The second positioning portion is equally distributed on the jig conveyer belt 31, so that the requirement of the driving portion of the jig conveyer belt 31 can be reduced.

The step motor is started and stopped fast and rotates in a step pitch mode, so the driving part in the embodiment can adopt the step motor. When the conveyor belt is a belt, a material detector, such as a material sensor 223, is preferably provided for locating and detecting the position of the LED lamp fork 2213. In the process of driving the LED lamp product conveying belt to rotate by the stepping motor 2211, the LED lamps in the LED lamp forks 2213 are adjusted to be in an upright state, and the electric wires of the LED lamp wires are positioned above the two LED lamp forks 2213. At this time, the fixing guide 2221 is located under the side shoulder of the gum cover, which prevents the gum cover from falling down and falling down sideways. The controller determines the position of the LED lamp with the rubber sleeve according to the received signal of the LED lamp fork 2213 sent by the position detector 213, and when the LED lamp with the rubber sleeve is conveyed to the lower part of the LED lamp inserting device 5, the LED lamp to be inserted is formed.
Meanwhile, the working process of the jig conveying device comprises the following steps: the stepping motor 32 drives the jig conveying device to work, the jig conveying belt 31 drives the jig 4 above the jig conveying belt to move towards the LED lamp inserting device 5, the controller determines the position of the jig 4 according to the received signal of the jig 4 sent by the jig position detector, and when the LED lamp inserting hole 41 of the jig 4 reaches the position below the LED lamp inserting device 5, a hole to be inserted is formed.
The working process of the LED lamp plugging device 5 comprises the following steps: when the hole to be plugged of the jig 4 corresponds to the lower part of the LED lamp to be plugged of the LED lamp array, the linear motion mechanism 2223 drives the movable guide 2222 to move, the movable guide leaves the LED lamp to be plugged, then the stepping motor 51 drives the toothed belt 52 to move, and the pressing device 53 moves downwards to insert the LED lamp to be plugged into the hole to be plugged. The jig 4 is transferred by the jig conveying device, and unused LED lamp inserting holes 41 of the jig 4 form holes to be inserted. In the moving process of the jig 4, the LED lamp wire moves in the normal direction of the conveying track surface of the LED lamp product arranging and conveying device 2, so that the electric wire of the LED lamp wire moves to the side of the LED lamp fork 2213 from the upper side. Then, the linear motion mechanism 2223 drives the movable guide 2222 to reset, and the stepping motor 51 drives the presser 53 to reset through the toothed belt 52. The LED lamp product arranging and conveying device transfers the LED lamps with the rubber sleeves in the rear LED lamp fork 2213 to form the LED lamps to be inserted.
