Background
In modern society, in order to perform business operations, telecommunication operators generally need to define the services provided by the telecommunication operators into product packages, wherein different product packages correspond to different tariff standards to meet the requirements of different user groups. For example, for subscribers with a high usage of short message service (e.g., student subscribers), telecommunication operators have developed specialized short message packages. In such a package, the cost criteria for the short message is lower than normal. As another example, for subscribers with high long distance traffic (e.g., business subscribers), telecommunication carriers have developed specialized packages of long distance traffic in which the long distance tariff is below normal standards.
When the demand changes, the user often wants to change his or her package. However, at the present stage, the change of the package can only be done in the business hall of the telecom operator, which is inconvenient to use. More importantly, when the user's demand is only temporarily changed (for example, the communication mode is temporarily changed due to the temporary change of the work position), the user often wants to change his or her package only in the near future and restore the original package after a while. Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides an account recharging method and device, an account charging method and device and a charging system. In order to better understand the technical solution of the embodiments of the present invention, the embodiments provided by the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an account recharging method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
When the user uses the communication service, the user can recharge the account in various modes, and the user can send a recharging request through a terminal or other modes. The account recharging method provided by the embodiment of the invention can comprise the following steps:
a1, receiving a recharging request, wherein the recharging request carries recharging mode information, account identification and recharging amount.
Specifically, the account recharging device may receive a recharging request, which may be sent by the terminal or by a device providing a recharging service, such as a recharging website server. The recharging request carries recharging mode information, account identification and recharging amount.
The recharging method information can be an operation code or an access code, and is used for identifying different recharging methods.
A2, acquiring sub-accounts corresponding to the recharging mode information in a sub-account group pointed by the account identification, wherein the sub-account group comprises at least two sub-accounts. The at least two sub-accounts correspond to different account tariff standards, which will be described in detail in the following charging process.
Specifically, the account recharging device may search the sub-account group to which the account identifier points according to the account identifier carried in the received recharging request, and obtain the sub-account corresponding to the recharging mode information in the sub-account group.
The sub-account group comprises at least two sub-accounts, and the at least two sub-accounts correspond to different account cost standards respectively. In addition, optionally, there may also be a sub-account corresponding to the same account cost standard in the at least two sub-accounts.
And A3, updating the acquired account balance of the sub-account according to the recharging amount.
Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention may update the acquired account balance of the sub-account according to the recharge amount.
In the technical solution described in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the recharge request, the sub-account corresponding to the recharge mode information in the sub-account group is first obtained according to the recharge mode information in the recharge request, and then the obtained sub-account is updated according to the recharge amount. Compared with the prior art that the user only has one charging account and the charging account corresponds to the unique charge standard, the embodiment of the invention updates the charging amount of different charging modes into different sub-accounts, and the different sub-accounts correspond to different account charge standards, thereby realizing that the different charging modes correspond to different charge standards and having better flexibility.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention can enable the user to know the consumption condition of the user and improve the user experience by setting different sub-accounts and recording the charge of the user in each sub-account. The embodiment of the invention can adjust the enthusiasm of a certain recharging mode (such as website recharging) used by the user by setting a proper tariff standard, thereby improving the service experience of the user.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for acquiring a sub-account corresponding to recharging method information in a sub-account group to which an account identifier points in an account recharging method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In the account recharging method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, the executing process of the sub-account corresponding to the recharging method information in the sub-account group pointed by the acquired account identifier (step a2) may specifically be:
b1, searching the corresponding sub-account in the sub-account group pointed by the account identification according to the recharging mode information.
Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention may create a plurality of different sub-accounts in advance in the sub-account group pointed by the account identifier according to different recharging manners, where the sub-accounts correspond to unique recharging manners respectively. The account recharging device can search the corresponding sub-account in the sub-account group pointed by the account identifier according to the recharging mode information carried in the recharging request after receiving the recharging request.
And B2, if the sub-account corresponding to the recharging mode information is found, determining the found sub-account as the acquired sub-account.
Specifically, the account recharging device may determine the found sub-account as the acquired sub-account.
It should be noted that, after receiving the recharging request, the embodiment of the present invention may further search the corresponding sub-account in the sub-account group pointed by the account identifier according to the recharging mode information and the recharging amount, and then determine the searched sub-account as the acquired sub-account. At this time, the charging modes correspond to the same charging mode, and the charging behaviors with the same charging amount correspond to the same sub-account. For example, the recharging modes are website recharging, two recharging behaviors with the recharging amount of 100 yuan correspond to the same sub account, and the two recharging behaviors correspond to the same account tariff standard.
Further, in the account recharging method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, the executing process of obtaining the sub-account corresponding to the recharging method information in the sub-account group to which the account identifier points (step a2) may further include:
and B3, if the sub-account corresponding to the recharging method information is not found, creating the sub-account corresponding to the recharging method information in the sub-account group.
Specifically, if the sub-account is not created in advance before the charging request is received, the sub-account corresponding to the charging manner information will not be found in the searching process of step B1, and the sub-account corresponding to the charging manner information is created in the sub-account group, that is, a new sub-account is created in the embodiment of the present invention. The same situation may also occur when a sub-account corresponding to the new recharging method cannot be found in the pre-created sub-account group after the new recharging method is generated, and then a sub-account corresponding to the new recharging method is created in the sub-account group.
And B4, determining the newly created sub-account as the acquired sub-account.
Specifically, the embodiment of the present invention may determine the sub-account newly created in step B3 as the acquired sub-account.
The account recharging method provided by the embodiment of the invention creates different sub-accounts aiming at different recharging modes, the different sub-accounts correspond to different tariff standards, the recharging flexibility is better, in addition, the enthusiasm of the user for recharging by which recharging mode can be used can be adjusted by adjusting the tariff standard, and the service experience of the user is improved. For example, when the user demand temporarily changes, the charging standard can be changed by selecting a proper recharging mode. On the other hand, the telecom operator can also adjust the recharging pressure born by each recharging channel by adjusting the charge modes of different recharging channels. For example, when the telephone recharging channel is more stressed due to more telephone recharging users, the user can be guided to recharge through the website by setting a relatively low charge standard for the website recharging.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of an account recharging method according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
The account recharging method provided by the second embodiment of the invention mainly comprises the following steps:
and C1, receiving a recharging request, wherein the recharging request carries an account identifier.
Specifically, the account recharging device may receive a recharging request, which may be sent by the terminal or by a device providing a recharging service, such as a recharging website server. Wherein, the recharging request carries the account identifier.
And C2, creating a sub-account in the sub-account group pointed by the account identification, and establishing the corresponding relation between the sub-account and the recharging request. Wherein the created sub-account corresponds to an account tariff, which will be described in detail in the following charging process.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, after each recharge request is received, a sub-account is created in the sub-account group to which the account identifier points, and a corresponding relationship between the sub-account and the recharge request is established. And the created sub-accounts correspond to the account cost standard one by one.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention creates the sub-account in the sub-account group pointed by the account identifier after receiving the recharging request every time, so that the recharging requests of different recharging modes correspond to different sub-accounts. In the embodiment of the invention, different sub-accounts correspond to different account tariff standards, so that different recharging modes can correspond to different tariff standards, and the flexibility is better. The embodiment of the invention can adjust the enthusiasm of a certain recharging mode (such as website recharging) used by the user by setting a proper tariff standard, thereby improving the service experience of the user. Besides, the recharging method information is recorded, and other information such as recharging time, recharging amount and the like can be recorded in the recharging request. In this way, the operator can guide the user to avoid recharging in the peak recharging period by adjusting the fee standard corresponding to different recharging times (for example, setting the fee standard corresponding to the peak recharging period to be the highest), so as to relieve the recharging pressure and encourage the user to recharge a larger amount of money at one time to obtain a lower fee standard.
The account recharging method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail above, and a user can use corresponding communication services after recharging, so that the embodiment of the invention also provides a corresponding account charging method.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart of an account charging method according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
The account charging method provided by the third embodiment of the invention mainly comprises the following steps:
d1, receiving a charging request, wherein the charging request carries an account identifier.
Specifically, when the user performs the communication service, the account charging device may receive a charging request, where the charging request carries an account identifier, and the account identifier may identify an account corresponding to the user.
And the sub-account group corresponding to the account identification comprises at least two sub-accounts.
D2, obtaining the charging sub-account and the account charge standard corresponding to the charging sub-account from the sub-account group pointed by the account identification according to the preset retrieval rule.
Specifically, the account charging device may obtain the charging sub-account and the account cost standard corresponding to the charging sub-account from the sub-account group to which the account identifier points according to a preset retrieval rule.
The preset retrieval rule can be that the recharging mode is prior, the priority of the website recharging, the recharging card recharging and the foreground business payment recharging are sequentially reduced, and the account charging device acquires the sub-account with the highest priority of the recharging mode from the sub-account group pointed by the account identifier according to the priority sequence as the charging sub-account and determines the account charge standard corresponding to the charging sub-account. Correspondingly, the most attractive tariff can be set for the sub-account with the highest priority.
The preset retrieval rule can also be that the recharging time is prior, that is, the earlier the recharging time is, the higher the priority is, the account charging device preferentially selects the sub-account with the earliest recharging time as the charging sub-account according to the sequence of the recharging time, and determines the account fee standard corresponding to the charging sub-account. In addition, the priority of the recharging time interval with the maximum recharging pressure can be set to be the lowest, and the priority of the recharging time interval with less recharging behaviors can be set to be the highest, so that the user is guided to avoid recharging at the recharging peak. Correspondingly, the most attractive tariff can be set for the sub-account with the highest priority.
The preset retrieval rule is that the recharging amount of the sub-account is prior, namely the recharging amount is larger during recharging, the priority of the sub-account is higher, the account charging device acquires the sub-account with the largest recharging amount from the sub-account group pointed by the account identification as the charging sub-account, and the account fee standard corresponding to the charging sub-account is determined. Correspondingly, the most attractive tariff can be set for the sub-account with the highest priority.
In addition, the preset retrieval rule may also be that account balance is prior, that is, the higher the account balance is, the higher the priority is, the account charging device preferentially selects a sub-account with a higher balance as a charging sub-account according to the order of account balance of the sub-accounts, and determines the account cost standard corresponding to the charging sub-account. It should be noted that the above search rules may also be used in a superimposed manner, that is, the preset search rule is account balance priority and charging mode priority, at this time, the account charging device preferentially selects to use website charging, and the sub-account with the largest account balance is used as the charging sub-account, and the account fee standard corresponding to the charging sub-account is determined. Correspondingly, the most attractive tariff can be set for the sub-account with the highest priority.
D3, charging the sub-account according to the account cost standard.
Specifically, the account charging device charges the charging sub-account according to the account cost standard after acquiring the charging sub-account and the account cost identifier. For example, when the user performs voice call service, the charging sub-account is charged according to the call duration and the corresponding charge standard.
In the embodiment of the invention, after receiving the charging request, the account charging device selects the proper charging sub-account and the account tariff standard according to the preset retrieval rule, and further charges the user. The charging method provided by the embodiment of the invention deducts money from different sub-accounts according to different charge standards, the charging mode is more flexible, and different charging modes correspond to different sub-accounts in the account charging process.
Further, the account charging method provided by the third embodiment of the present invention may further include:
d4, in the communication charging process, when the balance of the charging sub-account is detected to be insufficient, deleting the charging sub-account from the sub-account group, and triggering and executing the steps of obtaining the charging sub-account and the account cost standard corresponding to the charging sub-account from the sub-account group pointed by the account identifier according to the preset retrieval rule and charging the obtained charging sub-account according to the account cost standard.
Specifically, in the process of communication charging (executing step D3), if the balance of the charging sub-account is insufficient, that is, the balance of the charging sub-account cannot support the current communication service, the account charging device deletes the charging sub-account from the sub-account group, and triggers the step of acquiring the charging sub-account and the account cost standard corresponding to the charging sub-account again from the sub-account group to which the account identifier points according to the preset retrieval rule (step D2) and the step of charging the charging sub-account according to the account cost standard (step D3).
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the balance of the charging sub-account is insufficient during charging, the charging sub-account and the account cost standard corresponding to the charging sub-account are obtained from the sub-account group pointed by the account identifier according to the preset retrieval rule again, and then the user is continuously charged according to the obtained charging sub-account and the account cost standard, so that the communication process of the user is not interrupted, and the service experience of the user is improved. In addition, when the balance of the charging sub-account is insufficient, the charging sub-account with insufficient balance is deleted from the sub-account group pointed by the account identifier, so that the storage resource is saved.
The account recharging method and the charging method provided by the embodiment of the invention are described in detail above, and a specific application scenario of the embodiment of the invention is given below.
The user '12345678901' purchases two face value rechargeable cards respectively at 10 o 'clock 30 of 11 month 1 of 2009 and 10 o' clock 30 of 11 month 15 of 2009 to recharge, and recharges twice, and then recharges twice by self-help via the website.
