Abstract
本发明公开了一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,包括表层、下层和嵌件,表层为软质触感表皮,下层为长玻纤增强聚氨酯发泡层,嵌件预埋在长玻纤增强聚氨酯发泡层中,通过长玻纤增强聚氨酯一次发泡复合成型。本发明软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,一次发泡成型,表层柔软、耐刮擦,提高了商用车仪表板的舒适性和产品品质,且保证了产品生产可行性和可靠性,满足了商用车发展的需求,又降低成本;本发明还公开了成型工艺,采用长玻纤增强发泡工艺,不需要人工铺玻纤,对人体无伤害,环保性好,易于实现,且结合强度高,重量轻,满足了汽车舒适性、高品质、轻量化的需求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于材料成型工艺与应用技术领域,特别是一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板及其成型工艺。
背景技术
我国是汽车制造大国,汽车制造产量世界第一,随着汽车工业的发展和环保要求的不断提高,汽车内饰产品舒适、美观、环境友好、轻量化已成为发展趋势。纤维增强聚氨酯发泡制备成汽车仪表板、顶棚等内饰件,产品密度低,具有较好的强度,很好的隔热隔音作用,有很好的环保性和经济性。
目前商用汽车仪表板主要采用纤维增强聚氨酯发硬泡为主体,同时在外表面上复合表皮作为外观面,这种工艺成型的仪表板质地较硬,触感差,而乘用车仪表板通常采用搪塑表皮复合在注塑骨架上,有些中间还加了海绵层,触感柔软舒适。然而乘用车仪表板的生产工艺不适合多品种、小批量、大尺寸商用车的生产。早期商用车仪表板有采用吸型PVC光面革与手糊玻璃钢骨架通过半硬发泡成型具有一定软质触感的仪表板,但由于手糊玻璃钢环保性差、制作困难、皮革耐刮擦耐磨性差等原因已被淘汰。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板及其成型工艺,解决了上述背景技术中提及的目前商用汽车仪表板质地较硬,触感差,且采用手糊玻璃钢环保性差、制作困难、产品耐划伤耐磨性能差的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,包括表层、下层和嵌件,所述表层为软质触感表皮,所述下层为长玻纤增强聚氨酯发泡层,所述嵌件预埋在长玻纤增强聚氨酯发泡层中,通过长玻纤增强聚氨酯一次发泡复合成型。
进一步地,所述软质触感表皮的表层为压有皮纹的PVC表皮与PP发泡层热压粘接复合成。
一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板的成型工艺,所述成型工艺包括如下步骤:
第一步,将PVC皮纹表皮与PP发泡层热压粘接复合成软质触感表皮;
第二步,软质触感复合表皮通过真空吸型预成型;
第三步,在发泡成型下模型面铺设成型好的软质触感表皮,并通过真空吸住软质触感表皮与模腔紧贴;
第四步,根据需要在发泡成型下模的规定位置摆放嵌件;
第五步,向模腔中均匀注入长玻纤与聚氨酯高压混合的发泡料;
第六步,发泡成型上模与下模合模、锁紧,保压3~5分钟,保压压力为2500-4000MPa;
第七步,开模,取出成型发泡件;
第八步,修切成型发泡件的周边,开安装孔。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点在于:
(1)本发明软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,一次发泡成型,表层柔软、耐刮擦,提高了商用车仪表板的舒适性和产品品质,且保证了产品生产可行性和可靠性,满足了商用车发展的需求;
(2)本发明一次成型的软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,采用长玻纤增强发泡工艺,不需要人工铺玻纤,对人体无伤害,环保性好,易于实现,且结合强度高,重量轻,满足了汽车舒适性、高品质、轻量化的需求。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,本发明软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,包括表层、下层和嵌件,表层为软质触感表皮,下层为长玻纤增强聚氨酯发泡层,嵌件预埋在长玻纤增强聚氨酯发泡层中,通过长玻纤增强聚氨酯一次发泡复合成型。
本实施例中,所述软质触感表皮的表层为压有皮纹的PVC表皮与PP发泡层热压粘接复合成。
一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板的成型工艺,成型工艺包括如下步骤:
第一步,将PVC皮纹表皮与PP发泡层热压粘接复合成软质触感表皮;
第二步,软质触感复合表皮通过真空吸型预成型;
第三步,在发泡成型下模型面铺设成型好的软质触感表皮,并通过真空吸住软质触感表皮与模腔紧贴;
第四步,根据需要在发泡成型下模的规定位置摆放嵌件;
第五步,向模腔中均匀注入长玻纤与聚氨酯高压混合的发泡料;
第六步,发泡成型上模与下模合模、锁紧,保压3~5分钟,保压压力为2500-4000MPa;优选地,保压4分钟,保压压力为3000MPa;
第七步,开模,取出成型发泡件;
第八步,修切成型发泡件的周边,开安装孔。
本发明软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,一次发泡成型,表层柔软、耐刮擦,提高了商用车仪表板的舒适性和产品品质,且保证了产品生产可行性和可靠性,满足了商用车发展的需求。

1.一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,其特征在于:包括表层、下层和嵌件,所述表层为软质触感表皮,所述下层为长玻纤增强聚氨酯发泡层,所述嵌件预埋在长玻纤增强聚氨酯发泡层中,通过长玻纤增强聚氨酯一次发泡复合成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板,其特征在于:所述软质触感表皮的表层为压有皮纹的PVC表皮与PP发泡层热压粘接复合成。
3.一种软质触感长玻纤增强发泡商用车仪表板的成型工艺,其特征在于:所述成型工艺包括如下步骤:
第一步,将PVC皮纹表皮与PP发泡层热压粘接复合成软质触感表皮;
第二步,软质触感复合表皮通过真空吸型预成型;
第三步,在发泡成型下模型面铺设成型好的软质触感表皮,并通过真空吸住软质触感表皮与模腔紧贴;
第四步,根据需要在发泡成型下模的规定位置摆放嵌件;
第五步,向模腔中均匀注入长玻纤与聚氨酯高压混合的发泡料;
