310 may determine a charging policy and perform charging according to the user portrait label, which is one of the charging dimensions, obtained by the big data analysis platform 320.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a charging apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the charging apparatus 40 of this embodiment includes: a memory 410 and a processor 420 coupled to the memory 410, the processor 420 being configured to perform the billing method of any of the foregoing embodiments based on instructions stored in the memory 410.
Memory 410 may include, for example, system memory, fixed non-volatile storage media, and the like. The system memory stores, for example, an operating system, an application program, a Boot Loader (Boot Loader), and other programs.

1. A charging method, comprising:
determining a charging reference dimension of a user based on the current period data and the historical data of the service used by the user;
determining a charging strategy of a user according to a charging reference dimension of the user;
and charging the service used by the user by adopting the determined charging strategy.
2. The charging method of claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring a user portrait label obtained by performing big data analysis based on historical data of the user service and user information from the big data analysis platform as a charging reference dimension.
3. A charging method according to claim 2, wherein said user representation label comprises at least one of a service user label, a service usage behaviour label, a user base information label.
4. The charging method of claim 1, further comprising:

when a call ticket of a user is obtained and the charge corresponding to the call ticket is calculated, executing a data query statement corresponding to each charging strategy, wherein the conditions of the data query statement comprise the conditions of the corresponding charging strategies and the identification of the user;
and determining the charging strategy of the user according to the query result corresponding to each charging strategy.
8. A charging apparatus comprising:
the charging reference dimension determining module is configured to determine a charging reference dimension of the user based on the current period data and the historical data of the service used by the user;
the charging policy determining module is configured to determine a charging policy of a user according to a charging reference dimension of the user;
and the charging module is configured to charge the service used by the user by adopting the determined charging strategy.
9. A charging system, comprising:
the charging apparatus of claim 8; and
and the big data analysis platform is configured to perform big data analysis based on the historical data of the service used by the user and the user information so as to obtain the user portrait label.
