Abstract

以廉价地制造刷片所植密度高的一次性擦洗用品为课题。在连续供给的热熔接性基片(310)上,重合连续供给的热熔接性长丝束(312),该基片(310)与长丝束(312)通过热压机加热压押,使它们在沿宽度方向延伸的熔接线(316)上熔为一体,形成复合基片(321),该熔接线(316)在复合基片(321)的长度方向,隔开所需距离间隔地压押,复合基片(321),在相邻的熔接线(316)之间的中央将长丝束(312)切断,将基片(310)按所需的长度切断,制成擦洗用品(1)。

Description

一次性擦洗用品的制造方法
本发明是关于适于作擦洗脏污的抹布用,或可拆卸地装在墩布柄等上使用的一次性擦洗用品的制造方法的发明。
在基片部的一面垂直设置若干无纺布或塑料薄膜的刷片,该刷片的自由端部构成擦洗部,将上述基片部可拆卸地装在拖把柄等上使用的擦洗用品是历来所公知的。
这种擦洗用品,其垂直设置的刷片数量越多,换言之,即单位面积所植刷片的密度越高,则刷片之间的间隔越小,垂直设置刷片的操作就会产生困难。其结果是导致本应为廉价的一次性用品的生产成本上升。
因此,本发明的课题是以较低的生产成本制造刷片所植密度较高的一次性擦洗用品。
为了解决上述课题,本发明以由基片部以及在该基片部的至少一面上垂直设置的刷片部构成的一次性擦洗用品的制造方法为前提。
在这个前提下,本发明的特征是上述制造方法依次包括下列工序:
a.连续供给作为基片的热熔接性塑料基片或无纺布的工序。
b.顺其长度方向连续供给热熔接性长丝束,将其重合于上述基片之上的工序。
c.将基片和长丝束通过热压机加热压押,使它们在沿宽度方向延伸的熔接线上熔为一体,形成复合基片的工序,该熔接线在复合基片的长度方向,隔开所需距离间隔地压押。
d.在上述复合基片上,在相邻熔接线之间的中央,将构成长丝束的长丝切成两段,形成上述刷片部的工序。
e.在上述复合基片上,按所需的长度切断上述基片,形成上述基片部的工序。

下面,参照附图对本发明进行详细说明。
图1是使用一次性擦洗用品1的擦洗工具2的斜视图。工具2由安装擦洗用品1用的板3与柄4构成,与安装板3下面相接的擦洗用品1的边缘部7朝安装板3的上面折起,通过板3的夹子8被固定。使用工具2时,只要握住柄4,用用品1轻擦地板或墙面即可。
图2以斜视图所示的擦洗用品1由热塑性合成树脂薄膜或无纺布制成的基片部10以及垂直设置于基片部10的一面的、用于擦洗脏污的刷片部11构成,在图1中折起的边缘部7在这里为伸展状态。刷片部11,是用固定部16将所需长度的热塑性合成树脂丝15熔接于基片部10的,其余部分从基片部10垂下,形成擦洗部17。
图3是表示擦洗用品1制造工艺的模式图。在该工艺中,幅宽210mm、单位面积重量为30g/m2的聚丙烯纤维粘接无纺布310自左向右连续地供给。以2,000-100,000根2-30登尼尔的聚酯长丝315为一束的长丝束312自左向右连续地供给。长丝束312在通过增幅辊311解开铺成所需宽度后,与无纺布310重合。该无纺布310与长丝束312通过热压机320加热压押,在因此而形成的沿宽度方向延伸的熔接线316上熔为一体,形成复合基片321。熔接线316,在复合基片321的长度方向,隔开所需距离d间隔地压押。然后,用第一切割刀325在相邻的熔接线316之间的中央将构成长丝束312的长丝315切成两段。接下来用第二切割刀326按所需的长度将无纺布310切断,从复合基片321制得擦洗用品1。在该工艺中,无纺布310被制成基片部10,长丝束312被制成刷片部11,长丝315被制成刷片部11的丝15,熔接线316即为固定部16。熔接线316最好宽度为2-10mm,相隔距离为20-200mm。可以在工艺的适当阶段,在刷片部11或在形成刷片部11前的长丝束312上浸渍油剂或药剂。在无纺布310被第二切割刀326切断的部位,如相邻的熔接线316之间的距离D大于距离d,便能得到较大的边缘部7,可容易地将擦洗用品1装上工具2。这样,在相隔距离为D的部位,刷片部11相对较长,所以要将其切整齐,切得与其余的刷片部11一样长。根据图中所示的工艺,从固定部16垂下的丝15的长度为距离d的1/2。如要使丝15比此长,可以让供给相邻熔接线316之间的长丝束312长于距离D。
在本发明的制造方法中,基片部10与刷片部11所用的材料,只要是相互能热熔接的就行,不问其种类如何。但是,一般说来这类材料最好是用热塑性合成树脂制的。以热塑性合成树脂为材料的无纺布310或312,可以20%重量为限,混合有人造丝等非热熔性纤维。非热熔性纤维在热熔接线316中埋没、固定在热熔接性材料中。
在本发明的擦洗用品的制造方法中,热熔接性纤维长丝束与热熔接性基片热熔接后,通过将长丝束在宽度方向切断,形成该用品的刷片部,所以只要构成长丝束的长丝的根数多一些,便可方便地制成刷片所植密度高的擦洗用品。

Claims (2)

1.一次性擦洗用品的制造方法,该擦洗用品由基片部以及在该基片部的至少一面上垂直设置的刷片部构成,其特征是该方法依次包括下列工序:
a.连续供给作为基片的热熔接性塑料基片或无纺布的工序,
b.顺其长度方向连续供给热熔接性长丝束,将其重合于上述基片之上的工序,
c.将基片和长丝束通过热压机加热压押,使它们在沿宽度方向延伸的熔接线上熔为一体,形成复合基片的工序,该熔接线在复合基片的长度方向,隔开所需距离间隔地压押,
d.在上述复合基片上,在相邻熔接线之间的中央,将构成长丝束的长丝切成两段,形成上述刷片部的工序,
e.在上述复合基片上,按所需的长度切断上述基片,形成上述基片部的工序。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征是连续供给上述长丝束的工序含将该长丝束铺开成所需宽度的展开工序。
