一种调整成网均匀性方法,步骤如下:(1)喷丝:使用纺丝箱体,熔体经纺丝箱体的熔体入口进入熔体分配管,然后经计量泵进入纺丝组件,从纺丝组件的喷丝板板孔喷出形成初生丝;(2)牵伸:经纺丝组件的喷丝孔喷出的丝束经过侧吹风冷却,然后经牵伸器牵伸;(3)摆丝成网:纺丝箱体的每个喷丝板对应设一个牵伸器,高速气流牵伸的长丝经牵伸器牵伸后,经摆丝成网。本发明可防止相邻丝束之间有互相干扰,提高布面的均匀性。

一种调整成网均匀性方法
技术领域
本发明涉及非织造布领域,尤其是调整成网均匀性方法。
背景技术
非织造布最主要的物理指标是布面均匀度,此物理指标直接影响到产品强力的均匀性、伸长的均匀性、热收缩的均匀性等质量指标。管式气流牵伸的生产工艺本身在布面均匀度方面就有一定的缺陷和不足,现有技术每排丝的牵伸头与牵伸管、摆丝器的摆片在竖向一条直线上,经摆丝后,相邻丝束之间有互相干扰打架的情况发生,这势必会降低布面的均匀性,为了改善布面均匀性,本发明提供了一种调整成网均匀性的一种方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可防止相邻丝束之间有互相干扰,提高布面的均匀性的调整成网均匀性方法。
调整成网均匀性方法:
(1)喷丝:使用纺丝箱体,熔体经纺丝箱体的熔体入口进入熔体分配管,然后经计量泵进入纺丝组件,从纺丝组件的喷丝板板孔喷出形成初生丝;
(2)牵伸:经纺丝组件的喷丝孔喷出的丝束经过侧吹风冷却,然后经牵伸器牵伸;
(3)摆丝成网:纺丝箱体的每个喷丝板对应设一个牵伸器,高速气流牵伸的长丝经牵伸器牵伸后,经摆丝成网。
进一步地,纺丝组件为圆形或矩形喷丝板。
进一步地,纺丝组件为一排或多排,每排组件在一条线上。
进一步地,每个组件对应设一个或几个牵伸头,每排牵伸器在一条线上。
进一步地,牵伸器的牵伸头下方的牵伸管向走布方向向前或向后偏移,其中,第N+1个牵伸管向前或后偏移,第N个牵伸管向后或前偏移,N≥1。
进一步地,牵伸器的第N+1个牵伸管向前或后偏移后,牵伸管下端仍在一条线上,牵伸器的第N个牵伸管向后或前偏移后,牵伸管下端也仍在一条线上。
进一步地,牵伸器的牵伸管下端的摆丝器上的摆片也相应的前后偏移,与牵伸管下端对应。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1、可防止相邻丝束之间有互相干扰;
2、提高布面的均匀性。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2所示的本发明的示意简图中,调整成网均匀性方法:
(1)喷丝:使用纺丝箱7,熔体经纺丝箱体7的熔体入口1进入熔体分配器2,然后经熔体支管3、计量泵4进入纺丝组件5,从纺丝组件的喷丝板6的板孔喷出形成初生丝8;
(2)牵伸:经纺丝组件5的喷丝孔喷出的丝束经过侧吹风9冷却,然后经牵伸器10牵伸;
(3)高速气流牵伸的长丝经牵伸器10牵伸后,经摆丝器11成网。

1.一种调整成网均匀性方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:(1)喷丝:使用纺丝箱体,熔体经纺丝箱体的熔体入口进入熔体分配管,然后经计量泵进入纺丝组件,从纺丝组件的喷丝板板孔喷出形成初生丝;(2)牵伸:经纺丝组件的喷丝孔喷出的丝束经过侧吹风冷却,然后经牵伸器牵伸,每个组件对应设一个或几个牵伸头,每排牵伸器在一条线上,牵伸器的牵伸头下方的牵伸管向走布方向向前或向后偏移,其中,第N+1个牵伸管向前或后偏移,第N个牵伸管向后或前偏移,N≥1,牵伸器的第N+1个牵伸管向前或后偏移后,牵伸管下端仍在一条线上,牵伸器的第N个牵伸管向后或前偏移后,牵伸管下端也仍在一条线上;(3)摆丝成网:纺丝箱体的每个喷丝板对应设一个牵伸器,高速气流牵伸的长丝经牵伸器牵伸后,经摆丝成网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调整成网均匀性方法,其特征在于:纺丝组件为圆形或矩形喷丝板,纺丝组件为一排或多排,每排组件在一条线上。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的调整成网均匀性方法,其特征在于:牵伸器的牵伸管下端的摆丝器上的摆片也相应的前后偏移,与牵伸管下端对应。
